The pool and spa are amazing! I had a wonderful Mani/pedi and lounging by the pool with a book, I wasn't pestered to buy drinks or anything like some places. The restaurant is good as well and location is great with the awesome boardwalk and beach. The room was a little small and I was a little unimpressed with the fitness center - so I ran on the boardwalk instead! All in all really great with access to great offerings nearby.
We reserved a suite here for a Bach party and had the best time. Walking distance to everything.
The view and decor were amazing. I was charged twice for breakfast, and it was overpriced and undercooked. Would probably stay here again and just eat elsewhere.
Terrible. I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone, specially family. I stayed in this Hotel this past Sunday, and the service is terrible. First they don't have a ramp for strollers. My daughter arrived to visit me with her baby, and thank God a guest help us to carry the stroller to the stairs. The Handicap elevator was not working. Again a violating of the ADA regulations, wish I did a complaint as well.

A beautiful hotel in first line of beach, the heated pool in December was spectacular. Cerquita is the tropical cafe that make some good breakfasts.
The hotel is separated from the hustle and bustle of south beach but 5 m walk from everything. It is an excellent option to go to Miami beach.
Great service, clean room, easy assess to beach front, good price
Visited for a professional training event. The grounds were beautiful and everyone made us feel welcomed throughout the day. I'm certainly considering going great back with my family for a getaway weekend.
It was our 1st visit, our WEDDING ANNIVERSARY and everything was PERFECT! The management was super kind and thoughtful considering our reason for coming. The hotel offered pristine amenities, beautiful decor and customer service was 2nd to NONE with it's evening "turn-down service"! This experience offered by the Palms was OVERWHELMINGLY BLISSFUL! So much so that we didn't' want to leave to catch our flight out. We will definitely return to the Palms for our next stay in Miami, we're excited to return.
Super hotel.
The Palms Hotel & Spa Hotel
The children immediately dive into the pool
Delightful hotel. Buffet breakfast really nice. Then a cup of coffee by the pool. You don't have to run here for a poolside bed .
Valet parking also works very well. Nice room and what a view.
We had a "Preferred Gardenview 2 Double Beds Non-Smoking" ocean view room. Not a cheap hotel but more than worth it for us.
Modern, clean, friendly staff, beach access, great food and delicious drinks. Not a fan of the tiny bathrooms though.
Really great customer service. We needed a place to stay after Hurricane Irma and the staff was really accommodating. Great pool and bar along with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
You can watch our travel vlog about our stay on our Alex & Erika YouTube channel. Great times!
Absolutely perfect!
Perfect location at South Beach !
Nice area to enjoy the sun & the beach !
The view from the rooms is just amazing !
The restaurants are cozy & the food is great.
The breakfast is crazy!
The service at the hotel is so adorable !
I would advise this hotel to everyone! It is perfect!!
Had a nice stay, rooms are nice, grounds are excellent but main level and lower level needs a full remodel. Those two very dated and nonsensical common area levels really hold back the property from being a star.
What a beautiful place. Loved it great food, clean rooms and an experience.
We attended a wedding at the hotel, and we were very happy with our room, the event, and the food and entertainment.
Beautiful place, friendly staff, would come back again.
Had a short babymoon at the hotel and we loved it. Everything was clean and sanitized, staff was always friendly and the room was very nice. The spa was incredible. Shout out to Carla and Michelle for the awesome massages. Overall great experience. Only downside is I wish the pillows were firmer but that is me picking at straws. Will definitely be back.
Very nice all-inclusive resort with spa and beautiful grounds. Conveniently located at the north end of South Beach. Small fitness center, but one does not come here to work out, but to relax. Friendly staff. Valet parking and prices typical for South Beach. Would recommend and come again.
I had such a great experience here. My wife and I were very well accommodated by the staff. The facilities are top tier and the property is very well maintained. The brunch option was excellent. The pool and lounge area at the back of the hotel was beautiful. The highlight of my stay was the private access gate to the beach where we helped by staff and offered a beach chair and umbrella. I would definitely come back here again.
Great experience!
My boyfriend and I got the premier city room for his birthday weekend. I got it because it came with the robes and slippers (need to request this during covid-19) and the toilet was separate from the shower/vanity versus their standard. Our room was on the corner so our main view was of the city but the bathroom view had an ocean view. There s a safe and mini fridge in the room.
The staff was great and accommodating. There were some waits for things like towels but they re doing the best they can with limited resources/social distancing. We arrived a little early before our check in time and they gave us access to the hotel amenities while we waited. I requested chocolate strawberries and champagne last minute for my boyfriend and I the day we arrived. They were able to fulfill my request. The chocolate strawberries were delicious!
The food was all delicious! My favorite was there ceviche (not pictured - we ate it too quickly for me to get a picture). I wish they gave 2-3 extra plantain chips with the ceviche. My boyfriend made a comment that the guacamole/salsa came with too many chips for the amount of guacamole/salsa we received yet the ceviche didn t have enough. We also ate dinner there the first night (pictured) and split a delicious bottle of wine. My favorite alcoholic beverage they had was the coconut mojito!
Both the beach and pool were beautiful and had great accommodations. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas for all of the guests. They had a server that was coming up to guest s beach chairs/tables to take drink/food orders.
Great view of the ocean. Nice and clean facility. Recommend for anyone.
Ok, my first review went away. So, we are disappointed that there are no balconies, but I guess we should have asked. We tried to upgrade, but there are only 3 rooms with a balcony facing the ocean and they were booked. We thought it was a 5 star hotel, but it s not. The toilet is on one side of the entry, while the shower is on the other. In the toilet room, you have to wash your hands over the toilet...,WHILE it flushes (its disgusting). It lacks bathroom privacy. I was asked to go to the front desk, but was told this is how the rooms are! I m not sure who thought of this, it it s not good.
Very beautifull. I was there some time ago and I hope to be back soon. Great location, on the beach. Magnificent view
Atmosphere of old Miami with Carib ambience, with a balance of elegance and carefree living.
Service was great. Was there for a show(dancer) and the room we were given was kind of hot.
Been there for my anniversary about 2 weeks ago/ it was lovely
Stay here for one night, definitely a must stay. You are greeted as soon as you walk into the hotel. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Water in the pool was at the perfect temperature. The entire pool area was amazing. Had tons of fun playing Connect 4 at one of the Cabanas. The room view of the ocean was amazing.
Beautiful family owned property located on the water off the corner of Collins and 30th. The location is great; Close to the fun of South Beach but far enough away to be able to relax in peace. Recommended it for any occasion or celebration
Lap of luxury.. get THE LOVE back here man! Try the sirloin in their restaurant ... Woah.
Aesthetically pleasing! Top notch customer service! This was my first time staying at The Palms. I am now a devoted fan of The Palms and will stay any time I have the opportunity!!!
Great location for a wedding! The beach ceremony then an open area and pool for waiting time while the reception is in a covered patio with modern fans and then after-party in a separate room!
Service attention cleaning the beauty of the hotel and on the beach
Our stay at the palms was great. The staff is very accommodating and polite. The resort was also very clean and well equipped.
Clean rooms, good rate, and nice pool and beach area.
A unique experience, a beautiful place, a view, an attention, one would not want to come
Thanks for your attention until we are back
It's a very nice hotel. However, they don't have any understanding whatsoever. My husband and I needed to reschedule our couple's massage for the next day and we were told by Adriana that if we needed to cancel, we could by 6pm the day before without being charged. Then a while later, she called back and said that since they did is the favor of moving our appointment, they would still charge the full price. The manager Vilma even tried to say that we misunderstood and we'd have to show up or get charged. I tried to clarify the information I received and she tried to make it seem like I was lying. My husband heard every word Adriana said about the rescheduling and every time I told the manager the information her associate told us, she said that wasn't what we were told and tried to force us to answer her questions and refused to answer mine until she told me that they don't need customers like us.
The room was not the best, the view was good, you could see the sea. The location is great. The staff lacked more care and friendliness.
Bed bugs! The beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast unfortunately had bed bugs. I know it happens all over the world but not in a 5 star hotel! And $ 126 parking fee for three days is not without ...
I really liked what has access to the beach and the nice hotel
Very bad staffing in the pool the manager MR. Juan Jaramillo is terrible person never have education tu talk the customers
The Hotel staff was polite but my experience was horrible,I had my wallet stolen from the pool by a guest or staff! They didnt seem to care very much, they acted like it wasnt a big deal.I mentioned to them that they had cameras all around but they never said whether they viewed the security footage, its pathetic..be careful.
The staff was very polite. Unfortunately, we had problems with the air-conditioning in our room which took 2 days to get lined out. Also, The espresso machine in our suite had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
2nd time there....1st time the bartender tried to charge more for drinks during happy hour to me and my guests..second time I realized $39 to park your car there over night which was more than my car rental. Rooms are comfortable, location is great but watch out for hidden charges
Great service, wonderful view, comfortable room. I would return.
Excellent hotel I recommend it extensively. The view of the spectacular beach !!!!
Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel).
The hotel is very nice. It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small to average-size rooms but that's not a big deal.
There's beach access by the pool area, which makes it very convenient to go to/from the beach.
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. There's valet parking but it can be quite expensive.
Had a great time. The hotel and staff were great! Be prepared, food and drinks at the hotel are expensive. The only thing I didn't like was being told we could not swim after sundown.
If I am spending $325 a night at a hotel, i expect the Wi-Fi to work. Bathroom had a clicking sound that made it difficult to sleep. Room 503. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
, friendly, a particular thank you to Alexandre at the pool bar who was absolutely amazing! He provided us with many advises to visit the area, made great cocktails and was very attentive.
The spa is very good too, we had great massages and therapist.
Also compliments to the housekeeping team who always cleaned out room in a timely manner and replenished every amenities each day.
Overall, a great place to stay!
The room is clean and tidy, equipped with an energy-saving toilet, which can be washed with water added to the tank. Unfortunately, there is no microwave oven. The breakfast was very good, the variety was varied, the drinks were delicious and the service was in place. Out of the back door is the beach, there are not many people, the beach and the sea are pleasant outside, it is a good place to stay. It is a little far from Lincoln Road, but it can be reached by bus for 112 minutes, such as 112, 113, 119, and the fare is $2.25. The hotel's main entrance can take 150 direct to the airport light rail station, which takes about 30 minutes and costs $2.65.
Nice Place!! But Can Be a Little More Customer Friendly
Great pool and great location. Open the gate- and the beach is right in front of you. Highly recommend it.
If anybody out there is searching for deals for hotel rooms head to . booked a hotel room on there and these guys had the lowest prices anywhere!
I love this place! You can come with your significant other and relax! The rift raft is limited and you can have the filing of being on a island but walk outside to the city life. Im coming back for sure and hopefully sooner than later.
We used the conference room for a day. The setup was very nice. The have plenty of different room to rent for work events or receptions. We also had dinner there was a group twice the problem is that they never manage to have one big table for us all ( 15 people ) but always have to separate us in groups which is annoying and if we ask them to change it they say it is too late. But the food was good. The lunch option that we used during the conference where not great at all.
Excellent hotel. Good location and good attention at the front desk
clean rooms - decent amenitites - housekeeping supervisor was downright nasty - and room was not cleaned until late in the day - despite "clean room now" light being on since 10AM ... had to call twice to have someone even show up.
Everything was perfect in this Hotel except three things!
I have spend 4 days in Palms hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel staff are truly nice and helpful and I felt very good spending 4 days in this hotel. But there are two things that were not expected from a 4-star hotel.
The first problem is the hotel WiFi. It is a very low speed WiFi and really hard to connect to, as I had to use my cell phone's hotspot to do connect my laptop to the data of my phone. I was totally dissatisfied with WiFi internet.
Secondly, I expected at least a luxury lobby for Palms hotel as a 4-star hotel. However, the lobby is a simple designed lobby and there is a few interesting stuff you can enjoy while staying at the lobby.
Finally, if you are getting tan at the pool side and order a tropical drink from the menu, which hotel staffs bring to you, you should not expect some thing exciting about the drink. My friend and I ordered two cocktails when getting sun at the pool side and we expected something exciting, served in in beautiful and nice glass! Unfortunately, the brought us the drink in plastic cups!!!, which was really disappointing that you even do not like to take a picture of that and post in on your Instagram! it taste like juice rather than a cocktail with alcohol inside!
Except these three issues everything was great and I really liked the colorful parrots, they have at the resort.
Loved the mattress! Slept like a baby. Tasteful rooms with gorgeous pool/beach views. Deep tissue massage at the spa was perfect. Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful property with a super friendly and helpful staff! Our room was perfect and the housekeeping staff was very efficient and very nice. The pools and grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Location, location, location and Southwinds is the best in Key West!! I would highly recommend Southwinds to anyone!!
