My Best friend just got married here and it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is gorgeous. The staff goes over and beyond to accommodate. The lobby smells amazing! Yes I did just say SMELLS amazing!! The restaurant has delicious food too. I will say if you're looking to get married here on the beach, you might have to pay for both the beach and gazebo(plan B). They don't just include a plan B. Also the airplanes fly directly over the beach so it's hard to hear vows if you don't have a microphone.

My first room Stunk like cigs. When I complained to front desk, they moved me to a downgraded room. The bathrooms are horrible. The hotel is very very unfriendly for wheelchair people. Stairs everywhere. A couple of us staying here found roaches in our room or the meeting room buffets.

Very clean, extravagant, luxurious and with an excellent location, the pool and restaurant at another level and the private access to the beach are incredible for its price per night, the Spa service was pleasant and professional

Stayed in the off season of June. Therefore, it was possible to upgrade with an additional charge to stay + ocean view in the case of rhythmic.
Very luxurious hotel

The resort was beautiful...almost perfect but several times I noticed hair in my food when I ordered room service.Very disgusting.On one plate I noticed three pieces of hair at a time.Ughhh! Otherwise it was a beautiful place and the staff were kind.

I love this place! You can come with your significant other and relax! The rift raft is limited and you can have the filing of being on a island but walk outside to the city life. Im coming back for sure and hopefully sooner than later.

Very nice location with hotel standard amenities. Only cons might be due to drop in customer service during covid times - I had to call front desk to get basic amenities like pen, paper, cutlery all which should be all be in the room by default.
I booked the city view room, very beautiful but strangely feels even better the longer I spend time here, it's quite gorgeous.
Private beach front to literally kill for, I'll leave it at that, you have to see with your own eyes, pics do just justice but will attach a few anyways.
Ok pool, at 4ft 3 inches height pretty much all round. Not too deep, not too shallow, meeeh.
Restaurants decor and food I must say was exquisite, I had oatmeal with fruit, my Lord , possibly the best simple breakfast I've ever had.
Anyway it's a gorgeous hotel and a solid choice for it's price and offer. The most solid I could find, I'm sure there are other options around that are cheaper offer even but would I book it again, yes I would.

Nice location on mid beach with direct access to boardwalk and beach. Bathroom was ridiculously small, two people cannot stand in there at one time. Can not get on toilet without hitting your head, they should really look at resizing the bathroom. Staff were nice and friendly. Pool area wasn't bad, had a nice outdoor bar. Place was a tad pricey, but too me expected for Miami Beach.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding! My husband and I are very particular about where we stay and look at reviews extensively to find the best resort and location. This trip was a last minute booking with our 2 year old daughter and we will definitely be going back here for quick getaways from NYC. We booked through Jonathan in reservations and he was very helpful; even making some changes to our reservation at the last minute. When we arrived on the premises the front desk and hotel staff was very accommodating. We found the hotel to be super clean, the resort was a great location on the beach and had a nice outdoor patio for cocktail hour and snacks. We can t wait to go back and enjoy another few days here. Thank you so much Jonathan and The Palms staff for everything!

My daughter and i stayed for 4 days. I expected more from the hotel being that is a four star hotel. On the first day, there was no one to check us in. We had to wait a few minutes. I made the mistake to leave the "do not disburbed" button on. So for two days no one contacted me to clean the room. We noticed that the towel station had employees who don't greet with a hello! We liked the rest of the staff.

Overall, had a good experience. Great location, and pretty well kept.

My son had a wedding there the reception and everything was a very lovely service was impeccable

I booked a room here after reading all the good reviews. My experience of staying here was well below the average person's expectations. We had multiple issues that were not addressed appropriately by the staff.

When we arrived at valet parking, after collecting our luggage, the attendant was going through my car glove box. When I confronted him, in broken english he said that he was trying find my name for the valet ticket. I had to spell it to him one letter at a time. Then we tried to check into the hotel, the front desk staff said my credit card strip was too worn to process my card and they refused to run it manually. So I ended up having to pay with cash. As I was checking in, I looked down at my bag and noticed it was missing. As I look around the lobby there was a man and women walking away with my suitcase! I stopped the man and he said it must of been a misunderstanding and he thought it was his bag. The front desk staff did not assist with any of these issues.

The room was nice and had a good view. However, the fan for the air conditioner would kick on every hour or so and it was so loud it kept waking us up. When we went to use the pool, we ordered some food and drink. I had cash to avoid the card issue and the cash was stolen from our things that was setting poolside. The spa was a nice experience, Victor was very helpful and he had no problem running my credit card. The massages were good and the spa area was relaxing.

I had tried to contact the manager to express my frustration with the above issues, weeks later when the managers assistant returned my call, he said there was nothing he could do about my complaint because I did not make a formal complaint at the time of the incidents during my stay. I booked this hotel because it had numerous good reviews. I wanted to leave a review of our experience so that future guests would not be caught off guard like I was.

we were resting in a company, and things disappeared from our two rooms. Phone, headphones, credit cards and some personal items. I had to call the police. But they found nothing. the rest was ruined.

Very good hotel in Miami where we had beautiful days

Terribly dissapointed, very expensive, doesn't include anything, horrible service, tiny terrible rooms, worst housekeeping in history, overall hated my experience here and wouldn't ever stay here again.

I advice anyone considering staying here to invest their money on anything else at this price range.

Hotel redone a short time ago, very beautiful. Suite on the last floor

I loved the tiki bar atmosphere and direct access to the beach. Full bar service at the waterfront and at the pool. Felt like a tropical getaway. Only thing I would change is the rooms have lit up indicators on many walls that allow you to turn on and off lights. In the middle of the night, it's like having 5-6 alarm clock faces on. We managed to cover most up in order to sleep, but it didn't ruin the overall experience of the hotel stay.

Pre wedding reunion for my little cousin, dinner was fantastic , scenery out of this world, service exellente.

Miami Spice brunch at Essensia Restaurant and Lounge was excellent, fabulous setting and very tasty!

A great hotel with lots of wellness offers in a quiet location. The service is USA-typical top. Unfortunately in the foyer was a small construction site, as we were there to visit. All in all, we felt very comfortable there.

Superb hotel, large pool, very spacious rooms and really nice sea view.

This is a fantastic hotel with a renovation that is superb which transformed it into a chic/ boutique hotel. Upscale and a lot of very cool people around here.

My mom and dad enjoyed thier stay. The staff was very accommodating.

In principle I thought of putting 4 stars, because once a beach towel, which they give you, was dirty and one day the sheets were also; although they remedied it. However, I have given it 5 stars, because its staff makes these small mistakes go unnoticed with their great human treatment, especially I would love to highlight Moises Hurtado, a receptionist who would hire without a doubt as head of reception if I had a hotel . He is not only efficient in his work, but also makes the client feel special and demonstrates an empathy he had never noticed in any hotel.
In short, if you are looking for a 4-star beachfront hotel in Miami Beach, I recommend it.

A hotel you must stay at if your in Miami it's beautiful, great food in the restaurant, beautiful lobby,the spa is amazing, beach just foot steps away!,. All you need is right there if a nice mature, relaxing, peaceful time in miami

This is the best Resort I've ever stayed at. They treat you like family, know you by name. The staff is amazing and the managment staff is one of a kind. Everytime I visit South beach, we have many choices to choose from. The best choice you could ever make is to stay at The Palms Hotel and Spa........ hands down

The hotel is amazing. It offers excellent service and a friendly staff.

I would recommend going for breakfast in the restaurant, it offers a great atmosphere overlooking the pool area.

The pool was excellent and provided a great backdrop for a fun experience in the sun.

The hotel also offers loungers, umbrella's and beach access directly from the hotel.

We'll be back!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It does not have a beach Rocks and algae and the.status.of usd 42x day more valet !!

Amazing but very short stay! We were here in march this year, we came from Orlando to stay for 3 nights and head back to Orlando for the rest of our vacation. This was during the outbreak of Covid-19.. 3 Days after arrival im back on the ground in Amsterdam! Will come back to this hotel! Did not have the time to relax! :-(

Nicely located AT the beach. Too expensive. Staff is not very friendly. The Restaurant is very good.

Fantastic having all of our family staying at the block for our wedding celebration in Miami. Services amazing the restaurant it's great. I love the ladies of the spa downstairs. Omi was a delight and the Venezuelan lady as well. We had a beautiful time there

Very nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. Private pool area is large and tiki bar makes good drinks. Private beach with drink service is nice too. Rooms are kind of small for their average $300/night prices , however I did have a good experience here as the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Well appointed, smallish rooms, beds are very high off floor - beware of modern, confusing lights, ask Bellman. Walls are thinish. Prices in Essencia bar were good, shrimp tacos, burgers, steak tar-tar were yum, skip the $9 for stale tortilla chips. Friendly staff, nice views, big pool, valet and bell svcs, 15-20 minutes, but will tell you less.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at The Palms Hotel last year in June. We had a great stay, the hotel atmosphere were just amazing. And the Breakfast also had a lot of varieties with The Haitian Chef who would make us a delicious Omelette.
Guess what we are coming back in June if God willing for our 1 year wedding anniversary and reminisce our beautiful honeymoon. We have booked this hotel for a week. Oh Gosh I can't wait. This is by far the Best Hotel I have ever stayed even though it is kind of pricey but hey you get what you pay for. The price is right then I guess.

This is a nice hotel however you should beware of some strange charges on your credit card.
Also at 10:05am, a worker came and knocked on my door telling me it was time to check out, I asked her what was the normal checkout time and what time it was, she said 11am and 10:05am respectively, so my next questions was why are you here at this time.

Lovely hotel. Bit pricey. Location right next to the beach is great, just like the garden and the fact the pool is open 24/7. Staff was friendly and helpful, service could be better at the frontdesk. The rooms were up to date and clean, get an oceanview, its worth it. If i am ever visiting Miami again, i would definitely stay here.

Perfect place for family and business occasions. Not recommended for young adults for partying.

A not brand new, but good and affordable hotel with a lot of comfort and right on the beach.

A lovely welcoming feeling as soon as the doors open. My daughter and I stayed for a 3 day weekend to celebrate her 22nd birthday. Every aspect of the resort was wonderful. Beautiful lobby area with friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool and gardens, lovely room, best area of the beach, best gate on the boardwalk, such an amazing place for a morning jog, followed by a morning swim, amazing pool and beach staff, all a reflection of great management. One of my best vacations I have ever had!

Great property. Was disappointed that there was not jacuzzi. We also were unable to get beach chairs even though we paid a resort feeling and that is one of the amennites with paying a resort feeling.
