Anytime I need something fixed on my car I know I can depend on Jack Demmer to take care of it for me. While professionalism is key, this staff also makes you comfortable and they very friendly and helpful. That makes all the difference in the world when you are already frustrated you have to get repairs done on your car.

I bought a pre-owned 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. Pat Koss took really good care of me. He followed up on my requirements and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Paul Sugars gave me a really good price for the car and Ron Moore made sure that the sale went through smoothly and that I have the right coverage to protect my investment.

Overall a very positive experience!

I took my car in to have the trans looked at. When I put the car in reverse it wouldn't go immediately. Then it would jolt . I had the car in their service department for two weeks and the service people said it was low on fluid but showed no leak. The next day when I started the car and put it in reverse, again there was a pause before engaging the gear. Wasn't too happy about that

Worked with Pat Koss awhile back. They had a used MKZ on the lot that had all of the spec's that I was looking for. The entire team was helpful and easy to work with. They even stayed a little late on a Friday to allow us to finish up the deal so we could take the car home that day! The used car guys could use a little love - Brand new showroom for the new cars and the used car guys are in a smaller building in the other parking lot. Even after we purchased the car Pat was great enough to hook me up with some touch up paint!

I had to have my rear doors repaired due to excess...

I had to have my rear doors repaired due to excess water left after car wash or rain. I also was having problems with putting gas in the car. The middle would click off as if it was filled. I would have to put the nossle in multiple times. All problems were fixed within a day of drop off. Jack Demmer Lincoln Mercury contacted me along the way to let me know the progress. Great customer service. Thank you again!

I usually have a great experience with Jack Demmer Lincoln, but not this time. I had the Valet Service Pick-up scheduled to come out today for service on my vehicle. When the driver came in the morning, she was Awesome! She arrived early, she was very professional and knowledgeable during our exchange. However, later on in the afternoon when my vehicle was ready to be brought back to me things didn't quite go as well.

I received a call around 1pm-ish from Joe in the service department. Joe was great! No complaints with him. He told me my vehicle was ready and that the driver would be in route to return my vehicle. 2 hours later.. I looked up and realized my vehicle still hadn't been returned. I checked my phone. No missed calls. No text. So I called Jack Demmer Lincoln inquiring about my vehicle. I was told the driver should be there, and not to worry. So I said, "Ok well no one has called or texted me, but ok I will wait and see if he does soon". I waited 5 minutes. No call. No text. So I called the dealership again asking how to get in contact with the driver? Finally I was able to get some assistance. The young woman gave me the Drivers number & explained that the driver had been to bring my vehicle & left when he couldn't reach me. I asked, how, because no one ever called me?

Fast forward --- The driver is now on his way back. Said he was 20 mins away. (Which meant he was literally out the way using up more of my gas than needed) I find out the driver was given my old phone number which explained why he couldn't reach me.

I was upset because I've given my updated number twice before, and was told they would update my records. Yet, this happens. Very disappointed.

Just want to say what a good experience I had with leasing a new car at Jack Demmer Lincoln

My sales consultant Corey Wirtz was outstanding. He was very patient, very thorough and very knowledgeable. He took the time to make the whole car experience enjoyable. He met with me and walked me through the process helping to narrow the options for my new lease (test drives, equipment packages, colors, pricing, etc) He also had to repeat the process when I brought my wife in to make the final selection and showed and exhibited I seen patients and friendliness with her as well .

After I selected and confirmed my car and got the insurance confirmation, I set up the date to pick up my car.

I told him I was pressed for time and he told me he would have me in an out and 1/2 hour between turning in my old vehicle, picking up my new vehicle, signing all the paperwork, having him program my phone in Sync system, set code fir door lock and explain certain things

Outstanding service, outstanding product these guys are the best !!!

Wonderful Service experience.
It was Veterans Day, I was stressed out as my service dog had to be rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night, it s snowing something fierce & now my Lincoln MKX with very low miles just shut off and left me strained on the side of the road for four hours while waiting for the towing service. Mean less to say I was not a happy camper when I got to the dealership. Joe greeted us and quickly took charge of the situation and calmed me down. We told him we were looking for a rental and not one could be found. He quickly went to his office, tapped away on his computer and then made a few calls. With in a few moments he said, here are some keys to a loaner vehicle. I was very impressed. From there we discussed what needed to be done and Joe assured me everything would be fine. Joe has kept his promises and gone above and beyond. Thank you, Joe.

A few years ago I had leased a MKX from another Li...

A few years ago I had leased a MKX from another Lincoln dealer which was right across the street from my office in Plymouth. I liked the MKX but at the end of my lease I went a different route to a Dodge Challenger V8 Hemi. So when the time came, I decided to trade in my car, I went back to the Lincoln dealership. I loved the MKZ Hybrid and was looking to go that route. The dealership would not work with me on my trade and basically walked away from any deal with me. So I contacted Jack Demmer Lincoln and found salesman Barry Price. Barry was very positive and gave me the deal I needed on my trade. This allowed me to lease the MKZ Hybrid that I wanted. Barry was very professional and provided excellent customer service. And I can't say enough about my Hybrid! I never thought I would go from a Hemi to a Hybrid but I love it. I fill up with 11 gallons of gas and go 530 miles. And the MKZ is a beautiful car...not your ordinary Hybrid. Thank you Jack Demmer Lincoln and Barry for giving me the deal I needed to lease this car. Yes, other dealerships had this same car, but Demmer was determined to find a way to make it work for me.

I went home and realized they did not leave my lock for my lug nuts. They did not rinse my car. I am disappointed this is twice in a row now. I am happy because it was done sooner then expected and glad they are open on Saturdays.

Just want to say thank you to Corey Wertz from Jack Demmer Lincoln for hooking me up with my new 2017 Lincoln MKC... He was able to get me what I wanted in a matter of a day. I did not test drive the car did not look at the car but as soon as I drove up I knew which one was mine. Corey did all the work and assure me I would love it. Thank you so much for all you did, you were amazing. I love the car and will for sure return to JDL for future purchases. This is for my experience with the service departm...

This is for my experience with the service department, once I called and said I was having a problem with my Lincoln Nautilus IP display, a time eas arranged when my vehicle could be picked ,the valet was right on time with the loaner and to pick up my vehicle all the while I was kept informed of all arrival time. Once the vehicle was at the dealership I was called and informed of the diagnosis and that a part had to be ordered and the day it should arrived.The part did arrive on the said day,but it was the wrong part,the service department did inform me and gave me a new day when the should arrive.The part did arrive on the said date.Once I was informed that the part had arrived ,the work was started and once work was completed, I was called and a time was set up to return my vehicle to me and pick up the loaner.So even though the repair took a little longer than expected, I was always kept informed and the service department was extremely courteous, so because of the pickup and delivery service and having a free loaner,I was never inconvenienced. So I was extremely pleased with the service.

I called to make an appointment at the Dearborn location on a Monday. I was given a 10 am appointment on a Thursday. Drove an hour to this location only to be told they don t have an appointment under my name. Service writer asked me who I booked it thru. I didn t get his name, he seemed irritated over the phone! Service writer said they could service my car but it s going to take 2 hours. Since I drove here just for the appointment, I had no choice but to wait. They were able to get my oil change done within an hour and half. I bought my car at this dealership and I wanted to give them service but I think I ll bring my business elsewhere next time!

I pretty much new what I wanted when I walked into...

I pretty much new what I wanted when I walked into the showroom door on the first day. I glanced around the showroom looking for a 2018 Navigator to get a feel for the vehicle and nothing. That day they had nothing in the showroom and two sold Navigators on the lot. Immediately, there was a bright young salesman wanting to help me with anything I wanted to see. He introduced himself...Samer Awazem. I have never received a warm and welcome treatment at a dealership as I did that day. Even when I explained that I am a retired Ford employee. That usually deflates the want for a salesman to spend a great deal of time with you, but not Samer. He helped me for a few days as I was finalizing exactly what I wanted in my mind. One day I just stopped by the dealership and Samer was out with a customer but Racha Hodroj was more than happy to stop what she was doing and she helped me with a question I had until Samer came back. Once I completed the order for the vehicle, off we went to the Finance Manager, Ron Moore. I thought, "here comes the high pressure". Not at all. Again, another individual that is looking out for your best interest. Did he show various plans...Yes. Did he explain them in great detail....Yes. Was I pressured into buying any of them...NOPE. I did get the 8 year Vehicle warranty and the 7 year Tire warranty but I knew I should have those going into his office. These are the nicest group of helpful individuals that I have ever dealt with in my many years of vehicle purchases.
Thy them. You will not be disappointed, GUARANTEED !!! They do have the 2018 Navigators on the showroom floor now. Go check them and Samer out.

The sales team helped me every step of the way to find exactly what vehicle would best fit my lifestyle. Thanks to Jack Demmer for putting the customer first. I purchased a new replacement vehicle due to the buyback program. This process was very easy and customer satisfying. Thanks to my amazing sales advisor Wael and his Sales Manager Chris who carefully listened to my needs, combined with my wants and my budget to find the perfect vehicle for me.
