Update: The said they received a few of my books in. I went to pick them up. One of the books was not correct. They offer a refund that take 3-4 business days to get back on your card. Most inconvenient when you're trying to buy books.

Seriously the worst bookstore ever. I decided to do curbside thinking it would be faster than going inside, comes out they are no longer doing curbside and that was never communicated to me. All of this happened after having to wait over one week for my order to be processed and being overcharged for one of my books.

I am the father of 5 kids and had to arrange for care so I could come in and check to see if my books were available this morning right when the store opened. I received an email right before coming in, while driving so I couldn t see it, that they were placed on backorder. I did not have the ability to come in Tuesday after the school fixed my book list so I ordered immediately online thinking it would give me priority access to having books placed aside. I had no notice that it would take potentially more than 48 hours and that they were not set aside, so I had to reach out and now I am out of luck for the first day, and likely week, of class and wasted an hour of my time driving in for nothing. I am literally stuck with waiting for these books since the Amazon alternatives are no longer available. There really isn t a fix, but I hope to never have to use your store again. I feel the least that could be done is have the online site give warnings that ordering online does not prioritize your books until they are actually picked and notify immediately if the order won t be addressed within 48 hours.

Confused me and now I don't have a lab coat or eye protection for my chemistry lab. Also, text books take way too long to get. Not satisfied whatsoever. Next time, I'm going to find somewhere else to buy my textbooks and supplies. Also, I bought a binder and it was broken.

It has been 5 days now and I have not received the books I order. I emailed the book store asking what the ETA is since class has already begun. No none has answered my email. This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered with a bookstore. I will not be using them again.

Ordered textbook access code before school. Did not ship until 2 weeks after class started, tried to get a refund and haven t touched access code. Barnes and Noble is crooked and took all of my money.

Actual trash. I paid like 90 just to be FOUR WEEKS INTO the semester and my textbook still hasn t come in despite what they told me. Thanks for making me broke just to be the reason I fail my class

Literally worst book store I ve ever purchased from. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. BS customer service .

Edit: Received all 3 books late, up to 4 weeks after first day of classes, in terrible packaging and damaged. Ruined access code page. How do they not have enough funds to at least buy proper water-resistant bubbled poly mailers but they can up-charge me on every one of my books? Hm. When I ordered books last school year from here everything arrived nicely! Wonder what went wrong, possibly new management.

I placed an order for a textbook almost a week ago and it hasn't shipped. Ive called for two days now and no one is answering. i have also emailed.\

update: beware of this company as they will raise the cost of an item at any time and be covered by the cloak of their terms policy which states:We strive to accurately describe our products or services offered on the Services; however, we do not warrant that such specifications, pricing, or other content on the Services is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.

This translates to: there is a price on our website but don't rely on the advertised price as it will not be correct and we can decide to change it at any given time. Even if you have already placed an order and it took us weeks to ship. We can charge you the new price after the fact so that we can continue to make money off of materials that are REQUIRED by professors and the university. Texas Tech should be outright ashamed to have any connection or business dealings with this company.
