Jim was very patient, kind and understanding. I was having a few hiccups and took the time to work with me. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past but Jim demonstrated that some people still want to make people happy. And anybody that can xeal so kindly with my husband deserves an award. Thanks again for EXCELLENCE and helpiing me believe I desreve the BEST!!

Everyone is very helpful. They make you feel like your at home. Sam is the best if Your looking to purchase a Lincoln please see Sam. Service department estimated 2 hours they were done in 1 hour . I rather drive all the way to Dearborn then go to Varsity Lincoln Wixom horrible experience !

NEVER AGAIN! I leased my first Lincoln ever from...

NEVER AGAIN! I leased my first Lincoln ever from this dealership and the experience was less than stellar. I had the vehicle in my possession for about a week and I noticed a small dent in the hood. I contacted my salesperson and then what happens? I was asked to take the vehicle to the body shop so they can check it out. Yep, that's right! They did not pick it up, nor did they bring me a vehicle to drive. That was time out of my day to take it to the bodyshop for an issue they were responsible for.

After they determined it was an issue from the factory and nothing had occurred while the vehicle was in my possession, what happens next. Wait for it! They offer me a hood from another vehicle. Yep, not a new hood straight from the factory, a hood from another vehicle. I refused and instead asked, if I am driving a car with a dent then discount it in someway? I asked for small compensation but they insisted a hood from another car, not a new hood straight from the factory would be appropriate. Oh yes, don't let me forget about this, the manager did offer me a free oil change. Unbelievable! First and Last time I will ever purchase or lease a Ford/Lincoln product. NEVER AGAIN!

I have leased one car and purchased another car at Jack Demmer Lincoln. I have always found there staff helpful and informing. They do tend to use the typical car selling techniques such as "I need to talk to my manager in the back" and "Today is the last day for that price" which I grow weary of, but besides that I have never had a problem.

I have been using their service department for 8 years working with Jim Dotson, who was a wonderful service advisor. There were a couple of other more surly service advisors but they seem to have gotten rid of them and I generally avoided them and worked with Jim. Unfortunately Jim has now retired, but I am hopeful that the service level I have received in the past will continue with a new service advisor.

Oil change service was excellent and fast! Included a tire rotation and complimentary car wash which was not expected. Highly recommend Jack Demmer Lincoln for any servicing needs. Will be back.

I bought a new Lincoln Nautilus last week and love...

I bought a new Lincoln Nautilus last week and love it. I could have bought my car from several dealerships I visited but the reason I decided on Jack Demmer was the salesman. I'm not a big fan of car salesmen but felt very comfortable with Charlie Wagner from the first meeting with him. I told my husband if I get a new Lincoln I think I want to buy it from him. He was not pushy, very honest, very knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal.

Had a great experience at Jack Demmer Lincoln. Racha is by the best sales person I have ever worked with. She signed me the lease very quickly, was very helpful during my lease period if I had any question and even went to the extent to help with my lease transfer... very professional! Very happy with Jack Demmer due to that reason

Nick Ramon drastically altered my opinion of car salesmen. My original opinion of salesmen formed in 2013 when I went to trade in a vehicle towards a new car for my husband. I told the gentleman at that time at least 4 times that I really liked trucks and would like to take one out for a test drive. He flat out ignored me. I felt rejected and dismissed; even though I was the one purchasing the vehicle for my husband. 2014 rolls around and we decide the two door Focus was a bit too small for our family so my husband started looking around at different cars. After my last experience I wanted nothing to do with the process. My husband found Nick Ramon and began the process of purchasing a 2014 Fusion. I got the call that they were ready for me to come down to sign the paperwork. During their interactions my husband explained to Nick why we didn t go back to the other dealership and what had happened to me. When I walked in Nick smiled and commented that he heard I really liked trucks, especially big ones. I laughed and said, yes I did. Then he asked the magic questions: Would you like to take one out? What color would you like? In a matter of moments Nick had dispelled my opinion of what a sales experience could be like. He let me take a brand new red truck out for a spin. I fell in love. This was the truck that I have been craving and missing since my early driving years. Our buying experience with the Fusion solidified that I would only work with Nick when it came to purchasing my vehicles. He always answers my questions without making me feel like they were a stupid question to ask. He listens to my concerns and opinions and offers suggestions on what my fit my current and future needs. Since our 2014 Fusion purchase I ve since gone on two buy to more vehicles from Nick. This year, Momma got her truck and it s glorious. We re following Nick to Jack Demmer Lincoln and will continue working with him and his team now that he is the Used Car Manager. With a personality like his and a drive for caring for his customers there s no better place to go to get that personal experience.

Went in for a leaking tire. Josh the service manager made sure everything went well. I received the best service a customer could ask for! Since, the shuttle service was down I was given a Lincoln Corsair as a loaner vehicle. Great SUV I think i found my Fusion upgrade. I received quick notification that the repair was complete and to my surprise my vehicle was wash! Great Lincoln experience

My 15 MkZ Hybrid went in for its scheduled service and I couldn t be happier. My Zephyr is always treated like I bought it new when I actually got it CPO. Joe in service is awesome and has never let me down. I ll always be taking my Lincoln to JDL!

I went to another dealership to get an oil change and after waiting three hours with an appointment I left. I called Jack Demmer Quick Lane they told me to come in right away. It was the BEST SERVICE experience I had. Anthony at the service desk was friendly, and very quick to service my vehicle. I will only return to this QUICK LANE in the future.

Quick and convenient place for service. I ve had several oil changes and my brake pads changed here. I like that they open at 7am and offer a shuttle service. I am able to drop my car off while I work so I don t have to use my free time to have my car serviced. Everyone here is very nice and helpful too!

Went in for a leaky tire. No waiting took it right in had to order the tire so they put my spare on and in about 2 hours they had it delivered, called me back and put it on. With the oil change I sat in the waiting room maybe 30min total. Nice, professional and speedy service. They are the only quick lane I use from now on.

I had a great car buying experience working with the team at Jack Demmer Lincoln. Nanette was extremely helpful when it came to finding the exact Corsair that I was looking for. Despite my ideal car not being on their lot, they were able to quickly trade for the vehicle and I was able to drive it off the lot within a week of my first test drive. Also, Nanette did a great job communicating with me she gave me daily status updates on their progress, which gave me confidence they d be able to get the exact car I was looking for. Will definitely be back when it comes time for another vehicle.

Had an interesting encounter with my salesperson. I called ahead for a test drive, because I ll be turning in my Ford lease soon. The process of setting a date online and receiving a call back almost immediately was much appreciated, however I noticed subtle things about my salesperson that made me a little uncomfortable. Unsure if it was an cultural issue or it was something I looked too much into. Firstly she half shook my hand when I greeted her and when she asked for my phone number, I noticed she prepared to write a 313 number and seemed partly surprised to see had a suburban address. When I stepped away for a moment, she told the person that came with me that some people never show up on time and she was surprised that I did. When I was getting ready to leave, I asked if any Lincoln models came standard with tinted windows in the rear because I don t like people looking into my car and she said no, but would recommend tire locks. I work in Hamtramck, it s not that bad nor is the city or Detroit. Those assumptions made me uneasy and makes me question what someone has to offer me. If I see any upcoming specials or come back in for any other inquiries, hopefully I have a better experience with someone else.

1-22-2020: I noticed a bubble on my tire, and took my car to Jack Demmer Dearborn (Quick Lane); unfortunately the bubble was due to hitting too many pot holes. My tire was replaced & they washed my car as well. Great service & wonderful staff. Thank you for making a bad day turn out well.

Terrible used car sales. My son paid top dollar for a car which was out the door pricing. Then he finds out that he needed to come up with an extra $250 for title transfer when he went to get it licensed. Used car sales Mgr said he would send him out a check for the difference. That has been 2 weeks ago. I called last week and he told he it should have been cut and mailed same day about 2 wks ago. Just why does a dealership have to jerk you around for a couple hundred dollars on a $23k sale? I plan on going up to the dealership next week to get in his face. I will be filming it for a viral on youtube and the local media. I will be finding where Jack Demmer lives and camping out in his front yard also. I am sick of people trying to always rip you off. Stay away from any of the Demmer dealerships. You will regret it because of the liers and thieves that work there.

I took my car there few days ago at 7am. My customer service rep was Joe. Awesome guy and very polite. He explained to me that they was very busy and he would try and finish my car today. I received a call from Joe at 2:30pm he informed me that my car was ready for pickup. This dealership ROC's.

I love this dealership... though I own a Ford they always take care of me. Everyone is courteous and timely whenever I have gone there.

Even something as simple as an oil change is smooth with their shuttling me to my office and then picking me up when it s done. They are great!
