Battery was draining when the car sat. Leave the c...

Battery was draining when the car sat. Leave the car in the driveway for a weekend, and on Monday, battery is dead. Took the car into Jack Demmer Lincoln when I got tired of being late to work due to having to charge the battery on Monday mornings. The service shop gave me a loaner to drive, which saved me the cost of renting a vehicle. Took them 5 days or so to hunt the problem down, which turned out to be the audio amp in the trunk which was drawing power constantly, even when the radio and the car was turned off. Disconnected the amp, put in a new battery, and the whole ordeal, new battery & hunt down the electrical drain cost me less than a typical month's car payment. Highly recommend. If you want to keep your Lincoln in tip-top shape, let these guys service it.

I want to share how this dealership took a "nightm...

I want to share how this dealership took a "nightmare" and turned it into joy! I came to this dealership upon the heels of leasing a MKS which turned out to be a "lemon" by Michigan law. That MKS, by the way, was leased from another Metro Detroit Lincoln Dealership.

I leased a sleek, gorgeous MKZ from this Jack Demmer Lincoln dealer which was white on the interior as well as exterior. The car was beautiful! Three days into driving the car, I noticed that liquid was always on the ground. Come to find out, my new MKZ had a busted radiator. How awful! I was livid and I let everyone at the dealership know that!

But JACK DEMMER LINCOLN sprung into action to make this problem car, a beautiful, problem-free car, once again. I sent an email to just about everyone at this dealership the weekend of the Fourth of July expressing my disgust and received an email from the manager of the dealership ON A SATURDAY... that my car would be serviced immediately come Monday morning! They were not joking. Again, this dealership sprung into action!

Come Monday, I received a call from Josh Hershey at 7:15 AM! He apologized about me having issues with my new car and said that a crew was on the way to: 1. have my MKZ towed and 2. deliver a loaner car to me, parked in my driveway. All of this happened in the span of 30 min!
Talk about making a wrong a complete right!

Additional apologies and assurances came from Mr. Chris Conley and Mr. Matt Demmer! Folks, when I say that this dealership worked tirelessly to make me happy, this dealership worked tirelessly to make me happy! (No really...)

So my new MKZ spent about 3 days in the shop with the radiator being replaced as well as a tire which had a nail in it. The car was also detailed, washed, shined and ready for me to pick up. I received my car back with more apologies as well as hugs, cupcakes and well wishes from my new car sales associate Racha Hodroj (who is a beautiful person inside and out... she really cares about her customers!) In addition to Josh and Racha there to see me off with my fixed, detailed and washed MKZ, Mr. Samer Awazem was also on hand with hugs and additional apologies! Again... going the extra mile...

Folks, bad products are within great companies, but what matters is what the company does as soon as they are alerted to a "bad product".

In this case, The ENTIRE team at Jack Demmer Lincoln took my frustration and turned it into a customer for life. Because I was ticked off, (no...let's just be real... I was pissed... livid and seeing red with smoke coming from my ears...) they found it in themselves as well as their brand to not only make things right, but exceed my expectations... and THIS is what I will remember and cherish.

Thank YOU, Jack Demmer Lincoln for taking a horrible situation and bringing it to a joyous and happy ending. May you continue to treat all of your customers with the same respect and dignity that you gave me. I look forward to remaining a customer of yours for a long, long time. I also will share with friends the level of dignity and respect you showed me AFTER sharing with you all, a problem with my MKZ.

My MKZ is once again, a ride that I love!

My experience at Jack Demmer Lincoln has always been great. Wael Mouzahem is the best salesperson. He was very professional and welcoming. This is my second time leasing a Lincoln from Wael. I wouldn't deal with anyone else. I recommend Jack Demmer Lincoln and Wael for your next car.

We had The Works service performed for this oil change and it was fast in & fast out. The crew did a great job. Thanks to all.

2nd review on my 3rd service at Jack Demmer Lincoln: we had the passenger air bag replaced in our 2012 Fusion which required the Instrument Panel to be removed; a real big job. No squeaks, no rattles and no problems; everything works as before. As usual, they all did an outstanding job, from the fast check in by Joe K. the Service Advisor to the technicians. Thanks again for everything including the car wash.

I had such a great experience at Jack Demmer Lincoln! Every team member was incredibly friendly, the process was super smooth, and they took the time to show me all of my vehicle features. Additionally, they had the largest inventory in the area - I went to three other dealers and none compared. Safe to say this is now my primary dealer and I look forward to continuing my business with this great team.

The worst customer service ever. I drop off my Li...

The worst customer service ever. I drop off my Lincoln Navigator at 8:30 in the morning to check the suspension. At 2:30 pm I called to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told the mechanic had not looked at it yet, but would call me when he does. Now it is 4:30 and no phone call. So I called again to check on my car. I was told the mechanic had a lot of cars before mine and would not get to it until Monday. You had my car for 8 hours and you couldn't call to tell me the mechanic couldn't get to it until Monday. So now I'm mad and said I coming to get my car and hung up the phone. Then I realize I needed a ride. Call back at 4:49 to requesting car service and was told, "She was not here right now, but if you give me your name and number I'll have her call you when she get back". I walked to the dealership to pick up my car. The funny thing is, Ted gave me the keys and said, "We had it washed for you". Seriously, do you think I care about a car wash.... I did speak to the manager, but I don't think anything was done or said. I will never go there again.

Barry went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and to ensure I left 100% happy with my purchase. I BROUGHT MY LINCOLN MKX INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR AN OIL CHANGE. WHEN THEY FINISHED AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME THE RIGHT DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE DOOR WAS DENTED. THEY FIXED IT BUT I DID REALIZE UNTIL AFTERWARDS THAT I ALSO HAD A DENT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUNK ALSO. I DID NOT REPORT IT BECAUSE I FELT THEY WOULDN'T BELIEVE IT. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN PURCHASING CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE 1977 AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I now have had two poor service experiences which will play a major factor should I lease another vehicle with Jack Demmer Lincoln. With my prior lease and now with my current lease, the service required has not been performed satisfactorily, thereby requiring me to take the vehicle back to the dealership. This is not good when Lincoln is working to become a "Premier " brand.

I was looking to lease either an MKZ or MKC and my sales associate, Wael Mouzahem helped me in picking my vehicle. I test drove both vehicles and Wael was very knowledgeable in explaining all the features on each vehicle and the extra perks I can have with each. I ended up leasing the 2015 MKC and I love it! It is a beautiful cross-over and drives beautifully. Wael was able to locate my vehicle (I wanted white color) with the features I wanted (double moon roof and navigation) and had it ready for me when I came in for paperwork. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything thoroughly and made it a pleasant experience. Wael is a great sales associate and was able to answer all my questions. If I have any questions on a feature, I always call Wael and he is able to answer my question. I referred my daughter, her friend and my co-worker to Wael and they all leased Lincoln vehicles with him. He is very professional and has great work ethics. I highly recommend him as a sales associate!

Made an appointment for a routine oil change online. The system let me pick my time. I arrived within 5 mins of the scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, the tech asked why I was there and I told him I had an appointment at 8:35 for an oil change. He told me that it was currently a 2 1/2 hour wait since they don't allow appointments for oil changes since there is so much foot traffic. Apparently their online system doesn't coincide with reality and it doesn't give any warning that your wait would be longer than a standard 1 hour service appt. Furthermore, it was pouring rain outside and the guy could see I was carrying multiple bags and had a baby with me, but he didn't offer to help at all and was very unprofessionaI. I will not be returning to this dealership for service ever again.

It was my first time ever getting my tire changed ...

It was my first time ever getting my tire changed and the crew at Quick Lane got it done and done well with expertise. I had a nail stuck in my tire and I had it fixed and they even let me see the man work as he does it. I could tell that he knew what he was doing and that he was experienced. He had 17 years experience matter of fact and did an amazing job. He also educated me on the topic of what I should look for when getting a tire fixed. Amazing service at the front as well! All in all a perfect first experience.

My experience with my sales person Nanette is always excellent. We had to do everything remotely because of the pandemic and she made it very seamless. I love my 2020 Lincoln MKZ, has all the bells and whistles I could ask for. Jack Demmer Lincoln is the only dealership I have frequented in the last 30 years, their staff is very helpful and professional all the way down to the quick oil change. I honestly don't think its possible to have a bett...

I honestly don't think its possible to have a better car-care experience. In and out in under 20 min (admittedly it was a simple fix), friendliest service guys ever, super clean waiting room with cold water refreshments, strong WIFI and a relaxed atmosphere. Felt nothing like a traditional 'mechanic' shop.

5/5 would strongly recommend.

As a young female, leasing my first luxury car, he made me feel at ease and never pressured me to do anything I wasn t ready for or fully understood. He is a man of his word and I will always do business with him and bring more referrals. Months later, he is still available to assist me and answer any questions.

Convenient and friendly people.
Just drove in today with a nail in my tire.
I lease my car and have the tire package.
No hassle. Service took care of my vehicle immediately. Short wait and I was on my way.

In 2002 I purchased a Beautiful vehicle from Demmer LM in Dearborn, which I still have, -- today, 9/11/19, I bought another. Couldn't pass up what I believe to be a Good deal. (Updated my 2nd vehicle). The process was seamless, expedient, and didn't hurt at all
My "pre-owned" sale guy, Pat Koss, sold me my Lincoln in 2002, and my 2nd vehicle, again today. I like & trust him. Recommend highly. Tell Pat: Rita sent you.

Our experience was exceptional because of Barry Price. He is outstanding to say the least. We leased a MKZ and he found us the color that we wanted. His customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 12. He spent time with us in explaining all of the paperwork and giving us instructions in the operation of the car. I leased a Lincoln MKC from this dealer. The salesperson, Barry Price, was very helpful and made the entire transaction a breeze. I requested a quote online. 10 minutes later, he called me and gave me a quote I just could not resist. When I got in the dealer's showroom, he had prepared paperwork. Everything was wrapped up within a couple of hours. The vehicle was cleaned inside out. It has a certain of aroma rather than normal plastic smell. I was really impressed by the Lincoln experience. I'd come back again when my lease is up.

Where do I begin? Racha was AMAZING! These days, it s become so hard to find a car sales person who will truly put you in the right car for YOU, and not for what makes them the most money. It was such a simple and effortless process with her. I gave Racha a list of my needs and wants in my new car and she delivered just that, with a few extras! She made me feel like it was her only customer and was there to answer any and every question I had no matter what time of the day it was. Truly, a great experience. I had one simple request: an updated SD Card used ...

I had one simple request: an updated SD Card used for Sync navigation (A10). Costs maybe $25. They couldn t accomplish that. I got one that was a few years old (A7). Hard to believe but roads change. My old navigation card on my 2013 Ford C-Max had me in mid-air going across the Mississippi River (new bridge). Not cool. Vehicle purchased was a 2014 model so I figured it was outdated.

Otherwise Sales staff were excellent.
