The Lincoln Motor Company Review

My wife and I bought a used MKX here and had a terrific experience. The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed us to shop at our pace. We made a couple trips to the dealership to test drive a few different cars until we finally found the car that fit our needs. They also made sure we knew how everything in the car worked before we took it home with us which was a nice touch. It's nice to know there are still good car dealerships out there with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Fantastic service department, I had taken my 2017 Mustang to another dealer and they were unable to solve the issue (burning smell in cabin) and gave up on it. The technician, Jessica, was able to diagnose the issue and wouldn't settle until it was resolved. Issue was resolved very quickly and costantly updated. A shuttle was provided to/from work which made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend again and again to anybody!

This was my first visit. I had a good experience as far a convenience and timing. I went in for an oil change and they had me in and out in less that 20 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and professional. This was all great.

What I didnt like was the shop tech who drove and washed my car. He drove it as if it was his personal car (very rough and aggressive) and also I requested the car wash after service and it appeared that they just drove it through the wash and brought it out dripping wet without drying. I honestly could have done that myself.

I experienced top notch service from a salesman by the name of Dave McLean. I said would never purchase a car from Demmer Lincoln because of the service I had in the past. Nonetheless, some of those individuals aren't working there. At that time I spoke with one of the Demmer's and still I was at an impasse. Well after meeting Dave, he was reason why I decided to give Demmer Lincoln another chance. I have always been a faithful customer to Bob Maxey Lincoln in Grosse Pointe. Dave is definitely a great salesman. I would recommend him to anyone. I look forward to purchasing another car from him.... DAVE MCLEAN! IS THE TRUTH!

I just purchased a Corsair. I love my new car! Nanette was my sales rep. She was very friendly and prompt with her responses, as we were communicating through email. The color car I wanted was not at the dealership so she called other dealerships to find the one I wanted. She had the car delivered in a couple of days. The customer service was awesome!!

Very helpful service staff. Took me to work and picked me up after while I had my MKS in with them. I will be going back here when I need work done in the future!

They even matched the lowest tire price at a competitor I had not found and saved me almost $200 over the lowest price that I had found. Who would have thought? I had two recalls, transmission flush, tires and alignment performed. All exceeded my unusually high standards. Special thanks to L. J. Rarely have I left a dealership not feeling like I have been screwed. This was the best experience I ve ever had with a dealer of any brand, and there have been many. Keep up the good work!

Demmer provided me a loaner vehicle so that I had transportation while my vehicle was being serviced for a recall repair.

The service department here is fantastic. LJ and Joe are great guys to work with. Their boss always makes it right too. I recently took my car in for seat repairs and everything is functioning and looking just as it should. If you're in the metro Detroit area this is the place to go.

Have purchased several vehicles at Demmer Lincoln. Corey Wertz is a great salesman and will go the distance to help you get the vehicle you want. Jim Salloum is the best sales rep at Jack Demmer Lincoln. I spoke to Jim over the phone and also through text messages. Informed Jim of the vehicles that I was interested in getting and he wasted no time sending me an email with the numbers that he came up with. Jim was pleasant, polite, and easy to worth with. I went from a Ford Edge to a 2019 MKZ. Thanks, Jim you are the best. Referrals are coming your way.

Very quick with changing my oil and they found a few problems I need to address, very professional and letting me know.

The service I received, was over price labor And diagnosis. They are unprofessional, you have to call for any update. I had a recall on a part. And they charge me for it. I bought my car there, and took my car back there thinking I would receive better service. I was wrong

This particular location is focused and fair. They do their best to accommodate your request. I was pleased with the level of detail during my 2nd visit. Part of this level of service should be attributed to their leadership and to veteran manager Yahaya.

Great experience. I took my wife's MKC in for an oil change and to get her windshield wipers replaced. They finished so fast that I asked did they have time to do my Explorer. The Service Advisor said sure. So I took my wife car back to work got my truck and got an oil change on it. All of this in a couple hours. Jack Demmer quick service is just what Ford intended it to be. Again a great experience.

Couldn't get problems check 3 PM told me to come back that's a bummer we'll I will think about it.

Called the servicing department in regards to my 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid drastically dropping in mpg. Wanted to get a service advisors opinion and potentially bring it in for service. The representative who answered mentioned that they were very busy and an advisor would call me back that day to discuss my issue once one becomes available. Never heard back, they certainly lost my business. That was 11/1/19.

We're very excited about our new used 2016 Limited Ford Explorer! My wife and I started the process with a phone call to the used portion of the dealership and connected with Anthony. He answered all of my wife's questions and made her feel very comfortable. She went to other dealerships before Demmer and none of their sales or financial persons were able to create a unique and personal experience as Anthony, the sales manager, and financial manager delivered. We called ahead for our first visit and Anthony had the truck waiting for us when we got there. We didn't purchase right away or the vehicle we came to see but the team didn't let us go either. They all stayed very close the short time after, not by pressuring us but by finding solutions for our concerns and answers for our questions. The transition from our old vehicle to new was smooth and exponential. Anthony was able to describe the new vehicle user control functions in way that my wife understood and could start from. We want to thank the Jack Demmer team for everything!

Fast and friendly service. I stopped on Friday before a holiday and it was real fast. The technician told me that my car battery needed to be replaced and did that in record time.

I was using a 10 min. Oil change place until I was informed by my mechanic that the old place was using a much smaller oil filter than recommended for my vehicle. Lesson learned. I will use Jack Demmer Quick Lane from now on. I guess You Can teach an old dog new tricks!

I give 2 stars because every time I take my car in, I always have to return it. I will give it to them, that they always try to make it right (even though it yanked forever). But my experience with this Lincoln has been nothing but trouble. I can't wait until the lease is up.

Awesome first experience here. Incredibly easy and painless to experience. All of the staff was happy to be at work at 8:00am when I walked in. Not a grumpy face in sight and I was greeted 3 times within the first 20 of opening the door. The work being performed was explained thoroughly and clearly. Jessica Livernois fixed my car up top notch! I will always recommend Jessica for any Ford/Lincoln heavy line work. Couldn t even tell the car was taken half apart. Let me finish this review by saying I drove 714 miles ONE WAY (by the map) to have my car serviced here. I didn t have any plans or events in the area, only have my car fixed and fixed right. After the near 1500 mile trip (after pit stops and wrong turns :/ ) my only regret is not having winter tires to combat the surprise snow and freezing rain along the way.
