Worst hotel experience ever! In a room where maintenance and painting was being done. On third day, no electricity. Front desk wouldn't answer when called. After 12 hours, we went to desk and they claimed they were trying to get in touch with us. Blamed outage on the city, but it was only in our section where maintenance was happening. Got another room only to find out there was no cable or WiFi. Once again they never answered at the desk when called. The only option we had was to move to another hotel IF something was available. We have never stayed at a hotel that didn't try to make amends if we were inconvenienced. We rarely saw anyone at the front desk and at checkout, the gentleman was talking on the phone with someone and barely gave us a second glance. We won't stay there again, nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone.
