This was an absolute treat to visit. The history was great we even went down the sterkfontein caves to see the lime rock formations. We went on a guided tour of the cave and the guide knew it well and was fun and interactive. Overall a great trip

This such a unique experience I can't even compare it to anything. It is world class. We are so lucky to celebrate such a wealth of ancestry from "prehistoric" times. Truly educational. Been there several times ans still learning things

Well set up, guides are very informative. Cub petting was great except only 4 month old were available and they tend to get a bit playful and can bite if you aren't careful. Was an awesome experience. Game drives were fantastic, with two lion feeds on weekends. Some impressive animals to see. Self drive is available allowing you to use your own car to drive through the enclosures. A good attraction is the giraffe feeding, by hand. This depends on the giraffes themselves and weather, all animals aren't as active during hot weather. Costs are geared towards tourism though.

The name Maropeng Visitor Center The Cradle of Humankind is the whole area. It seems that only a small part of the ruins and fossils that have been excavated are open to the public. This is a newly created building after being recognized as a World Heritage site. First, experience the history of the earth on a Disney attractions vehicle (like a round boat). It should be enjoyed by kindergartens and elementary school students. Later, to the exhibition room. There, the evolution of mankind, fossil exhibits, and exhibits that can be talked over the phone with extinct animals. If you are an elementary school student who understands English, you can enjoy it. There was a restaurant and a hotel at the top of the building. I made the evaluation normal, but I felt it was normal for this kind of building.
