Was good... didn't see much animals and lines were long. Was better our previous visit

Highly over rated tourist spot where most of the fuss is around the many information spots that aren't well maintained or kept. Would not recommend going here for a sight seeing activity but for cycling or running, the roads are flat and speed controlled by regular speed bumps which is a plus. Unfortunately this tourist spot is not one of the few that should be advertised.

Very educational. Great place for a day out with family. Nice place to take visitors to.

Beautiful and very neat tents. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Plenty of birdlife with good hiking trails.

Absolutely the most enjoyable day out, wonderful and interactive, even keeping the little ones entertained. Definitely well worth the money and such pleasant and helpful staff!

Amazing experience but warning before you get to the water ride there is a rotating tunnel that will really throw you off balance and elderly should be blind folded when walking across. My 88 year old gran nearly collapsed because of that tunnel.

Well worth the tour. Do try the buffet at Maropeng as well! Thoroughly worth it

It would be much better if the cyclers in the area think about the cars on the road an ride in single file and not next to each other. It blocks traffic and if you honk at them the middle finger is shown.

The website says the place is open.drove such a long way only to find it closed.

Awesome place to enjoy the scenery and wildlife.

We were there on a Sunday to mountain bike.
Stayed for lunch but have to say the restaurant is slow and orders were wrong.

Granted they are very busy but intervention is needed.
The food is mediocre and really has the potential to be amazing.
Everything else is really wonderful.

If you have the time to relax and swim and am in no rush then the service and food won't be an issue.

An amazing experience. This place is well marked and you can spend a good amount of time here going back in time understanding everything. It's amazing to listen to the history. Friendly staff and really clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling the area to stop off here

What an experience. It is great to take the guided tour where you are given all the background by the tour guide. It is very educational and definetely a must as a family outing. The food served at the kiosk is simple but tasty and fairly priced. Security staff are helpful and friendly.

Don't purchase on the website, purchase at the counter. The kids tickets are more expensive on the website and they will not refund you the difference

Very friendly staff. Very interesting. Can see that maintenance is not done as it should to keep it in proper condition.

A friend+i visited the hotel for lunch..excellent steak..beautiful view while we ate..staff extremely helpful+made us fel very welcome,only problem..i did not finish my steak +they gave me a plate to take it away..i queried the plate but waiter assured me it was fine..then there was a big problem @gate,but it just shows good security..management resolved issue,but it did detract from overall pleasurable experience,next time,i will finish steak

Love it, the human history is so interesting and what you find in the show rooms is beyond your comprehension. If you would like to know more about human evolution you should definitely make a date to visit this place. Being there was just mind blowing for me.

Stayed at the nearby hotel which was great. The center is well maintained and clean. Very interesting exhibits with something interesting for all age groups. Enjoyed the interactivity of the different exhibits. The water tunnel and boat ride were great fun. Especially if you have small kids.

Mind blowing historical museum. For the young and old!

The place is wow! Makes someone to know their origin and history own country

Great museum. Wonderful setup with small surprises on the tour. Fantastic views in the surrounding park. In addition next to the entrance a fantastic peace of art showcasing historical individuels who have made a difference.

Amazing place and beautiful interactive museum experience

Not as much wild life as one would expect from Africa. The Lions were quite healthy though and the live interaction with lion Cubs was interesting.

This place was even more fascinating than I could have imagined! If you have the time, a tour is a must.

The space is more enjoyable and has very amazing views. I like the fact that there is space for nature and how they shpwcase the history in their perspectives. The tour guides were very friendly and made the experience very joyful. The information grasped tgere is very educational. This is a very great space for overcoming one's fears. It's an adventure you wouldn't want to leave out of your bucket list. There is also a souvenir shop, kiosks and restaurants.
