I've lived in City View at SoCo for nearly a year ...

I've lived in City View at SoCo for nearly a year now and have really enjoyed the experience. Natalie and the other staff members are always helpful, and have always managed to resolve issues quickly and reasonably. In addition to the professional aspects, they're always welcoming and super friendly. I don't often take the time to write reviews but I thought they merited some good mention.

Rent a property with this company and prepare to be nickel and dimed. Common electric, illegal. "Valet Trash", left piled on the ground for days. Left in your front yard for days for $47.88 a month!

I live at Wellington Place in Cincinnati... Living here is FANTASTIC! Great townhomes with the spacious rooms and up to date appliances! Have backyard for your dog, Great Fitness Area, and REALLY NICE POOL! Quick Maintenance Response when needed. Meredith in the office was AWESOME! Followed up on my online request promptly. Her knowledge of the place is 2nd to none, and made the process of obtaining the home was SEAMLESS!!! Everything is included in the rent, making it easy to pay and manage!! Would recommend to anyone!

I gave Hunter's Chase a positive, 5-Star review when I first moved in, more than a year ago, based on how spectacular the staff was in the move-in process. More than a YEAR later, I am STILL just as happy. I just resigned my lease! My move-in experience was SEAMLESS! The girls in the office (esp. Brittany) helped me from start to finish, answered my MANY questions, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the entire signing process.

In my year here, I have been impressed with all aspects. My apartment is everything I could hope for. My neighbors are quiet but friendly, the clubhouse, gym and pool are perfect, the staff is BEYOND perfection. I don't have to call maintenance often but when I do they are here right away and fix any issue I have.

Olivia in the office has legitimately become a friend to me. She is the MOST thoughtful and friendly girl I've ever interacted with. She walked me through the process of resigning my lease and has gone above and beyond to help me with things. To her, you are a name and a friendly face, not just an apartment number. I cannot endorse her skills enough! Thank you, Olivia!

As far as Hunter's Chase.... The prices are more than fair, the apartments are a great quality, and you honestly can't beat the location. One light away from Austin Landing, 3 lights away from the mall, tons of restaurants nearby and close to major towns in the area (Springboro, centerville, Miamisburg) There is a Kroger, a Walmart and a Target all within minutes! Seriously cannot beat it.

Specifically in my apartment I have tons of storage, brand new appliances, a fireplace, a balcony, and a washer/dryer. I promise all of that is an EXTREMELY rare find all together!

I absolutely recommend hunter's chase, regardless of whether you are a first time renter/young professional like myself, or a family.

The Connor Group differently cares about its prope...

The Connor Group differently cares about its property. We have been living Saint Ives Crossing for 3 years & have not thought about moving. It's affordable as well taken care of. The thing we love the most is the bundle that the Connor Group offer, that includes the cable. You can't beat this deal. The maintenance staff is very friendly "thanks Kalvin!," versus other offices & the staff in the main office is always helpful. Thank you Connor Group.

TGP acquired our apartment complex a few months back and the transition has been amazing. There seems to be a very clear difference between the knowledge and professionalism of the previous property management company and TGP. All of the employees are very professional and helpful and the new property manager Tiffany Pigee is a consummate professional.

Review for Wellington Place Townhomes in Mason, OH.
I have lived at Wellington Place for a little over a month now. I have to say it is a great deal for the amount of space you get, especially with the fenced in back yard. Perfect for the dogs. I have a 1 year old and love how spacious the bedrooms are. There is lots of room for her to play. It is also close to some great parks. The location is great because it is close to 71. Although the homes are a bit dated, the walls are freshly painted and the appliances are nice and new. Also, the staff has always been so nice and addressed any issue we have had.

Alexander Place has certainly given my daughter a wonderful environment to call home. We were taken aback at how professional and kind Mallory and the office staff were. They relayed every bit of information to our daughter that she would possibly need in order to make a wise decision. This is so important in regards to utilities and other expenses. The area is very safe and wonderfully maintained. Her commute to work is just 10 minutes and has everything she needs within a 2 mile radius. Even though our daughter is in her 20's, I will always be a mom and her decision was a very wise one. She had visited maybe 7 or so places after researching on the web.

I stay at Stone Ridge at Vinings in Atlanta, GA and it has been a great place to stay and being in a prime area like Vinings you can't beat the price. Everyone is nice and Devona goes above and beyond to show great customer service and make sure needs are met. She is very knowledgeable and cares about the residents and that is very rare these days!!! The whole staff is great but ask for DEVONA!

Great location, comfy space and friendly staff make this area how great it is. Meredith is especially helpful and all of the office staff will do their best to get you the answers you need, no matter what it is, as soon as they possibly can. I haven't heard any loud noises, or had any troubles getting what I needed. Moved in about a month ago and I highly recommend! No troubles to date and enjoying my space.

If you want to work with people that act like professionals then I would recommend going somewhere else. We were LIED to. We were told straight to our face that the money we paid upfront to have a dog would cover costs for the carpet because anytime someone has an animal they automatically rip it out. And that was what the money was for. At least that s what we were told. Moving out, totally different. We were charged for carpet cleaning and received no explanation as to where that upfront money came into play. Because it obviously didnt. The trash bins are constantly overflowing and instead of upping the frequency, they post signs saying not to put trash beside the dumpsters. They up the rent every year by an average of $120 I would say because they claim the area is booming, blah blah and they want to stay competitive. Well, being competitive to drive in business would mean that you don t increase rent on good tenants every year?! Greedy. The fountains stay on in the winter and freeze the roadway. We brought this up as a safety issue and the leasing office told us that their boss wants them on because they look nice....so pay no attention to your tenants safety, we just want people to think our fountains look pretty. I would strictly avoid Austin Springs and any apartment complex owned by the Connor Group. Greedy, Greedy, Greedy

When I signed a lease and moved into Ashton Brook ...

When I signed a lease and moved into Ashton Brook Apartments in Franklin Tennessee, my children and I were very excited about our new fresh start. Unfortunately, I have to say that this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had renting. I endured living at Ashton Brook Apartments for three years, because I was stuck and felt I had no options. I could not find a less expensive apartment. When I moved into Ashton Brook in September of 2013 I was optimistic and very pleased. Management was amazing and repairs were completed promptly and the jobs were done the right way the first time. That is, until Connor Group took over in that first year. After that, the water bills changed from me getting to pay for the water I used, to me having no choice but to pay community water. My water bill went from $40 a month at the highest, to a consistent $160 a month! Because I lived in a three bedroom (yet only had my children half of the month) I had to divide the water usage up by square feet in my building as well as contribute to the pool maintenance water as well as pay a garbage fee. I still had to take my own trash to the dumpster, yet was paying a fee anyway.

Every year, my air went out at least twice when summer began, and each winter, my heat went out at least twice. It became a joke with my children. The first winter it went out was January 2014 and I had no heat for 3 days. These were hard freeze evenings and my apartment was 45 degrees inside. Management refused to put me up in a hotel while they tried to fix the heat. So not only did I pay rent those three days, I also had no where to stay and had a hotel bill for three days.

When I finally was able to move, Management forced me to stay until July 7 because they apparently had reached their maximum move outs in June and forced me to stay. Well in May thru the first week in June, my air conditioning quit working 5 times! Five times I had no air in the heat of the season. The 4th time my air went out, I called the office on my way to the airport to travel letting them know my air was out and that I would be back in town in four days. I gave her my name and apartment number and upon returning, 4 days later, my air was still not working. It was a Sunday evening and I had my children and because it was weekend, they would not get anyone out to fix it. While the property maintenance manager lived in the complex, she would not come, and they forced a man who lived 30 minutes away to come out, and give me one window unit for my three bedroom apartment. We had to sleep on the couch and in sleeping bags on the floor because the management messed up and did not fix my air. Then next day it was fixed, yet a few days later, it went out again. 6 times in five weeks, I calculated that I was without air conditioning for 11 days! For 11 days I had to pay for electricity bill running my air that did not work. 7 of those days, I had to find a place to stay because I couldn't sleep in 85 degree heat.

Near tears, I resolved to move my moving date sooner and I moved out June 15. I have not been in my apartment since and I will not pay another dime for the 7 days in July they FORCED me to sign up for. Take it out of the days I had to relocate because they would not resolve my air unit the first time. Frankly, It was as if they were just putting "glitter on poop" and never truly fixing any problem.

I had dish washer issues constantly. My garbage disposal broke many times, and I also had many electrical outlets that did not work.

There were months I was out of town more than I was in town and never used water, yet still had a consistent $160 water bill.

We just moved in to Wellington Place Townhomes last month and have been very satisfied with our decision to move to Wellington. We love the space and layout, especially the fenced in yard. We also have a great group of neighbors who are respectful of parking. It is extremely quiet during the evening hours which is also a major plus for us. We also like the luxury of having 2.5 bathrooms and laundry within the unit.

We were lucky enough to get a end unit and would highly recommend getting one if you can. Most of the units come with a washer and dryer which is a major plus and a rare luxury for anyone looking to move.

The staff has been extremely helpful so far as we made our transition from living downtown to the Mason area. We also like that everything we need is within a mile or two of our residence.

With the property residing in a beautiful area and the staff concerned with the needs of the tenants, I rate this property very high. In terms of maintenance, friendliness and a promptness I have found living on the property very pleasant. As a newcomer to Stone Ridge I have recently been quite surprised and pleased with the condition of the unit and the every day movement of the office community striving to keep the experience as one of being home.

I just recently moved to the cincinnati area with my family form California and we were so nervous about the move and finding somewhere that we could call home. But we found it here at Wellington Place. Its in such a nice area, neighbors are friendly and quiet. It has everything you would need to accomindate your everyday lifestyle needs. The office staff Meredith and calely are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. But the fact that they know what there doing and how professional they are makes everything so easy. I would defiantly recomend wellington place to future renters.

Erica - Manager of the Quarry Apartments in Grandview is the poorest example of a customer service manager or representative. I was told when I asked to file a complaint that she has "no boss", my complaints go "back to her", she is not responsible for me "paying my rent late", and she is not "paying attorney fees out of her pocket". Customer Service Management 101 should clue you in on her competency. The best moment of my life will arrive once this lease ends. We have lived here going on 3 years with little to no complaint, until these past 3 months which have been a nightmare.

I would certainly recommend Sterling Place Luxury Apartments to anyone who is looking for newly renovated apartments, a safe neighborhood, and an amazing school system! Not only does it offer all of the aforementioned perks, the Staff here at Sterling Place, specifically Brooke, is outstanding! Not only was she attentive to my specific needs when I came to look at the apartments originally, but also was able to show me exactly what I wanted within the price-point I was searching. Her friendly nature and positive attitude drew me to choose this place out of all the other places I sought out. Whenever you call, expect to hear a live voice answering your call, but in case you do not, be prepared to get a call back with impeccable response time! Service orders are completed within the day and a personal follow-up call is made to ensure everything has been taken care of to your satisfaction. No wonder the Connor Group has an A+ rating! Thanks Brooke for making Sterling Place a great place to live!

Clifton "Luxury" Apartments in Atlanta, GA is a complete DUMP. There is nothing luxurious about this place. I feel that some homeless people have it better. My apartment has been raining indoors for 9 months, and nothing has been done to fix it. This issue has been reported SEVERAL times throughout the tenure of my lease, and the best that has been done is "it has been looked at" When I told them that serious mold was growing on my antique furniture, I was told to get rental insurance from the property manager. WEAK. Rental insurance does not replace family heirlooms due to incompetent property management. I should not be paying a monthly service premium when no urgent services are adequately resolved. I'm urging you to think twice before renting from such a foul group of apartments. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I will take my money and referrals elsewhere.

I normally don t do these online reviews but after my experience at the West Lake vistas I felt compelled to at least take a few moments to let the conner group and any other potential renters my experience. From the time I walked in the doors of the rental office I was warmly greeted by Ms. Becky. She was warm , kind and very professional. I never once felt pressured to make a decision and walked away knowing after how helpful and informative she was Westlake Vistas was the place for me. She did a stand out job at representing the Conner group and would like to thank her for her professionalism and kindness. You rock Becky thanks again!

I've lived at the property I'm at now for the past...

I've lived at the property I'm at now for the past two years, and moved in when it was Camden initially. The transition from Camden to Cityview was a little shaky, however the Connor Group's staff has made up for it ten-fold since then.

Most staff/resident relationships are purely transactional (you walk in, hand the leasing agent your rent check, and then leave), but the Connor Group has made a strong effort to make me feel appreciated and welcome at the complex, not like an added % to their occupancy list.

Life is too short to be stressed out over finding the 'perfect' apartment, so I'll help make it easy for you...if you're looking for a happy living experience that you'll feel confident telling others about, then look no further than the Connor Group.

The Flats at Austin Landing are absolutely horribl...

The Flats at Austin Landing are absolutely horrible. They took over the property and the office workers are inefficient, unorganized, unprofessional, and just overall rude. Huge rent increases, including a $75 per month parking fee (that s required and no other local property charges). The grounds are dirty, not maintained, and one of the entrance doors has been broken since August. The hallways smell like urine and are lined with trash on the floor. Please be aware of fake reviews and listen to what others are saying. The month prior to me moving out, I counted 20+ different people moving. Residents aren t happy and I hope management learns to listen.

The apartments are located in the prime area of Austin, TX and rent is very affordable for the location. The management team has been amazing here at CityView. They are incredibly helpful and want the residents to enjoy their stay. For anyone moving to Austin, I would definitely recommend CityView.

If u are looking at a property owned by The Connor...

If u are looking at a property owned by The Connor Group, do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from it. They are crooks and u will be sorry u rented from them. I am stuck at one of their properties until end of summer 2016 and have made it a mission to warn as many people as possible to NOT give these people a dime of your money.

I just want to go on public record (again) what crooks First Billing is. When you rent from Connor Group (or anyone Connor Group turns properties over to), you MUST have First Billing as your provider for Water, Sewer, Trash, Common Electric and Time Warner Cable. You are charged an "activation fee", monthly administration fee, exuberant late fee (if you have this situation) and, I just found out...a $24.99 Termination Fee so someone can close your account when you move. When you tour a Connor Group property, you are given a song and dance routine and in my case, NOT given a schedule of the extra fees. You want to run like Big Foot is on your heels from these 2 companies.

I recently moved into The Connor Group's Fairway L...

I recently moved into The Connor Group's Fairway Lakes location in Columbus and the move in experience was pretty easy. The application process was smooth and there was good communication with the staff prior to the day I took the keys. Everything was presented upfront and honestly in a friendly manner.

I work nearby and visited a few other places, but the area around the Fairway Lakes location is really what I was looking for. It's close to a lot of stores in Easton and has very easy access to the 270 loop. It's also surrounded by other residences so there aren't things around attracting unwanted noise or traffic. The neighborhood seems nice and safe and is well kept.

The grounds are taken care of pretty well from what I have seen so far. Some of the buildings are a bit on the older side, but still very much nice and livable even with some normal wear and tear over the years. The appliances are very up to date and a washer and dryer were included in the unit. The back deck is pretty nice and covered. Noise does seem to transfer through the walls a bit, but seems like that's a given in almost any apartment complex I've ever been at. The only other downside may be the bundle with Time Warner they have setup, even though it works fine for me, it does limit the choices available for cable/internet.

I chose the 2 bedroom apartment for the price and it had a more appropriate space for what I needed. The master bedroom is a good size and there is great closet space for my work uniforms to hang and good shelf space. The bathrooms do seem a bit on the smaller side. The space and design overall is just fine though. I toured through the townhome style they offer and if you need lots of space, that is a great option as I was surprised how spacious the basements in those were.

Overall, the apartment meets my expectations and provides a nice standard of living in a good environment.

Connor group is the worst property management comp...

Connor group is the worst property management company in Comumbus OH! If I could I would give them zero stars. Their staff is very unprofessional! They do not care about their residences at all!!! DO NOT LIVE AT ANY OF THE CONNOR GROUP PROPERTIES IN Columbus OH. If you have a problem the leasing office staff will not do anything to help.

I have lived in the McAlpine creek apartments for almost a year now and have loved every minute of it. The office staff is amazing and is more than helpful when ever you need something. The apartment itself is awesome and the amenities are fantastic. The complex itself is well kept and constantly being updated to ensure the best living conditions.

I have lived at the Stratford apartments in Atlant...

I have lived at the Stratford apartments in Atlanta, GA for almost two years and have loved it! The location is tough to beat, the staff is friendly and responsive, and I always feel safe in the community. Jennifer, the sales manager, is extremely friendly and is very helpful in answering questions and attending to your needs. Most importantly, each time I have filed a maintenance request, it has been fixed in a timely manner or I am informed if it will take longer. The gym is always clean and the outdoor space is beautiful with a large pool and flowers around the entire property. There is also ample parking space, so it is easy to have visitors. I highly recommend the Stratford!

The apartment is also near to restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

First off - if there is more than one star, its a fake review. Guess what Connor Group , google is aware of your practice ...haha!!! This review is for the property owned in Irving Texas - Marabella at Las Colinas and the ownership company Connor Group. Looks like now they are changing the names around because of all the bad reviews, not a surprise. Went by there the other day and cannot believe how they have destroyed what was a nice pool area with living stone in a grotto...what a shame!

See photos, place is moldy and infested , new good reviews are not real or being paid for somehow. Was a nice complex until The Connor Group took over in July. The main pool was green and slimy for over a month, areas around mail boxes are dirty and unkept, trash area not kept up and dirty. One exit/entrance gate or the other is normally broken these days.

They have started doing work on the complex to "redo" everything, but there is no communication with the tenants. Apparently when they purchased the property they did not get full records either so they have no way of knowing what damage was in the unit prior to moving in such as cracks in the plaster, rotting windows, termite infestation, etc.

The records they got from the previous company also did not appear to contain any past renter details to allow them to do renter verification. Now just to get out of this dump I have to inform my new leasing company they get to deal with these scumbags and contact another company that sold the place and may take awhile to get back with them. I know I may sound a bit harsh here but I have personally witnessed all three of the office girls flat out lie. The head manager, who can only be seen by appt 4-5 tue -fri, is completely full of it.

If you are still reading this please also know that the place is emptying out like rats leaving a ship, the investment company that owns the place will not return correspondence and if you do get someone they will just forward your issue back to the incompetent management at the property.

Final Update - I have now been out of this building for over a week and I am starting to see an improvement in my breathing, skintone, etc now that I am away from the toxic mold that has infested the substructure of the building. Even my cat seems to be detoxing, small sneezing fits just like me. The only way this place will ever be habitable will be to gut all of the walls and treat the issues starting with the roof. The roof has failed and is allowing water to run behind the walls. After stepping back in to the place a week later before turning in keys...all you can smell is musty moldy smells...a friend said wait this isnt how your place smelled...I said "no this is how it really smells once I left and let it settle with no room spray and cologne." Just glad to be out of there and wish the best for everyone trying to live there or looking at living there.

January Update - Entire staff has been turned over again. Place still looks to be operating the same though. They are continuing to update apts and the outside of the buildings...but only cosmetic repairs. Not sure how the city does not require more out of them, the place is a hazard. In the first building next to the office there have been multiple people move out due to mold. Look at the pics, the mold is all over the place. They don't seem to understand that covering the issues cosmetically and painting over mold is not the correct way to go.

November Update - City inspectors incoming to review habitability. Which is interesting considering they have been ripping off superficial wood and replacing it then making it look like everything is sealed outside, even areas that are not being repared. Funny how the contractor working on it even said he explained they had rotten infrastructure and were told to cover it up, he then followed with "I wouldn't live here."

Hunter Chase Aparments- Before I do my review there are a few things you should know. Yes, they offered me a certain amount off my rent. ( It's not much to sway my opinion) 2. I'm logical and fair in my reviews and write them per experience. You can check out my previous reviews at Woodman Park Apartments.
Okay here we go.....*this is be long*
When I started looking for a two bedroom apart there were three essential things I needed in my life; 1. Kitchen space 2. Central Air/Heating 3. Washer/Dryer. Starting my search I knew I would be payment more for theses amenities. I searched a few places found out they didn't have what I wanted or the pricing was way out of my budget. I was getting annoyed until I found Austin Springs Apartments (which is the sister apartments to Hunters Chase) I was in love! Like my heart was just oozing with joy with the lay and the beautiful big bathroom. However, the downfall was the kitchen area had little counter space...I told myself I NEED counter space to feel sane when I cook and the pricing was 200 more over the preferred budget of 1000.00.
As I was leaving I decided to go down the line to see what else was around. When I stopped by to look at the model, I spoke with Michelle who (again per my experience) was lovely and kind she showed me the model that I currently stay in. I liked the layout and thought it was spacious enough for me and my sister, plus I would be receiving all new appliances. 4 months later we move in, I love the fireplace, washer and dryer, my closet but throughout the day I started to notice little imperfections here and there. Like the spray they use on the countertop and sink were chipping (within 1 week) The cabinets were sprayed painted to appear as though it was cherry wood( great idea) however, I'm a bit OCD when it comes to things not being painted all the way. Plus it chips anytime someone grabs the handles. I should note that this is minor to most people but to someone who has OCD it is nerve wrecking.
*Side bar- I knew going in that the apartment was older*
Second Flaw was in my sister room, you could tell there were some water damage to this apartment my only wish was that the took their time sealing and evening the plaster so that it didn't look so obvious. It began to crack 2 weeks into the move, the maintenance was able to "reseal" it but not to my satisfaction.
The doors are not cut properly to allow for an easy opening and closing of the door...which to some people isn't a big but again it bother the living day light out of me...(I'm just going to ask them if it's possible to fix the doors.)
My biggest concern is that while the air conditioner works it doesn't work in the two bedrooms (sent my second request to have someone look into it.) The area is pretty chill, you see people doing everyday things like walking their dogs, jogging and so forth. The pool area is nice they recently built a grilling area. They keep the apartment ground clean (couldn't say the same for Woodman Park) I have a beautiful view of the pond and I get to see the sunrise (cheesy I know, but I'm built like that). After being here for 3 months now, I consider the pricing to be a tad bit high for the apartment I pay now. I would say 800 would have been more suitable. But considering the upgrades it makes sense for rent to go up. I plan on staying here for a few years until they give me a reason to move it (constant raise on the rent). Overall, I am satisfied with my choice to stay here. My score on this apartment would be a 3.5 due to the minor flaws in my apartment.

I've been living at Glenmuir for a number of years...

I've been living at Glenmuir for a number of years and enjoy the many things that this community offers, the complex is situated close to many shopping areas as well as some nice restaurants, so it is convenient to walk to a movie or various shops also a few miles down is the Fox Valley Shopping Center, so if you want the experience of larger box stores and others, it's only a few minutes away. Also, for the golfer, there are a variety of courses close to the community, which are highly acclaimed so you don't have to drive far. I find the management staff friendly and welcoming and have had a good experience, and enjoy speaking with them whenever I get a chance.
