Review for Wellington Place Townhomes in Mason, OH. I have lived at Wellington Place for a little over a month now. I have to say it is a great deal for the amount of space you get, especially with the fenced in back yard. Perfect for the dogs. I have a 1 year old and love how spacious the bedrooms are. There is lots of room for her to play. It is also close to some great parks. The location is great because it is close to 71. Although the homes are a bit dated, the walls are freshly painted and the appliances are nice and new. Also, the staff has always been so nice and addressed any issue we have had.
