I'm going to be new to Parkside @ Town Center in Marietta GA!! I'm so excited to be moving into such a beautifully maintained property. The office staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Rebecca, Evelyn and Jennifer best management ever!! I look forward to an awesome rental experience with these ladies. I don't plan on moving until I purchase my house. Until then Parkside @ Tow Center is a place I'll proudly call home.

I live at Brookstone Village in Cincinnati, OH. I'm quickly approaching my 2-year anniversary here, and I'm preparing to move to a 1-bedroom unit from my current 2-bedroom place.

My roommate moved from Cincinnati to DC, and the staff at Brookstone was incredibly understanding of my desire to downsize to a more suitable and affordable apartment for my roommate-less lifesyle. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I know the staff here has my best interest at heart, and they're willing to go out of their way to make my life at Brookstone as happy and as easy as possible. The staff is a big reason why I chose to stay instead of look for smaller apartments elsewhere.

I strongly recommend The Connor Group properties.

I live at The Retreat at McAlpine Creek in Charlotte....when I was searching for an apartment I few months ago I looked at over a dozen different complexes and I specifically chose to live here because of the professionalism, courtesy, hard work and honestly...friendly warmth of the leasing staff here. The moment I walked though the door for the first time to inquire about renting this staff made me feel at home and so, so welcome. They worked incredibly hard to make my move as smooth and comfortable for me as possible. I love my apartment, the amenities at this location and the beautiful grounds which are immaculately kept here but more than anything I love the staff who are a pleasure to live and work with.

I think it's also worth noting that I am a disabled person and I faced some pretty serious discrimination at some of the other complexes I looked at. The staff at The Retreat not only didn't discriminate they actively went out of their way to help and welcome me. This is a first rate staff and a lovely apartment complex. I highly recommend this management group to anyone looking to create a new home for themselves.

I live in the Wellington Place at Brisben Place Cincinnatti. The friendly staff was the reason I decided to live here months age. The location is very convenient almost everything for daily life is within 10 minutes drive or even in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe since many families with school-year kids live next to each other, that sometimes generate "acceptable noise". In-room facilities are not brand new but the maintenance staff does good job to keep them function well.

Absolutely Nice, I have been at The Retreat Apartments in Charlotte N.C.over a year now, and what a very beautiful property.In such a short time the management team are doing some excellent upgrades and renovations, new asphalt, new paint, new deck for the pool,Office staff are extremely helpful and they work work very hard to make this a nice community.I only have had 1 maintenance issue, it was handle very quickly.The Connor group is right on point!!!!!!!!

We have had an apartment at SouthPark Morrison going on 4 years now! We love the SouthPark location. The secured building is great. The amenities are a plus. It is such a great location due to all the wonderful stores and restaurants. Great area to walk as well. We love Dee Townsend and are happy she is back in the Leasing Office.

I just moved into Wellington Place Townhomes in September of 2015 and have been nothing but pleased with both my new home and Wellington's staff. Any issue I have encountered has been promptly taken care of by the property manager and the maintenance staff. Not to mention the townhomes are incredibly cute and the fenced in back yard is a much welcome change from apartment living! Very pleased with my decision to live here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home to rent in this area!

I have had a phenomenal experience living at the C...

I have had a phenomenal experience living at the Connor Groups' property at Carriage Place Court on 645 DeKalb Ind. Way, Decatur, GA 30033. I have lived all over the States, but have not found such great quality apartments like those that Carriage Place has. Certainly the largest apartments can be found here for the most affordable price in the area, especially for PhD students like myself at Emory University. The apartments are clean, well insulated but can be a bit dark, especially if you are in a ground-floor unit with few windows. Nevertheless, the abundant space makes up for it. As does the quietness. Mostly families, graduate students and working folk here, so a great place if you work at home as I often do. Near to Emory (10-15 minutes by car), the N DeKalb Mall where one can take the Emory Shuttle, Kroger/CVS, the BEST farmers' market in Atlanta (Your DeKalb Farmers Market, about 10 min.), downtown Decatur (10), Stone Mountain (20 min), a great park (Glenlake Park, 5 mins.) and many other destinations. It is situated next to at least two or three MARTA bus lines as well to my knowledge. The grounds are generally well tended to, little to no bugs at all in the apts. or outside. Although the trash disposal can become overfilled at times, it is regularly cleaned up. The complex is blanketed with abundant evergreens and other great trees, making Carriage Place especially verdant in the Spring and Summertime, and just gorgeous in the Fall. There is a washer-dryer plug-in in the apts., and also a separate area for washing-drying in the complex. Lastly, I cannot say enough good about the staff here. The front-desk personnel have gone above and beyond what is expected of them in their service to me while I have been here. Courteous, personable and always professional, they are some of the best landlords I have dealt with. The maintenance crew have also been outstanding, always quick and professional in their work. I am wholeheartedly satisfied with my apt. here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and spacious luxury unit in the area, especially for Emory Graduate students. Well done staff at Carriage Place and the Connor Group!

The place here is great, the management here will do their best to make you feel it's your home. One of the best things I like here is the maintenance, especially when you have a person on the site for emergencies.
Add to that, everything is near you.

I was lucky enough to find Parkside at Town Center when I was trying to get out of a terrible experience with my previous complex, and I haven't looked back since! There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to everyone in the leasing office that has made my Parkside experience so far absolutely amazing! Knowing I was coming from a bad experience, they really went above and beyond to help me out any way they could. (Special shoutout to Kelsey in the front office--she is genuinely one of the friendliest people I have ever met!). I've been at Parkside for a couple months now, and I have loved it since I moved in--the location is great, the apartments are amazing, and the people are incredible! I am happy to call Parkside home, and I would encourage anyone to check it out if you're looking for a good place in the area!

The location is great, I am close to major highways and get anywhere quickly. All of the staff at the villager have been very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating when I need them.

Alexander Place is a great complex! I absolutely love my apartment and for the price I pay I get my money's worth with the large floor plan and different facilities offered to residents. The maintenance is a little slow but I have never had anything seriously wrong so it hasn't bothered me yet! I just renewed my lease for another year, if that's not a sign of how much I enjoy the complex I don't know what is.

Future Residents...beware. Potential Candidates...beware. The Connor Group is the most unethical company I have ever experienced in my life. From the founder down to Partners down to Regional Managers and more, there are no morals or values. The company prides itself on People Count , but it couldn t be farther from the truth. I can honestly say that my biggest regret in life is working for The Connor Group. The best decision I have made, however, was to leave The Connor Group. I watched so much great talent come and go in my time there, and it was truly disheartening. They do not believe in coaching and developing you. They only bully you, until you either conform to their unethical ways, or you resign.

From the beginning, the recruiters use sales pitches and tactics to lure you in. They make false promises and provide inaccurate information. The recruiters tell you that the role is 9-5, but it s actually 8:30-6. It s frowned upon to take your lunch, because it may impact your sales numbers, if you miss the opportunity to meet a potential resident. I averaged 60 hours a week, with no overtime. Which is a nice transition into my next point, their time and attendance system (Biopunch) inaccurately records your time. If you clock out at 6:08, for example, the system records you at 6:00. The system rounds up/down to the nearest 15-minute mark. Thus, cheating you out of time put in. I expressed concern over this to the Regional, to our Payroll Coordinator, as well as employee surveys, and was dismissed repeatedly.

Next, their utility billing system (Resident Billing Services) is owned and operated by The Connor Group. The system bills residents for water, sewer, trash, cable and internet. The pricing of each of the services billed to each resident is inflated by as much as 4x the actual billed amount to the property, every single month.

You are also expected to utilize your personal phone to manage calls from the property, and their Leasehawk service system. You are told, not asked, to forward office calls to your personal phone when you head out onto the property. The Leasehawk system has an app that you are required to download, and manage calls, texts, and emails from residents, and potential residents, in the evenings, and weekends. Again, you are required to do this on your personal cell phone during business hours, after business hours, and on your time off. And, you are not reimbursed for your cell phone.

At The Connor Group, you are just a number. You are not valued for your talent, commitment, diversity, creative thinking, or authenticity. So, please, proceed with caution, and remember, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Overall my living experience (Alexander Place- Charlotte; which is a Connor property) there was a good one over 2 years. However; my $929 deposit is way past over 30 days to me and follow up phone calls not returned. I got a new property manager who was helpful but could not tell me when this money can be returned or if I was getting my money back. She had no problems with the way my property was left yet said I 'may not' get all of my money. My lease clearly indicates it is a full refund. NC law requires deposits to be returned within 30 days. Now at 35 and counting. I keep hearing they're checking on it; but this is a great big hassle. They also have a utility service (cable, garbage etc) that the billing is out of sight. Meanwhile; Connor keeps calling me for the last utility balance, Doing this to someone who has been there for 2 years and paid on time and left the place pristine is not good business. I gave them my forwarding address and have been very polite. I'm not sure why I am treated this way. If nothing else; it is illegal.

I was flooded out of my apartment at StoneRidge at Vinings (a Connor property) on January 3, 2014 because of a pipe break in the unit above me. It has been a full 10 days and have yet to see any activity from maintenance to begin repairs. I will be invoking the termination clause on my lease tomorrow that states I can break my lease after 10 days of uninhabitability.

There is a pending class action being handled by Morgan & Morgan in Fulton, County GA. I spoke with the lawyers handling this lawsuit today. I have dealt with several other extreme maintenance issues but being forced from my home and having repairs NOT be a priority for the property management team is the last straw.

I have lived here now two years and just signed my lease for my third year. I love it here. They have done a great job making us feel like family. Shawn the maintenance man and Meredith have done an amazing job making sure all our needs are met and taken care of. I have never waited for a repair to be made and they are always very nice and professional. I have had nothing but great experience living at my townhouse and would recommend it to anyone!

I have lived in one of their complexes for two years now. My wife and I CANNOT wait to part ways, there is no human aspect of this company, everything is dollar signs. They are very unwilling to help with pretty much anything. I would not only recommend against living in any Conner Group home, I would tell you it would be the worst mistake of your life.

Rented an apartment with Hunter's Chase owned by The Connor Group. A very nice neighborhood to live in. Finalized my apartment over the phone as I could not personally visit the property. The leasing agent was very helpful and responsive and provided me with all the required information over email along with the pictures of the property. Apartments here are good with easy accessibility to Dayton Mall and other required stores and restaurants.

I'm very please with the way the Wellington Place ...

I'm very please with the way the Wellington Place in Cincinnati. The staff has treated my Fiance and even my dog. She has moved out there from Upstate NY a month before myself. They have been very helpful in getting her set up. Maintenance has also been great on getting everything up to date, and fixing minor issues.

It's great to have a fenced in backyard and be able to sit and relax with our dog having freedom and not tied. Also for me I am a cooker and the kitchen is a great size, and a bonus is it has a bar counter.

We just moved into Wellington Place and we absolutely love it! The staff is amazing to work with! They are always friendly and welcoming when you walk in. We had something that needed fixed in our place and we put in a work order and within two hours they were there and fixed it on the spot! It seriously is a great place to live! The neighbors and staff gives this place a great feeling of being at home!

A year ago in October, I came down from Toledo searching for a place to live for me, my husband & our dog. Wellington Place Cincinnati gave us the most square footage for money, as well as a fenced in yard for our dog. Meredith's sunny personality makes it easy to contact the office for any request, and Sean's skills and timely repairs have ensured that any maintainance problem is fixed forever. It's really refreshing to have such friendly, kind people in the office.
The location is perfect! We are so close to dozens of stores, banks, restaurants, a huge auto dealership, Kings Island, and I 71.
We are comfortable, happy and have plenty of closet space!

It is slightly more expensive than other apartments in the area, but they are extremely spacious and safe and that is the most important thing for me!

I've lived at Quarterside for approximately 2 months, and I can't tell you how great it is. First off, let me say that the move process was so simple and easy. Both the sales manager (Jean) and the property manager (Rebecca) were so patient and so helpful during the whole process. Anytime I had a question, they'd always respond in a timely manner. They both really do care about their residents at Quarterside. Maintenance was always quick too. I haven't had an issue, but from what I've heard from other residents that if you have an issue, maintenance will be there in a jiffy to fix it, no matter what time of day it is. The apartment itself is beautiful. I m glad what Connor Group has achieved and their staff as customer service does seem to come first and it shows!

If you want good schools, strong public transport, shopping area in your neighborhood, spacious and upgraded apartment then Arboretum Apartments , Charlotte NC would be the better choice.

Arboretum staff is really attentive and giving great TAT on maintenance front.

My wife and i just moved here and I must say that overall we are pleased, especially since we came from a 1 bedroom apartment.
There are many pros such as the size! 2 & 1/2 bath is sweet!
Pet friendly! There's lots of windows. I love the bar in the kitchen as well as having a laundry room! We have a little back patio, which is nice. & the best part is the location. We are close to lots of shopping, places to eat, and, most importantly, our workplaces.
However...
I give the place 4 stars instead of 5 for a few of the small things that could really make a difference. For instance, the walls are not in the best of shape there are lots of chips, cracks, bumps, and dents and whoever painted the place did not do a good job. You can see dried paint droplets running down the wall. They also painted over the coaxial plugs.
Another thing is our mailbox, it is really hard to open because the lock is going bad.
There is not a lot of parking. There's enough for my wife & I but when friends and family visit they struggle to find a spot near our home.
When you leave the home the only way to lock the door is with the key from the outside which is really irritating in the morning when it is still dark but I don't want to leave the porch light on all day. & I wish the parking lot was better lit. Since its a gated community I feel safe I just wish I could see a little better.
& lastly, there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms or living room area.

The Connor Group, in my opinion are price gougers....

The Connor Group, in my opinion are price gougers. They give you no grace period for your rent along with high late fees. After the 1st there is a $100 late fee. You get a grace period for your house note, car note even your utilities but not the Connor Group. They also force you to have a certain cable service that you pay through a billing service which charges you additional fees, along with late fees after the 1st. They also allow the cable company to make changes in your plan which then cost you more money and if not paid your service is interrupted although you have paid your monthly bill that was on your lease. You are charged of pest control monthly and when the time came and I need it nothing was done. I had to pay out of pocket. They do not inform you of the fees until you sign the lease. By that time you have given your notice where you live and made plans to move. Where else are you going to go then. RUN don't walk.

The Connor Group is a great company. They employee amazing people. I m currently a resident at Westlake Vistas. Bonnie and Becky at the leasing office are great! Very attentive and friendly. The property is VERY well maintained and overall a beautiful property. I would suggest if you re moving to the Austin area or currently live in Austin and looking for a new place to put Westlake Vistas at the top of the list. 5 stars for me!

My experience so far with Sterling Place has been amazing! My family and I are moving from Louisiana to Ohio and we had limited time to find our new home. As soon as we walked into Sterling Place we knew that we were home! Brooke was so helpful and kind to us as well as the rest of the staff and that sealed the deal on signing a lease here. We were looking between two places, but you cannot put a price on customer service and Sterling Place excels in that area! We are looking forward to our move in day.

We live in their building West Village Durham.

We live in their building West Village Durham.
This is not a place to live. Our roof has been leaking for 4 months and they have done nothing to fix it. They toured the apartment, saw the leak and still left it leaking with only an apology. I m not sure why anyone would pay to live somewhere that doesn t care about their residences.

On top of not making basic repairs they also have been giving college students discounted rates. The students party, leave trash and have turned this place into a college dorm room. Not to mention they moved an entire frat into our building.

We are paying above market rate to be stuck in a one bedroom that leaks on us every time it rains. PLEASE BE SMART and pick anywhere in the community that is not here.

"I live in Ashford Green Apartments in Charlotte, NC with my one year old son for two years now. I love the facility, the Management staff is amazing and there always there to lend a helping hand. Any maintenance issue is resolved quickly.I truly feel safe in this complex with my son and I will continue to live in this complex. Its a great choice plus the location is so convenient for me in university area since my job and my son's daycare is literary down the street.

Sterling Place....So far so good. I just moved into my apartment this past weekend. The application process was easy. The leasing agent was helpful in finding just right unit for my needs/wants. They were flexible with my move-in date. I immediately had some issues with heat and they were there to fix it within hours. I had a couple other items that are being addressed in a reasonable time frame as well. The complex is currently updating the units to have a modern look. The interior of each unit is being modernized along with a facelift to the exterior. The pricing seems fair compared to what you get and to others in the area.

Arboretum apartment Office staff have always been friendly and helpful when an issue came up. They were very accommodating when I renewed my lease after a year and needed a shorter lease duration. The parking lot and walkway to my building is darker than I'd like. Grounds and Pools are nice and clean.

They do not deserve a star. I rent from them at Union Station Apartments in West Chester and nothing luxury about them, they say they are the #1 rated apartment in the area. BS on that one!! BIG FAT LIE!!! ITS A DUMP. over priced dump to live in. floor plan is horrible. they say they have a dining room they don't its one big living room. also good luck trying to get anything fix you tell them about it over and over and over and over and nothing gets done. my carpet is coming up i asked them to replace it they said no i asked them to fix it they again said no basically. They remodeled the apartments and did a poor job on it. They charge you a gate fee when the gate has not worked since the time i have lived here which is over a year. they go through mangers or staff like crazy. and they are rude as hell. learned my lesson on this one never rent from CONNOR GROUP EVER!!! trashy place with trashy neighbors. Landscaping, work out room, laundry facility, pools,. everything DISGUSTING. I can go on and on about how much stuff or whatever i don't like about them. My thing is you dont fix what I tell you then I am not paying the full rent.

They were extremely fast to return emails and phone calls. Very professional and helpful. I just relocated from another apartment in the Cin...

I just relocated from another apartment in the Cincinnati area and I must say that the staff and accommodations have been really outstanding at the Brookstone Village.

The staff has been so open and helpful! When i moved into my apartment they were there to check out things first hand and to help make sure that everything was up to par with what was needed.

I couldn't have picked a better place!

One thing that I must say is that the apartments are super nice and very spacious! I highly recommend living here!

After a year living with connorgroup we would advise people to seek other options. Our apartment complex was just bought out from them due to their inability to provide adequate service. Management under Andre was poorly ran. The workers didn't know basic management and leasing issues, management was rude and constantly hung up or gave us constant issues when we were nothing but good tenants. Lack of ability to fix minimal repairs and lost work orders as well as documents they were suppose to have secured. They also conned us into a lease with giving us false information. They were more worried about filling apartments then repairing the ones they had. In their last month of owning the property. The management refused to repair and assist people. With my experience I would adivse people to steer clear of all connorgroup locations and ask the connor group to look at their lower management, their education and how they're treating your tenants. We are in the process of a transfer in our complex and have come to thw understand with this last month of theirs they were lazy in prepping our apartment. Throwing after spray on everything from sinks, switches, floors, oven, metal coverings, windows, lights, to not putting in new carpet, cleaning out the apartment or painting. Our locks also do not work properly. May edit more soon. Thankful to be under new management.
