At Swiss Casino don't expect profit and free drinks, just coffee

It's definitely one of the best casinos I have visited. The atmosphere is very nice, the slot machines are all clean, atleast the ones I used and seen, they also give out drinks but that's normal in a casino especially when we are literally giving out money for free. They also keep your stuff in a storage of their own if you so desire. There is also a restaurant inside with amazing food, it's well worth a visit. The system to take out the money is also very simple.

Arrived by car one evening a week, I leave the car to the employees, almost empty outdoor parking.
I found it not so beautiful too "open" almost too much luxury. But it's ok however I go lose my money and after about an hour I go out.
Arriving outside I go to pick up the keys and they tell me they can go out that in a couple of minutes the shuttle arrives, I go out and wait more than 10 minutes, the parking lot there was still empty only a dozen cars signed abroad.
Asking for explanations of why my car despite the half-empty parking lot had been taken to a parking lot away from the casino, but I received no response.
