Devona is awesome!!!! She is the only leasing agent I will deal with!!! She is super nice and very helpful! The apartment is great and very spacious... The area is wonderful and the school district as well... You can't beat the rent price for this area!!! I love in a tow home 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for 799!!! We were in a bind and she got us in our apartment in 24 hours!!! I mean what else do I need to say!! Rent here and save your time and energy doing something fun!!!

I've lived here for 2 years now and just signed my 3rd lease. The Villager is great! Maintenance is amazing is completing your requests quickly! The management is amazing! They are so personable and really here to make thing so easy for you! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!

Shady business. Be advised if they're using "first billing" huge scam for their utilities for residents. Property had MICE! killed 6 within the first month, should of left then but a lease. They're NOT for their residents.

I love Austin Spring. I really like how they painted the apartments, everything is up to date and the customer service is wonderful. If you want your money s worth then this is the place to be. Olivia and her team are great go-to people. You ask and they deliver.

Currently dealing with them in Ohio. Trying to get out of a lease that I signed but have not moved into yet. I was told it was just the application, and since they said the payment was refundable, I believed them. Signed it on Friday and on Monday they made me aware it was a lease and I made them aware what was told me was that it was an application. I haven't made the deposit yet or gotten the keys, but there's been a change of plans so I won't be in that location anymore. They're making it extremely difficult and trying to get as much money as possible, even though I haven't even stepped foot in the apartment

I used to live at Parkside several years ago and recently found myself in need of a new place to live so I went by the office to see if there were any available apartments that would be a good fit for me.. Kelsey was working and from the moment I walked into the leasing office she was warm and friendly and I could tell she had a genuine desire to help me. I explained my rather unique situation and without missing a beat she offered me a great solution and we got the process started. I was in need of a place to move into immediately and didn't think there was any possible way for that to happen especially because i walked into the office at around 4 on a Saturday afternoon. Kelsey told me she would do everything she could to try and make it happen and sure enough she was able to hand me keys to my new home by the close of business that day. I couldn't believe she was able to make it happen because my situation truly was unique and i felt pretty hopeless. She has continued to exceed my expectations with a couple of minor maintenance issues she is also on point with her follow up to make sure each situation was handled to my satisfaction. Kelsey is a definite asset to The Conner Group and to the residents here Parkside!! Thanks again Kelsey for all your hard work getting me in to my new home and for turning a pretty bad time in my life into a positive one and I appreciate you more than you know!!

I love the Ashford greens apartment in Charlotte , Leasing office and maintainence staffs are always reachable , I'm living there over 18 months and I enjoy all the amenities that are in walkable distance from my apartment , evening walk in golf course , walk in mallard creek trail , Food lion , starbucks , lot of restaurants are also near by.
For UNCC students staying in Ashford makes their commute easy .

The Connor Group is a joke, no one will call you back about issues when you handle them as rationally as possible. Then you get to your breaking point and they refuse to speak with you. I ve rented multiple times and have never, and I mean never, had the issues I ve faced with their Austin TX apartment location. I have woken up 9 times in 6 months to ZERO hot water. Had a maintenance guy do more than just turn it back on once and he told me that would continue to happen (hot water turns on 18-21 times then will shut off?) until it gets replaced, which he said he d recommend to the office staff. Obviously, that didn t happen, because they re too cheap to take care of their units. I was promised hard wood floors when I moved in, that s not happened. I was promised carpet cleaning as an apology, that s not happened. I ve called the office and requested that the office manager contact me to help me understand what s going on with my hot water heater and to go over a solution, that s not happened. They don t care about you once they ve got your money. They charge SUBSTANTIAL fees for auto payment or paying online, which is free for every other company I set up bills with, as they prefer the archaic method of paper checks (which I ve never had to use in my entire life) so that they can conveniently lose them and try to charge you late fees. Stay away from anything run by this company, as it s clear they don t check up on their properties or property managers often enough, if at all. I ve voiced several complaints never to be contacted about any of my issues or concerns and am treated terribly by the maintenance staff. I just want what anyone else wants, for promises to be fulfilled and to not have to stress and wonder if I have to be late for work because my hot water isn t working for the umpteenth time. I m taking these complaints to the next level, as that seems to be the only way to get their attention.

I looked at two different properties owned by The Connor Group (The Quarry and Sterling Place), and ended up renting the apartment at Sterling Place. I have only been here for a week or so, but so far am pleased with everything. There were a few minor hiccups getting moved in, as the apartment wasn t quite ready, but every member of the staff has been wonderful to work with. Brooke was my leasing agent, and could not have been more friendly and efficient.

I am a resident at Carriage Place Apartments in Decatur, GA. I have lived here a little over a month and have loved it so far. The apartments are nice and clean but the great leasing office staff is what really sets the place apart. It is easy to find apartments that are clean and updated but finding a truly great office staff is something that is much harder and often difficult to judge when looking at apartments. All staff are nice and attentive when they want you to lease a unit from them but often their demeanor and service wanes once you are an actual resident. Annabelle and Tahlia at Carriage Place Apartments are some of the most fantastic leasing office staff I have ever known. They always handle any requests I have in a timely manner and a very pleasant to talk with when I am in the office. Great place to rent in Decatur!

The Connor Group staff at times has been unorganized and frustrating to deal with, especially in regards to rent checks and money. They make mistakes and take no responsibilty for it and are often rude.
They have mistakenly charged my account late fees. They have credited our account with money for refering more residents, only to take it back the next month claiming there is no sign of it in their system.
It also suspiciously went unnoticed that my safety deposit was not returned after moving from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Once I caught the mistake, they hounded me for proof because, once again, they "couldn't find it" in their system. Be sure to keep a copy of your signed lease! and it took MONTHS for the check to even come in. I can't wait til my lease is up!

I'm in love with the Village of Addison community. Everything you could want is in your apartment and staff is very attentive and friendly! After coming from a apartment complex with TERRIBLE management and staff - the Conner Group has been wonderful. Jonah Longino in the front office has been amazing. He has been a huge help for me adjusting into my new place and I couldn't ask for better assistance!

Not a very caring company to their tenants. Every time it snows, we're left to drive around in an ice skating rink. They don't clear sidewalks either.
Basically they're slum lords. All they seem to care about is how much they can raise their profits without actually doing anything for the people who give them money. Also, they are lowering the value of their properties by allowing certain types of people to move in. I kindly recommend anyone to look elsewhere unless you enjoy the sight of cockroaches. Also, they pay their employees or family of employees to write five star reviews. Don't be fooled by all of these. They are not true. I would read all the one stars...

The only comfort I have now is seeing that other people struggle with the same issues as me. This company is irresponsible and borderline negligent to it's residents. I have not had a working A/C unit for 3 weeks. I have called and put in at least 5 work orders. I have given up on getting it fixed. I did not have air during the heatwave that killed 6 people. I should count myself lucky to be alive.

The staff is incompetence and generally disorganized. Twice while living here for 12 months have they lost my rent. They then proceeded to blame me for not paying and issue me a letter threatening eviction. I was once put on hold for over an hour. Worst yet, none of the staff seem to even bat an eye at an upset resident coming to talk to them. I firmly believe I could be in tears and none of the staff would care.

I am currently trying to move into a new unit in the same complex. I have asked repeatedly if my move in date was July 29th; I was always told yes by the staff. Today I went to get the key to the new apartment only to be told my actual move in date was August 2nd. I now have to reschedule my whole life around the staff's incompetence. I can not begin to count how many times I have cried over my situation wishing for any glimmer of hope. I don't know how to describe this company but can tell you one thing for certain, they do not and will never care for you.

I love my apartment and the managers only make it better. The apartment grounds are always very clean and well maintained with beautiful landscaping.

They offer very spacious and nice apartment in very reasonable rent and they have very good maintenance service as well as very nice and helpful staff members.

I couldn't be happier living at the Arboretum Apartments. The community is absolutely beautiful and so clean! I use the pool, gym and lounge daily, they're so convenient. The sales managers here are great and they're always so helpful. Kathryn always responds to me right away if I have a question, even though she's so busy! I swear I see her here everyday I don't know how she does it. The rest of the staff here is great, they definitely know how to do their jobs.

Dee is the best! she is very friendly and is always helpful.

5 Stars is what I give to The Connor Group ...I have lived at the Retreat at McAlpine for over 10 years, and I can say this company is all about upscale communities. The Connor Group office staff is very professional and knowledgeable and friendly,Deb and Kristi are very connected to to the neighborhood and the residents.The Connor Group/Retreat at McAlpine has made so many upgrades I cannot name them all..I get so excited!!!!! New Gym Equipment, Nice exterior painting, New asphalt for the entire community, Re-Surface Swimming Pools and New Grills!!!! New appliances!!!! Should I go on? Because I can!!! ....Keep up the great work! and THANK YOU for ALL you do...

Just recently moved in to Sterling Place Apartments. Our moving process went smoothly. The office staff and maintenance seem very friendly!

Not an ethical company. Charges residents hidden fees. Employs unethical people like Jennifer Willett who sleep with residents during work hours.

It's a great place to live with very reasonable rent. I definitely recommend to visit.

I've lived for the past year in a property managed by the Group. For the most part I've had no complaints. I've had my work orders responded to very quickly (1-4 days at most) the grounds are well kept and I've never really worried about safety concerns. By in large the property is well mamnaged and a wonderful place to live.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is personal complaint I have with the fees vs rent structuring. when the connor group took control of the property there were suddenly extra fees and services I hadn't requested, but in the groups defense were clearly stated in the Lease agreement. The fees have come down since then and Again, this is just a personal irritation. In terms of actual property and management the properties are fantastic.

I have lived at the Knightsbridge Apartments for about 2.5 years. The management is great to work with. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

So this has been a super painless renting experience. I worked with Jean and Jennifer at Alexander Place and they just took care of everything it felt like. I was super crunched on time to find a place and they really handled pretty much all of the heavy lifting. Le awesome.

Since the new management company has taken over, this place is great. Staff is friendly and they address concerns promptly. They are upgrading and making this complex look great.

I live at Ashford Green in Charlotte, NC. The staff is so wonderful and are so helpful. I just moved here and I'm excited to be here with such awesome people.

I had a great experience getting set up at Quarterside. The property manager was extremely helpful in finding me the exact floor plan that fit my needs and was able to answer any and all questions that I had prior to deciding this was the right apartment community for me. She was very helpful along every step of the application process. It was an overall great experience and I am very excited to be moving into such a beautiful unit with so many great amenities. I would highly recommend checking Quarterside out!

I currently live in Wellington Place in Cincinnati and Meredith from the office helped me in deciding where to move in. Her enthusiasm and the way she put everything in such detail convinced me to rent a townhouse in Wellington Place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cincinnati.

Loved everything about this place! Stoneridge @ Vinings. Davona was the most delightful of all! What could have been a stressful situation for us turned out to be one of the best things ever because of her. Her interpersonal skills are impeccable! What a pleasure it has been. She helped us through the entire process. And I know that our stay here Will be enjoyable because I have no doubt that she will take care of us. I live at the Flats at Austin Landing and really like it there. I've lived there for 2 years now and really like the changes the Connor group is making. The new office staff are great! Shereen has been a great joy to meet and work with.

I'm moving into this apartment this summer and they have been very helpful and nice. Pretty quite, nice updated apartments, affordable prices.

The Staff is really great and professional. The location is convenient to everything. The grounds are well kept, everyday you see someone outside making sure its nice and clean.

I am a resident of the Sharonville property, McCauly Crossing. I defintiely love my apartment. The property is very quite and clean. There are people here every month cleaning and making the complex beautiful. I was a bit nervous to move in due to some of the reviews I read. Probably how you feel now, however, I gave it a chance. When I did, I was really pleased with the service that I received. The property was really great during the winter. They always shovel and salt and clean the side walks. :) This is a plus since I work in corporate america and I am usually in business suits and heels. If you are in my area stop by and see about the apartment here. They are affordable too! Gated community! Nice clubhouse and wonderful staff in the office.

DO NOT LIVE IN A CONNOR GROUP PROPERTY!!!!! My son lived in Lennox Flats in Columbus, OH for 3 and a half years while attending The Ohio State. When I moved him out I cleaned the entire apartment and took pictures as evidence. Now they're refusing to return my deposit for a supposed broken microwave. The microwave was not broken! My son had already been given a final walk through and they said that everything looked great. The girl that did the walk through told my son that the microwaves were prone to breaking and that they had a lot of issues with them. The maintenance man also told us that the property was bad about not giving the deposits back. This is the reason that I took pictures! The manager is rude and not helpful at all. And good luck trying to get the upper management phone numbers for Connor Group. They won't give you any information on upper management or phone numbers. I have 5 children that all had apartments while attending college and I've never had a problem with any of them getting their deposits back. Don't live in a Connor Group Property unless you don't want your deposit back!!!!!

I love living in Wellington Place Apartments. It is really hard to find pet friendly quality living. I love talking to the ladies in the office.

Wellington Place is a great community! Spacious places with back yards, super convenient to 71, many work places, restaurants, and stores. Amber and Meredith are fantastic! Super helpful and incredibly friendly.

I just moved into the Apartments on July 1st. The staff has been very helpful and friendly in the process. The apartment is spacious and very close to shopping and my son's high school. The staff is always friendly and greets my by name when I am out walking around. They are very pet friendly.

While searching for apartments, we found the management here to be top notch. They were always very helpful throughout the whole process. The community at Alexander Place seems to be a great one, and is in a great location.

This place is turned around completely from what it used to be. I have been living here for past 3+ years. It is the best location and with new management it totally deserves the 5 stars.

I moved to The Retreat at McAlpine Creek from an upscale townhouse in Michigan 5 months ago and I absolutely love it. If you like beautiful surroundings, a quiet, serene environment with award winning landscaping, then I recommend The Retreat. As you would expect, the management staff is very professional. When I moved in there were a few minor adjustments I needed, the staff made notes and the maintenance crew was very timely with taking care of my concerns.
Before moving to Charlotte I did some research online looking at places to live in the area. Because of the reviews and promotional information for The Retreat it was at the top of my list. Its proximity to shopping, services, places of worship, and eateries is just fantastic. I m very happy with my decision to move here and would recommend it as a first choice.

I have been a tenant at the Southpark Morrison for nearly a year. I've had nothing but great experiences with the The Connor Group and the faces of the property at the this location. I'll just sum it up in three words for you Jen, Marcia, and Dee can't leave her out even though she's no longer at this particular property. From the application process to this exact moment they have displayed exceptional service. If something went wrong with anything in my unit the attention to the matter was very quick from the maintenance team and most importantly effective. In addition to the staff here at the Morrison you can't beat the location, the amenities with the shopping, dining, and easy access to uptown along with the pricing. Wow!!!!! If you are looking for a place to call home and with a feel of having extended family members in the leasing office I would put this location on your list. Impossible to go wrong.

we our loving our new place. We just moved in but so far they have been great. Very friendly and caring staff. They have someone come fix things within 24 hours and the guy who fix things is so friendly. So far it is a great experience.

although I've only been living here at St. Ives Crossings for a short while I can truly say that I love this community. Its clean, well lite and safe. The office staff is courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I haven't had any maintenance issues but I remember when I initially moved in I encountered a member of the Maintenance team and he told me I could contact them anytime and he would be happy to help! I plan on being here for long time!!!

We are very excited to move in this weekend. Everybody is very nice and welcoming!

I just got relocated with My family for a promotion. My wife and I have been in the process of renting from them in Westerville OH for a week now. We paid a rediculous admin fee which included the remainder of the money we had set aside for application fees. They were made VERY aware that as long as they had our admin fee we are unable to apply anywhere else. Every day we are told we are good, and every day they need something else. Now, a week later, we are 2 days from being officially homeless and we are getting the same "10 o'clock tomorrow morning" answer. Very stressed out. I have made numerous phone calls to "customer service", regional managers, and partners and have received no help or anything else.

There property in auora il is the worst. They have mold growing in apartments. Maintance people just walk into house like they live there. I had a water leak took 2 months to repair. Im missing smoke dectors.

Wellington Place is an amazing place to live in. The neighborhood is lovely and near to restaurants and shopping places. We arrived in Cincinnati from out of state and the transition went very quick and smooth. We met with Meredith, who explained to us everything that we need to know and allowed us ample of time to make decision. Meredith brought us for a tour of the house and she conducted the tour very well. The place is next to a major highway which is very convenient for commute. All in all, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice and lovely neighborhood.

I've been in the Quarry for a year now and the Connor Group has been great. Whenever I've had something go wrong they fix it right away and Tad is very helpful whenever something goes wrong. My freezer wasn't working properly and he was there in 20 minutes and fixed it in no time. Great staff!

Just moved into Quarterside in Charlotte a little under a month ago. love the apartment, great location. What I can say so far in a few weeks is so far so good. And the staff and maintenance have been very helpful thus far! thank you for that!! Will update when I have been here longer!

Fantastic move in experience. We were looking for something in the Southpark area with a family friendly environment and Alexander Place is the perfect fit. The management staff were super helpful and made the move-in experience smooth and easy. Great location next to the YMCA and in a quiet area of Southpark

I live at The Stratford Apartments in Atlanta, and I am submitting this review specifically for Sales Managers Aisha and Jennifer. They are always warm and friendly when I visit the management office, and I am particularly thankful for their prompt and understanding response to a recent concern. In any residential community there are going to be challenges to navigate, and it is assuring to know that there are team members who are ready and willing to help where possible and practical.

Not renting an apartment in awhile The Conner Group gave me the opportunity to rent again at a time when I really needed it. Great company. I live in St Ives apartment in the Stockbridge location I'm very pleased with the ground keeping the community and the staff is very family oriented. Meagan and staff are very personable it's just like family. Having to be at work in the we hours of the morning I have never had any problems I feel safe in this community.

Monica is amazing and funny and I enjoyed staying at knightsbridge.

It's a great place very quiet and clean I can only imagine what summer will be like living there, nice pool and workout room.
Nice and friendly staff whenever I have any maintenance issues there are right on trying to have someone there. Whether I am home or not someone will go in and fix the problem.
Very close to good restaurants, Kroger and Austin Landing.

Seem to take care of everything pretty efficiently.

Overall I am satisfied with my experience at Wellington Place. The staff is very helpful and sincerely want the residents to be happy. Maintenance responds to problems very quickly. They maintain all of the landscaping so you do not have to mow your yard. The units are very spacious with large closets. When we moved in our carpet was very stained, but they had someone come out with a few days and removed the stains. Wellington Place is very inviting and the staff make you feel at home. There are washers and dryers already in the units. Also, they have fenced in back yards and updated appliances in the kitchen.
