We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at the brown palace. Food, service, band and atmosphere were fantastic. The staff, especially Anita Musi and Iris B. we're most helpful. We would definitely go there again!!

The staff was really lovely. Each person we spoke to was extremely friendly and they had been working there for over 15 years. That alone says a lot about the hotel. Although things were strange due to policies implemented for COVID, all employees were knowledgeable and did their best to ensure that my husband and I were still comfortable and happy. We will definitely return again.

I came here for the first time. The hotel is BREATHTAKING!! We just walked in and walked around. Such beautiful decorations and details! Full of historical charm and beauty! Feels like you stepped back in time. We asked about tours at the concierge desk and spoke with a very knowledgeable and lovely lady named Shannon. She gave us some awesome facts about the hotel and was so passionate about the history of the place and we loved it! She was friendly and informative! Would definitely come back to do the tour! I would definitely recommend this as well. It's free to walk in and have a look around!

This is a great historic hotel in the center of downtown Denver. There service is impeccable and the grandeur of the hotel is hard to express. The center of the hotel is open to the stained glass rooftop. There is a spa and a couple of restaurants and bars in the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with great showers. The showers have a rainfall head and a traditional head that can be used simultaneously. Great place.

The Brown Palace is a gem of Denver history. An unassuming red brick exterior conceals the stunning interior of this hotel. I visited during afternoon tea in the atrium. It wasn't my cup, but it looked like quite a fancy experience.

I didn t stay here, but visited this place specifically since I couldn t find any available rooms for points redemption when I tried to book it. Beautiful building. And it seems from the outside that it connected to some other structures with a sky bridge. There is a restaurant on the first floor.

An amazing building, the Churchill bar is an absolutely great environment and one of the most unique rooms I've ever been in . The ship tavern has absolutely excellent food. You can't go wrong with anything you order there

Great staff, very nice and upoer class. But if you have any oets with you, save yourself some headache. They make you sign a paper saying you wont leave the pet unattened at any time. So we just have to sit in the room eith them?? Not to mention its a hassle trying to find a place for them to do tgeir business, the nearest park is 2 blocks away.

The Beatles stayed here when they first came to Denver to play at Mile high stadium take a look it's such a beautiful hotel and we have many underground tunnels that connect to all the hotels because back in the day probation nobody wanted to be seen so underneath most cities you will find tunnels and Denver is one of them

I had a great time at the brown palace. They had live music everyday, high tea was very tasty, and our room on the 8th floor was very big. It had a huge bathtub that made for a perfect relaxing bath. Downturn twice a day. Really enjoyed it.

Amenities are fantastic! Rooms are clean, upscale finishes, modern utilities. Lobby is spectacularly designed! I love the stained glass ceiling. Staff is very welcoming and accomodating. Only 2 negatives. 1, you have to pay for WiFi!? And 2, they spray painted the underside of the staircase with a gold paint, not super classy.

It s a beautiful piece of history under bad management. I understand that COVID hasn t been easy on any business but it doesn t take much to make sure rooms are safe and clean. Upon check in we realized that the glass shower door was off the hinge and was about to fall down as it was making screeching sounds (Photo attached). Thankfully we saw it before we reached to open it. We had to pack up and move rooms. Once they moved us to a new room, the new room had a huge brown stain on an arm chair cushion. (Photo attached). Due to covid they said many normal items are missing from the room but will be available upon request. We asked for a coffee machine. They brought the dirtiest/dustiest machine I ve ever seen. (See photos). Needless to say we never used it. Lotion isn t a part of the toiletries and it s Denver! So dry! I am just sad. I was looking forward to staying there but am disappointed.

A very upscale historic hotel in the heart of Denver's downtown. All rooms have a great view and the staff works hard to accommodate your every need. You can't go wrong booking a stay here.

Went for a banquet. The servers started separating the dirty dishes inside the banquet while a speaker was speaking. Asked if they could do this outside of the banquet and I had a server give me a hard time.

Went to this place Sunday for breakfast and was extremely disappointed it s listed as medium price but really is a lot more. Two-person table is extremely wobbly and you can spell drinks extremely easy by just barely bumping a leg. The breakfast is served by two chefs and everything you order is freshly made for you, but with 10 people in line it takes about a half hour to get through. The staff is pretty good and efficient. The breakfast is an all you can eat but if you want to stand in line for about a half hour to get your breakfast it s not worth a return trip

*YIKES. If you're concerned with your safety and security while traveling AVOID THIS PLACE.*

My partner stayed here on business tonight. After bidding each other goodnight over the phone, I get a frantic text back with "WOW. Some dude just walked into my room." I called him right away to get the complete story, and no joke, this crapshoot hotel gave ANOTHER GUEST KEYS TO HIS ROOM! AT 10:30PM! The excuse was that because the names were "similar" that the new guest was given access to this room.

I've never worked in hospitality accommodations, but common sense would tell me a couple things:
1- This property does not employ people that engage their intelligence while doing menial tasks, like check-in. Surely, there are multiple checkpoints before handing keys over to a guest. Surely, there must be a system in place where a room is already marked "Checked In" and would not warrant a second set of keys.
2- The property is unconcerned with the security and safety of their guests. After requesting the Hotel General Manager give him a call directly, the night manager called up to the room. He apologised, admitted to the mixup being because of similar names, and then said he'd send security up with new keys. 45 minutes later, still no keys. It's now been hours, and is the middle of the night and no keys have been delivered. With early morning business for both of us, it would be great if we could get some sleep, but alas, these guys are unconcerned with safety, security, comfort, general common sense, and we'll both be on edge tonight because of it- a half a country apart.

While the hotel is historic, decorated nicely on the inside, and is in a prime downtown location, if you give a hoot about your own privacy and security, spare yourself the adventure of being discovered by a stranger in your undies and book somewhere else.

My wife and I treated ourselves to a night here with brunch the next morning. And what a treat it was. The room was great, the staff was helpful, the history was captivating, and the food was outstanding (best brunch I've ever had.) Not the kind of place we can afford to go to regularly, but definitely made for a memorable anniversary.

Went for an afternoon high tea with out of state family. We had a great time just chatting and enjoying the fantastic food and treats that was served. The tea was also very good and staff just made us feel so welcome. I will be back and will take more visitors from out of town. Not a place you want to miss in downtown Denver

We stayed for our wedding night and it was absolutely wonderful. As Denver natives we've waited our entire lives to visit the Brown Palace and it completely exceeded our expectations! We are planning on booking the night for our anniversary next year!

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the unique experience of staying in an old historic building, and it did not disappoint. The original architecture was great, and some of the detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Magical and lovely hotel with amazing staff and luxurious rooms. I cannot commend this establishment highly enough. Parking is best by valet (there are city lots but they are several blocks away).

I took my niece to high tea! One thing I love about anything at The Brown is it's consistently terrific! They have a wonderful tea selection, there are also Champagne Teas and the scones, sandwiches and sweet treats are always fabulous! This is definitely a family tradition in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful historic hotel, but be prepared to pay top dollar for everything. Parking, food, tour, spa, even the Wi-Fi is an extra charge. Seth at the front desk is an absolute gem and made our trip there so much better than expected. You must have the Afternoon Tea, but be prepared to call 24hrs ahead to order/book it. I wish the hotel was a little less run-down, it could use some TLC. We're chalking most of our experience to COVID (everything was pretty much closed, so we got room service and stayed in the room for most of the time), so we're going to try again sometime in the future to have the full experience.
