Nasty attitude from the staff, was confronted by one laundy boy who felt i didnt bestow enough respect to his vaunted position. I will have my company move me to a more hospitable location in the morning.

Corrupt also comes to mind, as this hotel has tried twice now to over charge me by $720.00

The front desk repeatedly demand cash for such things as fetching the manager.

If you stay here do not trust them for a moment

My stay over the weekend was typical aside from the fire alarm blaring for an hour and a half because a first burned food st 5 am. I enjoyed having the separate living area with a door to the bedroom. Full size microwave, fridge, and 2 stove top burners.

I stayed here for 5 nights as I was in town for a training program. Overall, I was very happy with the room. It was very spacious with a full-sized refrigerator and kitchen. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that my room was overlooking the pool and bar-b-q area. On a couple nights, people stayed out there partying it up until late into the evening and I was having a hard time getting to sleep. The windows don't do much to quiet out the noise. I thought the pool closed at 10 pm but people were out there well past midnight. Next time I'll ask for a room facing the parking lot. If I could give 3.5 stars I would.

Actually stayed here two different times within one week the first time the clerk put a hold on my credit card for $260 instead of $100 the next time if it's just the $100 the 260s the issue because why that amount not sure. Facilities are decent they could use some updating, however, the rates were very competitive compared to other hotels in the area.

Good hotel and good staff members. I think the only problem is the way the hotel is laid out it's a lot of walking specially if you have a lot of or heavy luggage it can be a problem with all the uneven surfaces. Being an extended stay most guests will come with a lot of luggage I believe, atleast I did.

Everything was great front desk was great room was great they even understand as a safety hazard so when I was on my way to the hotel they lit and aromatherapy candle for my wife. Which made it so much better also to top it off when you walk in is a small piece of chocolate and a bottle of water within note greeting you.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars amount 5 is when I called to order room service 30 minutes before they closed they did not answer the phone.

Other than that everything was awesome the front desk in the evening and overnight both I recommend this place to any out-of-town or and someone who lives in Dallas

Five star is primarily based on the staff, namely the manager "R" and the assistant manager T" - these people are class acts. The property is also nice, which is to be expected from Marriott. But these two make the experience truly hospitable. I tried to reason with an unreasonable neighbor theee times before complaining to the manager. It was handled within the hour, definitively. Too many examples to name, but suffice it to say I wouldn't hesitate to stay their again as long as these two are on staff.

Our stay was great. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was awesome and the breakfast was also really good and they had a very good selection. Just an fyi You have to have a picture ID with a name that matches the name on the credit card you use!

Bathtub needed a little touch up, pool wasn't cleaned and didn't have towels for guest. The key card access into the buildings is a plus. Continental breakfast is plenty in the morning. Temporary parking tags is a assuring.

We had a wedding to go to at the Watermark Church and this location was the perfect spot. Breakfast was very good for complimentary. Staff was very helpful. (Ask for extra towels and pull out bed sheets after you check in). We got the studio and it was plenty space for 2 adults and 2 kids.

This place looks like management walked out 6 months ago and teenagers gave been 'running' things. From check-in, where I waited in line for a cork to check me in, despite another standing to the side watching and laughing at her mistakes (by the way, he was a winner with his black eyed. Despite my having a prepaid reservation, they insisted that they needed to run a $100 approval for 'incidentals' (excessive, in my opinion for a one night stay). She made a mistake in checking me in and ran the approval 3 times, with the list one being denied by my bank. I offered cash. I checked and saw the hold fire the other two approvals and that $98 was still available. I asked her to run the approval for $98. No, it had to be $100 on credit card. This left me driving across town to make a deposit to cover the difference. Then, she ran the approval for $115. Insane and rude.

Batteries appear you be in short supply. From smoke detectors beeping in hallways to thermostats that don't work in rooms (but show "lo batt.") To remote controls for tvs. Can the desk help? "Umm" we can haber someone from maintenance check on that tomorrow.

At 7am we were jolted out of our sleep but a hammer drill being used on three adjoining bedroom wall with the room next door. Apparently some sort of renovation or upgrade was being done (which explains all the dumpsters and shipping containers blocking most of the parking lot on our side). But that only lasted an hour or so... An hour of sleep on a staycation is worth alot.

AVOID THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO BE RUDE TO YOU, GO TO A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. IF YOU WANT LOUD NOISE AND NO REST, GO HANG OUT AT THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION. Don't pay these jerks to do it.

The staff is phenomenal. They go out of their way to help you. Walter is so accommodating and his genuine nature of helping you is a reason to book this hotel! I have no doubt in my mind you ll leave here a happy camper. If you need to book a place with great staff, accesible location, and budget friendly don t waste your time with other places.

The room where we're staying desperately needs maintenance. Our bathroom door doesn't shut all the way, the sliding door on the closet is stuck and won't close, the bath plug doesn't work so we can only take showers.

Gold member and stay in marriot properties few times every month. This property brings shame to marriot name. I stayed at this hotel on Feb 6 for 1 night on Business. See the picture of furniture and condition before you stay. Chair looked like 100 years old, chewed and brought from dumpster.

Nicely updated, indifferent staff, is the area safe? When I got there and a hotel shuttle is parked in the best spot - at the front door, I got a bad taste in my mouth. I believe I was checked in by s manager and he was very robotic, even gave me bad directions to my room. There were SO many "lock your car" it made me nervous.

This place was AMAZE-BALLS! I didn't get a chance to take a pic but this place was like a mini-apartment. Only drawback was no toothpaste was in my room. So if that's the worse, this place is legit and don't skip on breakfast this place was like the buffet had a baby with IHOP I'm telling you worth it. I went back twice. And it has a Heated Pool....Y'all if you need a room here is the place to go. Oh It has dishes so buy you some groceries (Room service has a 20.00 min) and Kool aid it has a PITCHER. Don't drink the Fiji water its 6.00 bucks. All the way down to the Paul Mitchell soap to the incredibly cute bottle of dish washing liquid this place was quite nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated a welcoming smile behind the counter.
Since the hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, we spent more time relaxed in our room instead of messing with Dallas traffic.
We booked a two room suite, with kitchen, that fit our needs perfectly. Breakfast had a variety of options. Sadly we missed the mid-week mixer, but hopefully we can catch it next time in town.
The only drawback was the highway noise. The hotel is located directly off 635, so we heard cars all night long.

It's hard to beat a suite with a kitchenette for under $90. Friendly staff, though they've not quite got the hang of their key card system yet.

Breakfast is pretty standard hotel fare.

A great value overall!

TIRES AND WHEELS STOLEN while staying here I had my wheels and tires stolen. Manager called and said he would meet me at my truck I walked down no manager. Called Police, Insurance tow and rental car still no manager. Went to front desk Manager was conveniently off site. Another patron said the same thing had happened the week before. The cop said DO NOT STAY HERE. He has been coming to this location for 5 YEARS doing wheel and tire theft. He did not even stop at the front desk just pulled right around to where my truck was said he has been telling them to put up cameras for again 5 YEARS. The tow company did the same just pulled around back and they told me they get calls to come here quite often. The hotel has a back gate yet it was not shut or secured the night this happened we got unloaded and in our room about 10:45-11:00pm. Minimal lights and high bushes, looking back perfect for thieves. When I asked the hotel staff how often this happens all I got was talk to the manager, like they were used to saying it, and people who spoke English the night before magically could not speak English that morning. The only positive was that before we talked to anyone they refunded our stay and offered an additional night. Also had about 7 offers from other patrons to give me a lift anywhere I needed. So some faith in humanity restored. What's sad is my Fam has been staying here for years. Like Grandparents, parents, and now us. It used to be a nice place. Now there are signs stating remove all personnel belongings, and how they are not responsible for thefts posted everywhere. Guess we will be staying other places. Room and breakfast were nice but not worth the risk in the future.

So the room was great. It was amazing minus our faucet leaking the entire time. We didnt complain because we were the for one night. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the sweetest. The lady cleaning the room was amazing. The lady working the front desk, Elisea (not sure on spelling), was very, very, very rude. Had we not had our daughter and hadn't traveled over 3 hours, we would have stayed somewhere else. When you walk in you expect great customer service. We did not feel welcomed AT ALL!!!! The manager got involved, Kamari (sorry about the spelling), was a great help. Other then the lady working the front and our faucet leaking, the rest of the staff working was great and so nice.!
