I ordered the Cubs ornaments and also the Cubs trophy. I got them as gifts and everyone loved them. They came in time before Christmas. The ornaments even light up with a pretty blue color. I think they looked better than even the ad. I have gone back and ordered a few more based on how much my family loved them.

A very reasonable British company who makes and sells some fine gold silver coins plus fine jewelry

Idk why with all these other peoples customers problems complaining about this company claiming that there a scam or putting miss spelling on there products or credit card fraud on your ATM sounds like some of these customers who had ordered and bought there packages from here like making up false stories obesivesly they don't know how to take care of there own packages upon there arrival and then they complain about it by posting bad reviews about it here on Google+ its the customers fault and not the companies fault that's the truth right there

I ordered a charm bracelet for my wife for mothers day this bracelet comes with 6 birthstone heart charms and 6 birthstone rondelles. I mistakenly only added 5 names and placed order. I call on 2 occassions to try and get the 6th charm and rondelle added to order and was told item is at vendor nothing they could do, I asked if they could contact vendor or give me the vendor info and they said they dont have vendor info.very dissatisfied have been a long time customer but think from now on I'll look somewhere else.

Started this review over a month ago !!! But adding more as time goes by !! Make sure to read all of it !!!So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Ordered Nightmare Before Christmas snow globe train set . Taking forever FOR EACH PIECE !!!! Have to call every month ask them where pieces are hear the same excuses!!!! Should have been delivered call them back up told lost in the mail will send another one out!! They're out of stock 4 to 6 weeks but they sure take the money out of your account !!! Little advice do not order from them or do not order thing that's supposed to send you every month a piece of it cuz it never comes when it's supposed to !! And they are the king of excuses and putting the blame on everybody else !!!!! I know I won't ever order from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it wasn't for the other half wanting this set so bad I would have already gotten a refund !!! POOR customer service !!!!

product they offered per an ad I got in the mail. I would like to buy it, but I have a question that I want answered before I make the purchase I've called
and called and pressed #2, as instructed, for customer service, but they never answer. I know more than a few former Marines and no one wants
to put up with such rude so called 'customer service'. Very poor business practices.

Be aware that I believe this company sends people products that they did not order with the hopes that the charge on their credit card will go unnoticed or that they will have used the product before realizing it wasn't free.

I received a watch in the mail and my credit card was charged...however I never ordered it, nor was my credit card ever out of my possession. I put it in a drawer and denied the charge on my credit card. I knew they would come back looking for payment. When I called to complain and ask how this happened, they just said it was ordered online. When I asked to see proof of the order, they said they couldn't provide that information. Then they wanted me to take the time to package up the watch, apply a return address label and send it back - REALLY, I have to waste my time packaging up something that I never ordered...So they volunteered to "take care of the charge since I must have been a victim of fraud."

I believe I was a victim and they are the company committing the fraud. Total SCAM

As a customer, this has been the worst experience....

As a customer, this has been the worst experience. I ordered a welcome sign plaque for a family member last year for his new home. I have sent back the season signs 4xs now with drawings and pictures showing them its wrong. The screw holes don't match up so you can't hang the signs up. I have been told since January it'll be fixed and we will call you back. Today is yet another call because the supervisors never call back with any information.
If your hope is to give this as a gift make sure you receive all the pieces before you give it to someone. I was told today by another supervisor after trying to speak to a manager they don't have managers who help upset customers.
I have to wait now because Bradford has my money for products I don't have still after a year.

This was the solution to Bradford Exchange....
They sent me these eye loops to attach. Well I don't have any other seasons, because they've been as you can tell defective. The bottom sign winter has eye loops to attach what??? The name plate and season had the stupid S-hooks to attach the seasons
Well it looks trashy for the money spent. I'm still waiting for this to be solved. Yes they sent a free gift to my nephew and I appreciate it

Bradford's response and I'll say this once again I've recieved the same answer 4 times now and their doing the same thing to me for over a year now.

I made several calls and texts days before Christmas because I had not received my order, they said no problem you made the order well before Christmas, it's guaranteed to be there. Never received my order, called after Christmas asked what happened to my order, they told me it's out of stock will get it when its available. I'd like to know what kind of guarantee this is, there definition of guarantee is a lot different then mine. Will never deal with this company again. This is no way to run a business, lying to people is unacceptable in any form.

I will dispute the payments and I sincerelly recomend you guys to STAY AWAY of this company. They do not follow up with the emails. Don't become another victim. I am still trying to get an answer to return the 2 pieces that I received. I WILL NEVER AGAIN get anything from you. And they will not allowed you to follow up on your reviews. I just acquired a Bradford Exchange Budweiser Train Set with the Anheuser Busch Factory. If you like vastly overpriced, cute, but non-functional things this might be for you. As an operating train set, it sucks. The couplers don't stay together and the cars don't stay on the tracks. It does look nice, but there are better ways to spend $400+ . I bet all those folks who bought Thomas Kincaide items are loving the way their collectibles are depreciating.

Paid in full at that time. Confirmed items would be received before Christmas.
They charged my cards. No shipping info has been received. Called, was informed my gifts for my children will be received after Christmas, because I didn t pay over 35. Dollars for 2 day shipping, and wasn t offered when paid for. The customer service is in Beliz,
And the connection is muffled. Very disappointed in this operation. Unfortunate, because, I have ordered from this company for years.

Will never buy from this company again. Returned everything. The customer service is the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever encountered. They lie put you on hold and never return so you can't speak to a supervisor. Not one out of 9 different phone calls new what they were talking about or what you even ordered. I will let everyone know to never buy from this company. So sad how they let this company go downhill. I have tried getting in touch with their head quarters. No they are unreachable.

I have most of a Nightmare before Christmas calend...

I have most of a Nightmare before Christmas calendar collection. I just need the calendar and two figures.

I contacted the Bradford Exchange to ask if it was possible to order the three items above- yes no problem.

I called the next day to place my order and was told that I have to buy four figures- I explained that I had already been called and told that I could order two- put on hold and told "computer says no" I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold again. I was then told a manager would call me in 48 hours.

If you look at the way this collection is shown on the Bradford Exchange website it is very unclear and you would think that it all comes for the price shown this is not so and two figures are sent for additional payments on a contract. It s very unclear and is almost certainly written this way to confuse people into buying a VERY EXPENSIVE collection and with no way out- i.e. you can t send it back when you find out.

As a previous customer of this company its terrible to see them trying to rip off customers. Think very carefully if you want to do business with this company.

Each item they sell are expensive with poor quality jewelry, it not 18K ring and it's not authentic ring, they sell fake rings with fake diamonds. Consumer are 100 percent truth. The ONLY reason this gets two starts is because they were quick with the return, refund, and paid the shipping themselves to take it back. The police ring felt cheap, there was tarnish and what looked like smelting marks everywhere, the logo was poorly made which made it difficult to make out or read, and seemed to just be stapled onto the ring. I had just ordered a ring size 8 1/2 and it fit perfect. Ordered this ring size 8 1/2 and its WAY to big. It was one of the worst products I've bought offline, and I wont be doing business with The Bradford Exchange ever again. I only wish there was a way to post pictures so I could show you the problems with the ring.
