Scam artists. They do their best to hide optional services and fees behind as many diversions as they can muster instead of informing you of your options and letting you make your own informed decision. Very shady business practice, and the way they do it shows they are trained that way and encouraged (demanded?) to do so. Very transparent, and insulting to deal with as a customer.
