As a customer, this has been the worst experience. I ordered a welcome sign plaque for a family member last year for his new home. I have sent back the season signs 4xs now with drawings and pictures showing them its wrong. The screw holes don't match up so you can't hang the signs up. I have been told since January it'll be fixed and we will call you back. Today is yet another call because the supervisors never call back with any information.
If your hope is to give this as a gift make sure you receive all the pieces before you give it to someone. I was told today by another supervisor after trying to speak to a manager they don't have managers who help upset customers.
I have to wait now because Bradford has my money for products I don't have still after a year.

This was the solution to Bradford Exchange....
They sent me these eye loops to attach. Well I don't have any other seasons, because they've been as you can tell defective. The bottom sign winter has eye loops to attach what??? The name plate and season had the stupid S-hooks to attach the seasons
Well it looks trashy for the money spent. I'm still waiting for this to be solved. Yes they sent a free gift to my nephew and I appreciate it
They gave me a 20.00 gift card too. I want this fixed I just came to Seattle to visit him and saw how they suggested to fix it. REALLY!!!!

I've contacted your company yet again. I'm still waiting for the issue to be fixed. I've sent stephanie the email as requested below.
I can't believe how this is still not resolved from over a year ago.
I've recieved one email saying you fixed this issue with those hooks..
Come on this is what I've recieved and how it looks. This is what it looks like and that is nothing like your website.
Bradford's response and I'll say this once again I've recieved the same answer 4 times now and their doing the same thing to me for over a year now.
Thank you for providing this feedback. I am reaching out to our marketing division to find out if we have stock available of plaques that do not need these hooks, or if the imagery on our website needs to be updated. I expect that I should hear back from them within a day or so and I will let you know what information they provide me, as I want to make sure you have a collection that is as-offered. I m very sorry for any inconvenience this matter must have caused you.
