Not able to amend food order on self service machine would be nice to see a human once in a while

this supermarket, was at one time the only supermarket I would shop at, still, shop here, has all the household brands as well as there own labelled items, an much much more,

Brilliant selection of food for shopping. Great parking for families and disabled people. Brilliant customer service and self service counters are quick.

Rubbish. Dog food shelves devoid of Winalot. That's 2 weeks on the trot that that has occurred .

I returned my bags for life to be changed and the assistant insisted on inspecting the damage. Was made to feel like I was fraudulently needing replacements

It was OK got what I wanted first time in two weeks last two weeks their was no fosters or Carling

Been today, young lad on self serve...What a gem. Swift service and some cheeky banter. He's a keeper.

Safe and sound excellent security superb shopping centre all facilities for all ages good relaxing place nice toilet facilities nice places to sit down and check your receipts and automated machines friendly and ladies and gentlemen hospitality

Not much staff around to help, but good selection of groceries, from fruit and veg to frozen and convenience foods.

Ok can be very busy at times best going very early or late Afternoon

Very quiet on shop floor today,got everything I needed and served quickly. can't ask for more than that.

Always has a wide range of helpful offers, had a barnstorming trading period due to customer loyalty saving programmes and other incentives and has a good range of goods to satisfy most grocery and household needs. Always has enough staff on checkout which isn't what I can say about one other supermarket that comes to mind, and enough self serve options.

Went in the cafe, they got the order wrong so "George" slammed the plate down, lovely chap NOT!

Very slow at the checkout majority of customers ignoring current safety measures.. Staff do nothing

Major improvements and great new food offers, switched from asda and never looked back!

A better place to do shopping. Parking is free and alot of shops and coffee area inside.

This Morrison's store is a large store with a good range of food and household items. The number of working counters at the store has been drastically cut over the years and replaced by self check out counters as is the case with all supermarkets. This store has a very large car park and a Morrisons fuel station. Overall it is a decent store however with alternatives such as Asda and Aldi close by Morrison's has seen strong competition. Its best feature is the bakery section which is definitely superior to those offered by other supermarkets nearby.

I had to wait an hour and ten minutes for my meal and then it wasn't hot.

Empty shelves all the time in this store. Used to shop here all the time, now go elsewhere

Good place for shopping however there is a new clothing area which is a waste of space as nobody even goes there

Fanatic place, friendly staff and awasom atmosphere with so much to shop for

Big supermarket with plenty of free parking, a cafe on site and a clothes store. Loads of different food on offer, especially fresh and international offerings. Can get extremely busy on weekends, so maybe avoid if visiting with children as it can feel chaotic. Not the best customer service which needs to be looked at but I focused my rating on the quality of the supermarket in regards to the goods on offer. If rating the staff, I would probably give 2 or 3 stars.

Always stocked up, great set up of aisles, wonderful staff
