Started this review over a month ago !!! But adding more as time goes by !! Make sure to read all of it !!!So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Ordered Nightmare Before Christmas snow globe train set . Taking forever FOR EACH PIECE !!!! Have to call every month ask them where pieces are hear the same excuses!!!! Should have been delivered call them back up told lost in the mail will send another one out!! They're out of stock 4 to 6 weeks but they sure take the money out of your account !!! Little advice do not order from them or do not order thing that's supposed to send you every month a piece of it cuz it never comes when it's supposed to !! And they are the king of excuses and putting the blame on everybody else !!!!! I know I won't ever order from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it wasn't for the other half wanting this set so bad I would have already gotten a refund !!! POOR customer service !!!!

Update !!!!!
Here it is May 1st 2019 and still nothing still haven't shipped my order !! This is so sad !!!!
Update !!!! 11.14 am just got off the phone . Now being told rest of collection is on back order NOT SURE WHEN PIECES WILL BE IN TO BE SHIPPED !! I STATERED THIS PURCHASE AROUND HALLOWEEN!!!
I WILL KEEP ADDING TO THIS AS TIME GOES BY !!!!
