I sent back the Cukoo clock the same day I recieves it..I was VERY disapointed with the quality. Of the markmanship and lack of detail. I also feel you should put your number on the statements.. I had too ook up your NUMBER ON MY PHONE. Too me that should be ruteenly put on your letterhead. Your fax was there so why not you're contact number?
