I ordered a item in Oct of 2017 and it was guaranteed by Christmas. I made several calls and texts days before Christmas because I had not received my order, they said no problem you made the order well before Christmas, it's guaranteed to be there. Never received my order, called after Christmas asked what happened to my order, they told me it's out of stock will get it when its available. I'd like to know what kind of guarantee this is, there definition of guarantee is a lot different then mine. Will never deal with this company again. This is no way to run a business, lying to people is unacceptable in any form.
