Gentleman who I believe was the store manager was very helpful in recommendations for shirts to buy. Even after we had settled on a purchase he made sure I understood what I was buying and that it was what I wanted. Also, nice shirts at a good price.
Horrendous customer service. Walked in today with my partner to get a suit and no one came to assist. 4 assistants standing around the till and laughing out loud about something(one of them- the guy in a fancy vest was on his phone texting). We came up to the till to ask for a different size of trousers and they looked at us almost annoyed we disturbed their chat.. we tried on some suits but left, it just wasn t worth it, unpleasant environment. We went to another suit shop further down with better customer service and bought the suit. Good luck to you

Great quality shirts at a decent price if you buy 4 together. The range is limited though so once you have a few from them, choice gets limited.

4* shirts and suits. However, the Canary Wharf branch seem to have recruited and employed the most incompetent staff I've ever come across. They are so bad several colleagues have complained in passing, which you just don't do unless it's terrible.
I just visited the CT shop at Canary Wharf where I was very ably assisted by Jamir. He was a huge help and an example of what outstanding customer service should look like. Great experience.

I love Charles Tyrwhitt! Staff in this store take time to understand the need you have for shirts and then help find sizes and great returns policy. Would recommend to anyone.
I very rarely submit reviews but the staff at this CT Canada Square store deserved it! Great, adequate, personal customer service! I love the materials CT use as well - natural and high quality, often non-iron and with good patterns.
