The pros of this hotel is the price and waterpark for the kids. Rooms are clean and hotel was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff. They were wonderful with kids.
The cons is the distance from all the niagara tourists attractions. Not only did we have to pay for parking at the hotel but also at the falls so the money we saved went to paying a ton for parking. Location was certainly not ideal.

Cloriene seemed high but i really enjoyed it and it was super adordable. Went to boston pizza and food was amazing and well priced. Went for breakfast the next morning and it was an all you can eat buffet and it was pretty good i actualy went twice this month and would for sure go again. The park was not bussy at all.

Came for conference, kids found three waterpark very fun.

We love this place! It's great for the kids, especially for 12 and under! So much to do for them. And I love the fact that the arcade games are actual tokens instead if the cards! I highly recommend coming here with the family.

The waterpark is great, our son had a blast! We stayed for a night at the hotel, the only problem we had is with the beds and the pillows, the beds seem to have old mattresses and they use a mattress cover that sounded like plastic every time we moved. Pillows were extremely big for us -adults- and our kid. I'll definitely go again but I will bring my own pillows.

rooms were clean and well put togeather and the kids loved the waterpark. service was great no complaints there and the hotell was easy to find with tons to do ether direction of the road. will definitely come back

Enjoyed our stay at the resort. Water park was clean and the staff are very efficient and cooperative.

Nice waterpark for small children. Pretty dated not many slides. Very small in comparison to other waterparks in Niagara. Good value for regular room pricing.

Wonderful hotel with kids. With a water park and games on premises it's a haven. You pay for parking so don't be surprised when you see that on the bill. Not in the center but it's close to everything. Easy to get to everything. Staff is great and so accommodating - wonderful with the kids.

We love this place my kids have always something to do

I've been on countless business trips over the past 5 years, this is the first negative review I've had to write. Right away, staff was very unpleasant and rude, room service was terrible also. I got to my room, and there were brown stains all over the bed sheets... (not entirely sure what it was but we can all assume.) It took them nearly an hour and a half for them to bring me clean sheets. The beds were super uncomfortable and the room was very dirty. The halls reeked of chlorine, and made me feel quite sick. I stayed for 2 nights and it cost me $200 which to me seemed to be a waste of money. I really do not recommend this hotel, unless you enjoy sleeping on the floor because that i felt!

Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical about this place at first but all that went away quick. The front desk staff were friendly check us early with no problems. The room was great and big for a family of 6 definitely worth it and will be going back. The waterpark was great for our kids and my 1 year old loved the water it was great

Very friendly , masked servers, delicious food, socially distanced tables outside, great atmosphere. Recommend

It's a great place to stay! My only constructive criticism is that there is way too much chlorine in the waterpark

Ok... So , I am a local. We decided to hang out here for a couple days for our sons birthday, we brought one of his friends and had already done the wildly over priced "great Wolf Lodge" but you can read my review on that visit if you look it up.
Check in.....

Was fine fairly fast , we we're all given bracelets to cover is for the water park. But we were told that if we loose one of our bracelets we would have to pay full price to get another. Odd considering we are regesterd guests at the hotel... RED FLAG #1

Rooms are fine... nothing special ..2 King doubles... not queen.

TVs... Well no guides in the room... No movies channel's and a printed label on the TV that says " attaching external devices is not permitted" RED FLAG #2 , SO you don't want me to plug anything in to watch a movie , cause why ? I might not buy yours that you don't offer? LOL
Had to walk down to the fro t desk and was given a pro Ted sheet for channel's...depending.on the TV that I had in my room determined which side.of the sheet I used. O.M.G

Water Park.....

Really really small...over clorinated. We all had itchy skin and had to shower afterwards. Outdated but ok.... When ordering at the bar/restaurant I asked to charge.ot to my room and was told " oh gezzzz , it's a big runaround to get it done , nothing g is connected. I said ok I'll pay with my debit card on my phone , no service for that...ok I'll pay interact nope...that either which is RED FLAG #3.ordered 2 hot dogs for the kids , took 20mins to get them...painful.

Parking .....

Had to park off to the side of the hotel on a dirt (gravele) parking area. No lights and not secure....signs everywhere telling people, customers that they are not responsible for lost /stolen property. Not something that makes you feel warm m fuzzy.

WINDOWS in ROOMS....

NO SCREENS OR BARS.....just a wide.open window , we we're on the 3rd floor ...
Make sure you don't have young kids. Or if u want to open a window to let fresh air in. LOL

I could go on but not why bother...out dated and over priced. We won't be back. Boston Pizza was probably the best experience on total.

Have been planning for a wedding here, and so far everything has exceeded expectations. Very happy so far.

Kids had a lovely time. Very friendly atmosphere and great for a family weekend. Will visit again.

Terrible Experience. Booked and paid for a room to attend a wedding that was happening at the hotel venue. Waited in lobby for over 2.5-3 hours for room key. The hotel didn t give the room key until it was too late. Ended up being late for a wedding that was in the same facility.

It was worth the price we paid for (deal on TravelZoo). We are a family of young kids and it was perfect for the little ones. With Freshco, Tim Hortons and many restaurants nearby and 5 min drive to the falls, it is a good deal if you are able to find a good travel package. The little ones will have a great time. Room was large and relatively clean.

Affordable and very welcome place with lots of amenities

Water park great for kids. Noisiest hotel ever. Don't plan on sleeping.

We were overwhelmed for the level of care we recieved when my little guy had an accident in the water park. The entire staff was very nice, but Krista was the star of the show. Proactive, kind, patient and attentive are but some of the words we can use to describe her. If there ever was an employee of the year, she would be it.

Came here nine years ago. I came back and expected some modernization in the room . Good experience though. Ideal place for families with very young kids but, at this price breakfast should have been included. Personnel jeune, accueillant et courtois.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean, also has a Boston's Pizza in the lobby. Water Park was smaller but younger kids still enjoyed.

We had a great time as a family at Americana. The bogo days makes it more affordable for family s to enjoy. The only complaint I have would be the arcade majority of the games didn t work which was a bummer. But other than that it was great!

Great destination for families with young children.

Huge hotel, located about 15 minutes from Chutes. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding very good, the bathroom is very good. We did not have time to enjoy all the facilities. We get lost in the huge corridors. The breakfast room is identical: huge. By cons the choice for breakfast is the opposite: little choice, and nothing exceptional!

Niagara Falls, near by Tim Hortons and great service

Was expecting more for 225 a night. Rooms smell like smoke. Needs a renovation...very dated

Clean fresh rooms, even upgraded special room for kids where our kids was happy! Nice service, good location! Highly recommend!

We only went to the water park and my daughter's (4,7,9) had an amazing time. There is a baby section, water wave pool, tube slides body slides, tipping bucket, hot tub and play scape. Parking is free between 9am and 9pm. There is also an arcade if you want a break from the water.

Just right for indoor activities. Enough fun for everyone.

A better choice and price than Fallsview in my opinion.

You have the choice with or without a hotel stay for the use of waterpark and arcade.

Reasonably price lockers and free towels for your convenience.

insignificant park...high price. They r not so ethical. I bought family pass at wagjag and had to pay again to cover tax and park fees. There was no explanation. Manager was very rude. Do go there to waste your money...it's basically a swimming pool

We visited with the kids just for the Waterpark area. We had purchased discounted tickets on groupon. The place is a bit small, but for our 4 yo's it was a decent size. The kids had fun... and there is a toddler area that's a good size for kids that are new to the waterpark scene. The wave pool has some very strong waves... it was a pleasant surprise that they even had a wave generator. Staff were generally friendly, though some of the lif guards looked like they were bored out of their minds. Facilities are OK to. We went at a low period when it wasn't too crowded... Friday morning. Worth the visit for younger kids.

Staff is friendly and helpful; rooms are really nice and clean. The mattresses are comfy but soft so not good when you prefer a firmer mattress but great if you like soft. The waterpark is smaller but fun. There is a wave pool, 2 body slides and 2 slides that use tubes as well as a young child play area with dumping bucket and another small pool with 3 small slides and stationary swing for them. Great for something to do with young kids.

Groupon discounts pretty misleading. The spa was incredibly overpriced so no value to that coupon. Same with the arcade, the coupon wasn't for the one at the hotel but for one on Clifton Hill. Hate being tricked.

A hotel that has its own water park. Very good for the little ones in the house. The rooms are acceptable.

You get what u pay for here folks! Definitely not Great wolf Lodge. None of us experienced any severe issues with the higher than normal chlorine levels, but we were red eyed and itchy!
Breakfast buffet was good, pricey considering the lack of variety.
We were hit with a 16.95 parking fee upon check in, when we couldn't get a spot and were forced to park at Freshco, a little complaining got us our parking fee refunded. Probably spend the extra and hit Great Wolf Lodge next time, but can't say I'll never return. The spa was pretty good :)

Paid 250 for a night of basic motel with a very small water park. Definitely not worth the price.

The Richmond hill water parking will give you a better experience for less.

Room was clean and neat. Water park inside the hotel was small, but fun. Will definitely go back.

The resort is ok, but the room we checked into smelled like pee. The pool area was too small, water was probably dirty, we all ended up with rashes and we were too tired and found on the sheets the next day that there was a stain on it and I don't think they put on a clean sheets.

Big hotel, the event rooms were on the smaller side for the big group but a nice clean dog friendly hotel

Went down the water slides it hurt my butt and after when I check my bathing suit the back of it was all ripped up and stained with the colour of the slide!! When I went to show them they claimed it could ve been from anything and I might ve leaned on something, if you go here I recommend being careful going down the slides in the water park other then that nice hotel!

Not very clean our room smelled like mold, another thing the bed was hard as a rock

It was great, clean and perfect place for kids. Kids room was cool but the loose balloons was a choking hazard.... The water park was great the wave pool was fantastic!! Love the kiddy pool the kid water slide was great :D

We had our wedding here. Food and service was great. Room was beautiful. Very impressed.

I visited here in February. Since outside was minus degrees, inside was cold to stand in wet swimsuits. Rooms are dirty and old. Needs maintanance. Both front desk and waterpark staff are not friendly, they never smile. It looks like they hate their job. Waterpark is good for young kids for sure.
Wifi coverage is very limited. Some rooms do not have any wifi. Wifi is slow despite hotel was not full.
Overall I satisfied with my experience but will think twice before I visit again.

My experience at the resort was incredible, taken back in time to the roaring 20's at the 2018 Humaine Society gala. Service was good and food was amazing couldn't have been any better!

Nice rooms, decent prices. Park was fun, but a little small.

It's a good place for arrange a party or any functions. Apart from that the staff is really good and it's on Lundy lane so the location is good and for any business conference the place is very nice. Food is really awesome and services is very good.

Great location to take the family. I got it on groupon as that is the only way I could have afforded it. The water park is good but wasn't able to keep us occupied for too long so don't go banking on that. The staff were very good with us and the restuarant on site was tasty

Room was a chilly 51f when we arrived.

At three separate occasions we had to dismiss the parking fees in a nearly empty parking lot since we did not bring a vehicle.

Four staff at front desk and a line for check-in, did not see any mobile check-in information.

Just couldn't wait to get out of there. Arguably the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Canada.

Decent water park. Roons are ok. HVAC system is very loud.

my wife and I and our 7 year granddaughter styed for 3 nights and 4 days last month and the experience was excellent!! We were in one of the new rooms on the main floor, a short distance from the waterpark. It was clean and well furnished. This was our second stay in 2 years and we will be going back in the spring! The staff were excellent, Boston Pizza was very good and the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable. We noticed that the chlorine level in the water park was better this time as well. When we were ready to check out on the Sunday, there was an ice storm. Without any problems, and a very nominal fee, we were allowed to stay from 11am check out time to 3 pm until the storm passed. We used the waterpark and had lunch in the resturantt there.We are very grateful for the Americana for an outstanding stay!! Carl

Rooms were nice, got a last minute email about the pool being closed for a private function for one day of our stay which was irritating with a toddler. Keys didnt work had to come all the way back. Pool was awesome and kids had a blast though.

Fun for the smaller kids. And cheaper and not as busy as great wolf. Arcade room isn't that good. And DO NOT eat at Boston Pizza attached to the hotel. Food was terrible and both my kids got sick
