Good food and party facilities. I know nothing of the accomdations.

Kids had a blast. Would be nice if there were more people working the entry desk (a little confusing to find where to pay) and the person there was being pulled to do double duties so had to wait longer than necessary. Word of advice, don't go through Wagjag, was not worth it in the long run, would have been more cost effective to look into other arrangements.

Room was clean, some staff were friendly, some were not. The guy who checked us in told me there were no rooms with a balcony left but when my boyfriend went back and talked to another staff they switched us rooms no problem. Thank you for your help! No coffee machine or toiletries in the room just a heads up!- Due to covid.

Food at the bistro was just ok, although the pancakes were not very good, we didn t go back the second day. Waterpark was clean, not too crowded and didn t seem like much of a wait for the water slides. Water was a little cool for me but everyone else loved the temperature. No waves in the wave pool but the pool itself was open. When we first got here it didn t seem most people were actually wearing their masks properly, (in the halls and elevator as well as in the arcade)but on the second day a public health official came and started enforcing the masks.

Shout out to our waitress at the connecting Boston Pizza who was super friendly and helpful.

Great place, great price. The spa and waterpark was really relaxing and much needed. Think I found my new spot for a lil getaway

I cannot say I enjoyed my stay. My room was not ready upon checking in, check in was at 4 pm, and I was not offered any form of compensation for the late check in.
Secondly, my rooms sheets were stained and appeared as though they had not been changed from its last use. We also found misc items in the drawers within the room further cementing the belief that the clean up was not properly conducted.
The water park was nice and my kids enjoyed the experience. Overall I would not recommend this place and suggest you search for another place to stay.

Rooms are clean water park is great but the WiFi is horrible if your on the main floor but if your on the second forget about it I could barely Google something and YouTube or Netflix definitely won't work.

The room was very nice with cabin style for the the water park was i woukd rate 1 star the big bucket that dumps water is rusty and looks discusting which will contaminate the water its salt water which is nice but lots of garbage in the water and did not seem that clean one life guard on duty for the tube slide was rude and was not even paying attention to people whike picking at his toe i found discusting defanitly will be calling someone about the dump bucket tho to come inspect it you can see the inside from the top of the slides and arcade took allot of coins

Easy check in and out. Visited with my husband, our 2 year old and newborn. We got the superior double queen room. It was great to have extra space as we were provided a pack and play free of charge from the hotel. Room was nice and renovated. Could have been cleaner. Staff is very customer friendly. Looking to dispose a dirty diaper because we didn't want our room to stink, and a staff member took it off our hands (literally). We brought our own breakfast foods and snacks, having a fridge in the room was great. Our room was close to the water park, room 120 so we did hear constant noise in the hall from families coming and going. The water park was perfect for our son, he had ac blast. They have a splash pad area, wave pool, two body slides, two tube slides and a baby area with swigs slides and shallow water. Life guards on duty. We had a cabana rental which was great to relax watch our own tv, own fridge, large towels and made breast feeding convenient and private. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return with our boys.

We had a premium queen room, big and spacious, clean but starting to show signs of wear. Wallpaper was patched in a couple of places and starting to peel. Waterpark is geared to young families - tweens and teens will feel out of place. Couple of the additional charges seem high for what you get. 10 percent resort fee on your bill, 20$ parking fee for a lot that has tons of room and a 200$ room damage deposit. Get a group on or a cheaper night or you may question value for the money. The in resort Boston Pizza is great, prices are normal and the food was good.

It was clean. And the on-site Boston pizza staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff (pretty much everyone) talked to us like we were a hassle or stupid. I was also shocked that there wasn t one recycle bin in then whole hotel :(

Spend the extra and go to Great Wolf Lodge.

Withheld medical treatment from a very injured toddler. Also staff laughed at her as she bled out. I'll ever forget this.

Both Ice machines were broken, $20 per night to park, the breakfast was very expensive for what you get.

Although rooms and waterpark are suitable I don't agree with having to pay $20/night for parking when it's away from the downtown core and parking is part of their complex, as well as have to compete with their event parking.

Clean, fun, most importantly, clean!!! Not all that affordable but the rooms are clean. Cleanest I have benn to in a while. We've stayed twice in 2 months.

Nice resort. Was there for a wedding. The ballroom was big and nice. Food was ok. Not the best. But what can you expect really. About 250 ppl.

The place was okay overall, but not great for how much we paid. We stayed one night, and had to pay $25 for parking....who pays for parking at a hotel????
The waterpark was okay but at times was cold and way over chlorinated. The whole family was itchy for days after, not a great experience.
The room was nice, but it seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.
The fact that we had to walk through the arcade every time we went to or left the waterpark was extremely annoying.

All in all it would have been an okay place if it was much cheaper. I recommend going to the nearby great wolf lodge. Not much more and you just get so much more

We stayed here for our wedding in the heartshape tub suite. The tub was out dated and the jets were missing. The area was busy with families which we enjoyed :) Boston pizza is a great stop for food as the breakfast buffet is overpriced.

The water park was not at all what I expected it to be. The park seemed like it was for smaller kids and the water was absolutely discusting. The water had gross floating objects in it, at one point my buddy found a scab and refused to go back in. Also the water was pumped with so much chlorine that your eyes feel like they're gonna melt out of your head.

Probably would have been 5 stars if not for the nasty sticky ,white stuff that my infant found under the chair & table. Also there was hair in the mini fridge.

The front desk lady was cold and inconsiderate. She offered no solution to their weak internet after promising 'high speed' internet. I needed the internet for work. Would never return.

Most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in my entire life! I don't know if they just didn't redo all the rooms, (I have been here 2 times before and beds were fine.) but sleeping on the floor or in my car would have been more comfortable. The only good thing about the hotel is Boston Pizza and Fish Bowl Friday!!

Nice water park on location. Admission included if staying at the hotel. Friendly staff. Room cleanliness could be better (small droplet of dry red stain on toilet seat, couple small cob webs dangling from ceiling). Overall good value for discounted price.

The Waterpark isn't really that great, but the rooms are really nice.

We all had a lot of fun with the wave pool and water park. The accommodations were great and staff were pleasant and responsive.

For the price, I would go somewhere else. We stayed with them for two nights and things where great until we walked into the room. It was hot so I wanted to have a shower to freshen up. Upon entering shower I noticed hairs. They we're not in the tub but on the wall.
I washed it down the drain cause even if it is gross it was not a big deal.
Next step was dinner. The restaurant in the hotel was another mess. Things happen, it was busy.
Bed time around the corner and I went to put the children to bed and noticed stains all over the sheets. I normally travel with my own bedding so all I did was strip the bed and use my own sheets.
Everything kind of seemed to be okay after that was a hotel until checkout. we booked online and advised that they be holding $100 deposit, not a big deal. we were told and signed for one amount but my credit card was charged for another. we then find out the credit card has a $200 security deposit that was never returned and was charged. I was told that the deposit was never charged to my credit card and they would investigate.
I spoke to three different people and they were equally rude and annoyed that I called. It's almost like they had my money and didn't really care. it's been 3 days and I haven't heard back regarding the additional charge on my credit card. I'm hopeful that it's just returned so I don't have to take it any further.
In my opinion, I wouldn't stay here again.
Almost $500.00 a night is not worth it.
( We had two adults and three children with one that is 18 months old).
Look for an alternative place to stay. The front desk staff are rude, the rooms are not clean and it's over priced.

My kids had a great time at the water park which was the main reason why we selected the hotel. I realize that the price of the room is mainly based on the water park being included but I feel that the quality of the towels, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash all in one, linens on the bed, the cable system don't equal the costs of the room. The quality of those specific items are in line with a $75 room not a $250 US. We have also stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge and the Americana is not at the same level.

Went for the water park. About 15 minutes after we got there, they closed the main pool, the wave pool. About 10 minutes before we left, it finally reopened. Not impressive.

We stayed mid week as the prices were better than the weekend. The rooms were a good size and clean. The kids had a blast in the water park. Even when the park got busier, the want much wait for the slides. They seem to be doing renovations to some rooms. It didn't interrupt our stay, but be aware that you will hear some light construction noise during working hours.

My only real complaint would be the amount of chlorine used in the pools. I know they kind of have to due to the public use, but it still very noticeable.

Great for small kids. Rooms are nice and big. Easy to get to and only 10 minute drive to the falls. Great service and friendly staff. Will probably go back next year.

They double charged my room, and wouldn t reimburse, the manager Diane laughed at me when we asked for a refund. Terrible experience, nasty management.

Our hotel room had bed bugs. It was nasty. But if your just going to the water park. It's fun.

Went with my family and have 0 bad things to say. Water park was clean and fun! Rooms were clean and offered the perfect amount of space. Staff was phenomenal and so kind and generous. Recommend to anyone!

We were here for 2 nights with a 4 year old and new baby. Everything I expected for the price. Park is just enough to keep young kids entertained for a short trip. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. We were able to bring breakfast and snacks for throughout the day. Can't take snacks into the waterpark but theres a sitting/dinning area where you can have food from the snack bar. Boston Pizza was great for dinner. Overall happy mini vacation for our family. Will probably do it all again next year.

Great place with fun times for the family. Big enough to have fun for the day maybe two.

My young family had a great two nights at the americana! The waterpark was a lot of fun. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money, even with the 2$ off.

The water in the sink was dirty and I was allergic to it twice, including my children

Pool was terribly saturated with CL that we were unable to enjoy it. My son started coughing as well as me.

Room are fairly nice, but i dont thinkthey are sound proof cos u can hear the housrkeeper vacuming, n tv on the other rooms,

Rooms were great, but the water park was quite small and mostly for children. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.

Service at the birthday was amazing. However, leading up to it, it was a nightmare. It took over two months to book the party. Two days before the party they called to tell us we could no longer be accomodated. The. To tell us we had to shift our meal time. Then to tell us we would not have a table in the reserved area. Utterly unacceptable. When people book their childs birthday party in these places it is to reduce stress not ramp it up. The ONLY reason Americana gets teo stars is the staff the day of were great.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament weekend. Male at front desk was abrupt and lacked customer service skills. Found a cigarette butt in our room. Website pictures show a gym that has a treadmill--non-existent. 3 recumbent bikes in total-- 3 BROKEN recumbent bikes in total. Rooms are outdated and are not equal to each other ie. Some have ottoman's and others don't. TV's are different sizes and some are wall-mounted, while others are balanced on dated furniture. All rooms fail at room amenities ie. Soap/shampoo/conditioner. The arcade was second-rate and the kids eyes were affected by the HEAVY amounts of chlorine in the pool area. For the price, not worth a second visit. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

They charge $25 additionally per parking on each suite, they have an overflow parking that is not patrolled or even camera monitored. Last family day 2019, I stayed with my family there and on my check out, robbers had broken in my truck's window and taken my all in one stereo system, my dash cam, personal belongings and even my HID headlamps, amazing how they had enough time to do that. On that day we made the complaint to the front desk and they reacted hermetically poor, saying that my insurance should cover everything was lost, at that time I realized there have been around 10 more cars broken in, the same night. I lost all that and I had no response from the hotel other than a voucher to stay one more night, that I still keep as a souvenir and a bad memory to not come back there anymore. My insurance did not cover my loss. Now, you be the judge.

I love it when we called asking for a room at either great wolf loudge or here at americana great wolf louge said we have no rooms avarable and americana had a room i really liked my 2 day stay here!

Nice place, rooms showing some age, unreliable WiFi. But clean, and helpful staff.

After going and comparing to other places it's ok. I won't be going back.
-Water park is fine but a little small.
-Room was fine with a musty smell as the a/c unit couldn't keep up.
-as expected there were lots of kids but a *word of warning some parents just leave the kids in the hallways to they're own destruction and noise level. Not helpful when trying to nap mid-day.
-overall facility was dated but with a decent Boston pizza inside.
My suggestion is to weigh others on price vs quality.
Oh and parking is $16 cad with is a total rip.

We went to the Americana for drinks after a wedding. Service was friendly and quick.

Room on first floor next to waterpark was nice, loved the deep tub for a nice hot bath, loved having fridge & microwave included, bed and pillows were delicious. No meals included was an expensive shock but Timmies was nearby. Waterpark is the bomb & i will keep coming back...

Room was nice. Disappointed with water park. We have a family night there once a year, this year much of the arcade was marked out of order,.the fountain pop was out of order, they ran out of bottled pop. Left lots to be desired!

Rooms were small no table for the kids to have breakfast on had to eat on the bed , pool area small was hoping for a lazy river didn't have one . After an 1.5 the two six year olds were done wanted to go

A little bit old. But overall good. Especially if you want to go to water park, this is the best place.

brought 3 kids, 16 yr old, 11 yr old, 3 yr old... plenty for the 2 younger to do, 16 yr old was bored. Enjoyed our day, had a meal, only down side was locker area was super congested

Nice hotel, but the pool is smaller than expected, and there are still parking costs of about 15 dollars per night, this makes it all just too expensive for me .. Too bad ...

Came for my son's birthday. The kids had a lot of fun in the water, but the venue in my opinion was underwhelming and wasnt worth the cost. The baby area could have had more to do. I could have gone to a regular swimming pool for a lot cheaper. The water was nice and warm, but the change rooms were freezing. And really hard to change a baby. The Boston Pizza inside had good customer service, but the pizza tasted extremely different from all the other locations we been to and it was pretty tasteless for boston pizza.

My children loved the waterpark of course, but the furniture in the rooms need to be updated as well as the gym facilities .

We just returned home from an awesome 2 day family vacation. All of our kids had a blast. They are ages 12, 10, 8 and 3. The activities were creative, interactive and so much fun for everyone. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. We need to give extra credit to lifeguard Moe. He was outstanding with my kids! We stayed in the pirate/mermaid room on the 2nd floor. The kids were in awe when they saw the bunk beds and it was nice they had their own space and bathroom! All in all a mini vacay to remember. Thank you Americana! We will be back.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner in between visits, but the kids had a lot of fun at the waterpark.

Conveniently located on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls, large banquet rooms.

Everything was clean and I like how they had social distancing set up ! Can't wait to plan are next trip here . I also loved they had an out side play ground as well

It's located about 10 minutes drive from the falls, the rooms are nice, I expected more from a water park, the breakfast is not included so if you will decide to go to the all you can eat restaurant be prepared to pay 16$ per person. 5 minutes drive from the hotel(closer to falls) same restaurant asks 6.99 For breakfast and 15.99 for launch.

Nice little hotel. Rooms were clean and fairly quiet floors. Water Park is perfect for the family with kids under 11. Thought it was odd that the $10 In video game tokens was for a place on Clifton Hill and not their own arcade.
All and all enjoyable.
