We when for my son's birthday.water park was great for our 2 year old.the food and serivce at the pizza place was vary good.we would skip the breakfast buffet.next time.its the samething you normally get for free at most places.everybody we talked to from the check it the house keeping was vary nice and the room was comfortable.we would come back again
We went with two other families when they were advertising the bogo. We really enjoyed it our son loved it. They are in the process of updating the rooms which is a very nice touch. They look great. The lifeguards could use a smile or two, some didn't look to happy.
My son is 3 and he had lots to do in the water park, and had fun in their arcade. We didn't hear of other things going on for the kids to do but we filled our time with lots of swimming and eating
I would recommend this place, the price is responsible. With friendly staff and a clean environment (even under construction).
Never made it to the spa services but was nice to know they had a nice area to get away to.

Rooms are nice the soaps in a dispenser and doesn't do a good job no matter how much you use... It's surrounded by a lit of nice places. To eat and the indoor water park is nice...
We went for the water park. Which was alot of fun. Well worth it. The rooms, a bit dated and suspicious. Also. If you get a room in the main halls, it can be very loud. The rooms are not luxurious and are missing a lot of the things you expect in a hotel. Pumping all in one body wash, shampoo, conditioner that smells like nice for men will never feel 'luxurious' no matter how they label it. From start to end, I kind of felt like a cattle. Everything was automated. Breakfast buffet? No human contact. Machine for (lousy) coffee, juice and food. You pay the one server before sitting down. And overall the good at the buffet is terrible. Go to falls manor down the street. Food here is just not worth it. Overall, a decent place to go that has proximity to the falls and a nice water park. Beyond that, not worth your time.
I was at the Resort for one day and a half and I do have to admit, the workers attending to us were friendly and helpful. When I got lost, a worker pointed out the directions to my room number in a professional manner. Also the food at the hall, the food was quite appetizing to me as a salad lover, but the Resort should look into having more options of food and not stick with the same old food which I felt were a repeat using different recipe's. Now, for the rooms, my table in the room was quite dusty, the bed was also dusty, and also there weren't quite much channels on the TV at the hotel. I do understand that they can only afford so much to get X many channels, but having a little more channels on the TV would be great (not including TV episode series). I know we can't make anything perfect, but there can always be places for improvement and I think these little things I mention above would make a difference for the future customers.
It was a great visit. The kids loved the water park and the hotel was very accommodating.

OK of a hotel but they advertise Break fast + night which gives imrepressin breakfast is included. That is how it is at all other hotels we stayed in Niagrafalls and all over canada but but only get a vounher for $30 which covers only for 2 person/ For additional head you will beed to pay $15. Waterpark is enjoyable. Rooms were fairly clean. Corriders were bit dark. My recomendation is just get the day pass and enjoy the water park - never spend the money to stay at the resort. I will never go back again
When we looked the facilities on the internet, it seemed the perfect hotel to go with our 2 children (3 and 6 years old) for the civic holiday.
However it was a very stressful long weekend.
The staff is NOT friendly at all specially the people on the snack bar. I still don t know why the blonde lady was being so rude.
We stayed on the Family Kiddie Suite (paying an extra to stay there for the kids) the room was noisy, the bed was not good to sleep. They don t even turned off the music on the hall during the night, so we can hear a music playing all night long.
The worst part was that my husband had his cell phone stolen IN THE WATERPARK facilities while he was on the pool with the kids so unless you have a water proof cell phone, I don t recommend you going to this hotel. Management gave little support to find what happened and when we stopped looking for the cell phone, they called us and said that maybe someone in our family might have taken the phone and lost it.
After reporting to the police and having them viewing what the cameras were able to get, the police saw a person taking the phone from the table we were in the waterpark. So the hotel can no longer blame my family for losing the phone.
So, don t stay AT ALL at this hotel. You won t have the well deserved rest staying there.

Our room was on the first floor close to the waterpark with the park right outside our door.
Rooms were pretty clean, quiet.
We stayed late the next day to get use of the waterpark before we left.
Only downside to our stay was the arcade, alot of the games weren't working properly so they were 'out of order'.
We have had several birthday party here all have been amazing. The thing I'd say they need to improve is ventilation. I get that at the waterpark but it should not physically hurt to breathe in all that chlorine.

Old decor and bad service. Front desk was rude. Room had flies and out dated. Parking was extra and breakfast buffet was a rip-off at $15 per adult for processed eggs, potatoes and waffles. Water park was decent sized for little kids.
Enjoyed the water park for a couple of hours. It was fun but a little expensive at $150 for 4 of us.
This place is great. Not as good as great wolf lodge but a lot better priced and we still had a lot of fun as a family
Small and dated. No outside food and drink policy includes water and coffee. You are allowed food and coffee in your room but if you try to take it into the water park, you are told you have to buy their water and coffee.
Located on the edge of town on the main road, the hotel is a short drive from the falls main tourist area. There are grocery stores close by, which makes traveling with kids easier. The rooms are simple and well used looking but clean. The hotel and waterpark staff are helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the water park and arcade. I would say the facilities are best enjoyed by kids 10 and under. There is a Boston Pizza restaurant on site which is handy and provides a predictable experience. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. This was our 4th time at the Americana and I'm sure we'll go again at some point.
It was a poor service. We booked a suite with two queen and a bunk bed. The bunk bed creaked the whole night and when I asked to speak to the manager to get some sort of a discount I was totally ignored! Very poor customer service. I won't go back again- they've lost my business unfortunately . We went back the second time as we enjoyed this hotel but after I received no response or partial refund I will not bother going ther with my family!

I'm fully satisfied with my first visit of this water park. Defenetly right place for family to check out. Kids of all ages have fun for hours. No concerns so far. Will visit it again.
We visit every December. Our family loves it. The Family Suite rooms are like nowhere else....private attached room with lodge pole pine bunks for the kids with their own microwave, TV , bath, and refrigerator. They have privacy, but we have supervision. The cabanas by the pool are really fun to rent, and at reasonable prices. The hourly activities for the kids is a terrific idea, especially for younger kids. The spa is good and has lots of options. The Boston Pizza which is attached to the hotel is probably the BEST pizza I have ever had. Wish they were available in Ohio.

Fully recommend this resort. The rooms are updated, comfortable and spacious (no issues with bugs or cleanliness at all) . Many amenities on the property. Attached Boston Pizza was super convenient( with Groupon u get 10$ coupon) Grocery store right beside it in case u forgotten anything (we did lol) hotel staff were all great. Price point was great as done through Groupon... Only downside.. 22.60 per night for overnight parking--but that's Niagara hotels for u and not just unique to this property
Waterpark was great for our sons age. I would say best for ages 3- 8 . There are bigger slides but I can see older kids getting bored quicker. They have lifejackets avail free of charge. Lots of lifeguards on hand. Li'l cabana eatery attached for lunch/snacks (a tad expensive but it's convenient) arcade and surf shop aatached to waterpark were nice but we didn't use. Family change rooms and lockers avail ( charge for lockers)
Only downside to our entire stay was that they playground was not toddler friendly or accessible friendly which surprised me. I think this is one update the resort could definitely invest in. Our son was excited to see the playground but couldn't use 90% of it. Also the waterpark area could benefit from a sensory friendly area for toddlers and special needs kids to take a break.. A space that is quieter and a bit darker. Our son went into sensory overload a few times despite our best attempts to mitigate this. ( Esp when trying to eat lunch in the cabana area- music very loud)
Other than that 110% would go again... We will be back!
Found a great deal for a waterpark overnight deal. Staff in restaurant were a bit rude, otherwise great visit!
Wifi was unavailable due to very poor connection. Waterpark was fine, the slide was fun! The changing room floors and deck were kinda gross with hair and whatnot. Chlorine levels are also high so make sure young kids have goggles and to rinse off after swimming.
Like this spot for a great family getaway. Eveyone was friendly and helpful. I wish there were no carpet in the rooms ! Give them a try.

Room was nice, but not exactly a two room suite. It's more like two beds separated by a partial wall with a pull out sofa. There are other larger waterparks in Niagara, but they are closer to the falls and thus more expensive. Staff was nice.
Wonderful place Great water Park inside parking is a little expensive but the rooms make up for it had a broken fridge and got service and a new one in 5 minutes definetely would recommend again
Chrck in was easy and Dianne at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The waterpark while small it was Perfect for our 6 and 10 year old. We where able to have fun on the slides together but when our tummys didnt feel like it anymore they where able to go alone. BP was good and the breakfast while it was a small buffet, again the quality was good and food was hot. The hostest was very friendly as well. We will be planning a trip back again soon. The beds where comfy and clean.

Came only for the indoor water park. Great for younger kids from 1-7 cause there are water slides they can ride. Not too big of a water park either, good for a few hours and have lunch there. Locker rooms are ok - A little small when you've got more then one kid. This place can become a chore when it's busy tho, so it's best in the off season. If you're not wanting the commitment of Great Wolf Lodge, this is a solid choice.

Amazing resort. Im not sure why people are giving such negative ratings. We purchased a superior room so we had tons of space, mini fridge, tv area, kitchen table and balcony. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but too pricey in my opinion. Water park is small but just right. Kids had an amazing time. For the price....you cannot go wrong.

This is a great water park for little kids. The smaller atmosphere is nice and you don t feel like you are going to lose your child in the crowd. Clean quiet rooms that have a fridge and microwave. I like this park a lot better then the other dog themed park.
Of all the waterparks in the area, this is the smallest. That being said, for what it is, is a fun family trip if you have younger children. Staff was friendly, rooms although a bit out dated were clean and comfortable. Onsite food is decent. Crummy one has to pay for parking but what can ya do.

The waterpark was fun and the rooms were good. We wereon the second floor and we could hear everything from the halls and rooms beside us.
I attended a cousin's wedding reception there. It was nice, but the outer hall was hard to squeeze through, and the hors d'oeuvres were sparse, and the drink options were limited.
The water park portion of the park was great fun for the whole family. For the price we paid I thought the room was underwhelming. Small and old.
Just did a one-night here with the family. Rooms were nice, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for a night's sleep. The attached Boston Pizza was as good as any we've been to for dinner; prices were a little higher than usual, but for a Niagara Falls resort it was to be expected. Plenty of amenities nearby, including a grocery store a two minute walk from the hotel. The waterpark itself was the perfect size for our two young boys; it managed to keep them well occupied for over three hours. All in all a very good experience and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone with younger kids or simply looking for an alternative to the pricier competition in the area.
Serving staff for the private event were all very nice and helpful. The event room was clean and presented well.

We've been having a great trip. The Waterpark is perfect for our not quite 3 year old, it's small enough that it's not overwhelming, but there is enough for him to do. The hotel rooms are standard, but clean. The mattresses are very hard though and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was basic. We'd definitely stay here again.

Location is great, rooms I noticed had some smears of dirt or spills on the walls and doors that were not cleaned before we entered but other than that looked pretty clean, waterpark could use some updating and less chlorine in the pool even after a rinse off you could still smell the chlorine off my skin but we had a blast none the less

We stayed there recently very bad beds uncomfortable none of us coils sleep because their beds are so old and sinking also bad customer service, we were told full buffet Breakfast but it's just continental breakfast.

I wouldn't call this a resort, the room was dated but it was clean and everything functional. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I would bring my own shampoo and soap next time. What was provided was an all in one wash (shampoo and body wash) that was dispensed from a unit on the wall. The kids had a great time in the water park. I agree with other reviewers that it is small and best for younger kids. Our were a good age at 5 and 7.

I was there over the weekend attending a dance competition at the Americana hotel Niagara Falls. The convenience of having onsite complimentary parking is undeniable, especially in a tourist city. However because of the location, you do need to drive everywhere. We did not stay overnight. Boston Pizza is located in the lobby.
Minus the heat in our room not working we had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the water park and the outdoor play gym
My child was badly injured here! They refused to call an ambulance so I did! They didn't even apologize! This is how much they care bout ur kids.... This place is horrible!
This place was a bit of a let down. It seemed like they were trying to be more then they actually are.
The line up to check in was ridiculous but the rest of our trip was great.
Staff was excellent! Accommodations were perfect! I miss the all inclusive deal that we used to have before a few years back. This is our 3rd time and our kids keep begging to come back every year.
The staff were really rude. When you have a problem the give Rude comments instead of helping you. The rooms were full of bugs.
We really loved our stay at Americana resort! The water park was very clean and had so much to do! Water slides and play areas for all ages!!! The rooms were spacious and clean and the food was delicious. Prices are just right for the whole family to enjoy a Staycation or if you re visiting from afar.
The water park is good for little ones, not for teens. Lots to do in the hotel and the surrounding area.
