I believe I experienced the very best customer service in my lifetime!! They listened to my wants and needs, then addressed every single one of them. They made sure I was happy with everything and sincerely cared that I agreed with every step in the process and the end result of my purchase. The service I was given wasn't just sales and numbers, it was like I was discussing everything with my family...they are honest and caring and they are true to their word and that IS what people want and need and that will make a sell every single time. I was lied to by there financial staff. If I had of known the were going to screw me around I would have never bought my car. I had the deal I wanted when I took the car home, but had to go back next day to finish up the paper work and every thing had changed. I was told I could come back in Nov. to refinance only to be told they now can do it. Steve Taylor I'm not done with you. You better make this right.

Don't give them your phone number! They will call you for the rest of your life! Even if you tell them to stop they find ways to call you. They have multiple numbers to call from so you can't block them either.

Dealership will sell your data to "warranty" scammers. I purchased a KIA Forte from the dealership in 2013. I was in an auto accident in 2014 and totaled the car. It is now 2017 and I receive 1-2 calls daily about my warranty expiring. The dealership gave these companies my data and now I am being harassed because of it.

It s hard to rate the performance and helpfulness of the staff after driving over an hour and waiting half an hour just to find out the car I made an appointment for was sold. Wasted day to take off of work. Would not recommend.

No integrity. Very misleading. Would not honor quoted price.

We went there a week ago today for a ford flex. They sold us one and had us sign papers on Monday without sending it to service. When the flex finally went to service they realized they would have to pay 3000 to 4000 to repair it so they refused to fix it and sell it to us on Wednesday. Then asked if we would want another car due to their mistake. When we call no one is ever there and today makes one week since this whole mess with them has started and then ask if we can get another co signer for another car. I will never ever go back there or even RECOMMEND this car lot to anyone. Nothing but a mess and a headache with them... i hate that we went there to begin with...

Bought a 2008 mercury mountaineer in May, we have had nothing but trouble since we bought it, only had it 2 weeks and it overheated, thermostat housing was cracked, a week later car died, fuel pump went out, fixed the vehicle this past Monday and the wheel bearing broke, almost $3000 just to get it running again, dont recommend buying from them, Justin was our sales person, called dealership and they are not trying to make it right

Yesterday I went into Kia because you were recommended to me by a friend. I was upfront and honest about my situation and let the salesman know I had no money for a down payment. Upon the first visit he explained if I had $500 down I could drive today. I explained it was not possible at this time so my mother and I left. 15 mins later I get a voicemail and text telling me his manager approved me for a car with no money down. So my mother came back and got me and I drive the 2006 Kia Sendona van that he said I was approved for. We sat there for 1 1/2 hours while I found insurance to be able to drive the van off the lot, my mother paid the insurance with her credit card and all was good and then he hits us with... Well you have a repossession we found and had a figure of $949 down which by the way I had seen already, he crosses that out and says $500 down.. Now my mother had things to do and he let us set there and even got numbers off his computer for insurance for me. He knew the whole time what he was going to do but allowed me and my Mother set there all that time, insurance charged her card and no car. It's was so disrespectful and embarrassing because I was UPFRONT and HONEST!! about my situation and he lied on text voicemail and to our face!!!! Everyone has hard times but we feel he took advantage of us and wasted our time!!!!

Elizabeth Mansfield was very helpful when we were in on Feb 29th.We had waited about a hour, Then Elizabeth Mansfield came over to see if we needed any help. Which was so nice to be asked if we had been helped. Then she was on the ball. She was very helpful on getting us the price we wanted to pay on the vehicle. before we knew it we were signing the paperwork and well on our way to taking the van home, the Insurance was our problem we had to come back the next day to pick up the van. We were then told it would be cleaned and ready. Well our Daughter took the van home and was very happy. a few days later I wanted to show her how to check fluids on the van and notice that there were no fluids in it , the oil was barely any oil in it had to put 2 quarts in. then looked at the anti freeze and that to was almost empty . we were told that all this was checked . when we were in today . Again Elizabeth jumped right in to help us get this fixed. All we can hope is that service is as good as Elizabeth Mansfield
