Taylor Kia if Lima is a horrible place to buy a car or have them work on it. Our car has a horrid smell since we bout it there brand new and they refuse to fix it uless we pay for it ! It s a brand new car ! Why are we being charged !? They refuse to work with anyone at all !

Just wish when they would rotate tires put air in tires

Service is very good, people there are very polite and
place is comfortable in the building. 2 things that I would change is 1, keep the music down to a decibel, and 2, it would be that it took about 3- 3 1/2 hours to get everything done including the process of singing the paperwork. If it's possible to whittle that time thing down, things will be close to perfect. David.

They were willing to work with my wife and I to ensure that we first found a vehicle we felt great about and then were able to make the numbers work for our trade in to get us in a better vehicle than expected. There were some concerns I had about some small rust areas, they were willing to address those concerns and have them fixed to ensure I felt happy about our purchase.

After a bad experience with a bad salesman, we decided to go to Taylor Kia. We worked with Devin Spearman who did an outstanding job of getting us in a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento with the terms we wanted. We highly recommend Devin if you want a salesman that will work for you and not against you!

Very low pressure, friendly salesmen. They were up front with me on the price and showed me the paper trail on the truck to back up what he was telling me. They gave me a great deal with little hassle. The only reason I give them a 4 star and not 5 is because the truck only had one key fob and no owners manual which I didn't find out till after the sale. Not a huge deal tho cause the truck is clean and runs perfect. Thanks guys!

I buy a new Kia I take it in to have a oil change and they say you need new brakes drums and tires and you need a coolent flushed I go to 3 other garages and they say everything was fine brakes and all? Go to a tire place and they say that the tires I have should last 50,000 miles I only have 34,000 miles on my car? Every one in waiting room was told that they had things needing fixed non under 300 bucks and then the worst thing is staff walking they and laughing and carrying on right in the office behind the tv in our waiting room and not to mention telling me if I give you 5 star ratings I will receive three free oil changes

Mr. Wright was my salesman. he was by far the best sales person I have ever had. He was kind and professional and helped me with the buying decision to get the car that was perfect for me. I really appreciate him and it fells great to know I have a friend in the car sales business. Thank You!

The sales people were not very helpful and talked very soft and disappeared for 15 mins at a time we had no idea what he was doing, Mr. Taylor NEEDS TO GET BETTER HELP!

This place is a joke they are a bunch of lying rude people if you want to get stranded I strongly recommend them if you want to get ripped off I strongly recommend want to spend hours looking at junk head on down

They ve had my car for 5 days and won t answer their gd phones. It was towed there by roadside assistance and I was supposed to receive a call telling me they had it. Never called me. Two days I spent calling them and no answer. Left messages. No returned calls. Finally get ahold of them and they don t even know where my car is. Get a call back that they did receive it and that I would be notified when it s being worked on. No calls. So I call sales (funny they answer on the first ring) i explain that I m frustrated about this situation so I m transferred to some other person and retell my story and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes while she runs across the hall to the service advisors ok great. Then a man answers and says was it the one with the electric problem? I d rather go get it and try to fix it my damn self. BUT THEY HAVE MY CAR AND I CANT LEAVE MY EFFING HOUSE.

Very poor,don't buy a car there,they won't have a car for you to use while yours is down,for days,they do not answer there phone at least not the service manager or service department to let you know anything.

I was very impressed when I came here recently. I totally believed that I would be hassled and pressured into purchasing a vehicle. We came, knowing that there was a good chance we would purchase a vehicle there. But we did not feel any pressure at all. We actually had one of those peelers from the mail also. Those are definitely misleading, but the workers there were at least very kind. My little girls each got to pull envelopes with cash in them and take it home with them. That was really cool. I like the atmosphere there also. Very open and inviting.

Dave Evernote is a awesome sales man. He will find something in your price range and work to make it happen. He has sold us 4 cars to this date and not one has been a lemon!!

Supposably won some big drawing shows you win $5,000 but they manipulate the way it says it and when they spin the wheel you win $2 waste of time going in wasted more than that in fuel.. just a little frustrated.. another sales gimmick.. won't shop here if this is how they do business

If you want a used car or truck that's priced 33% or more over what it's really worth, then yes, Taylor Kia is the place for you! First we dealt with Mr salesman Rocky Rochte who was extremely arrogant and rude and was only interested in getting us in a vehicle that would bring him as much commission as possible, then his manager Brandon Quinn, who still smelt of alcohol from the night b4, felt the need to hit on my wife every time I took my 3yr old son to the bathroom or outside. Steve Taylor needs to get his children under control in Lima and teach them good customer service along with good morals. Maybe take a lesson from Tom Ahl who is a great Christian and runs a tight ship. Disappointing I had to even give a star to these clowns, if I could give no stars, I would.

Horrible customer service all around. Refused to return my calls or emails after they made the sale. Still dealing with the headache these people have caused me. Added on service contracts to my car loan and they came up with excuse after excuse for me to not get them removed and canceled (even though the fine legal print gave me every right to). Bringing this to their attention caused me AND my mother, who was with me at the time, to get personally attacked by one of their employees who's apparently a sales manager. Highly unprofessional and condescending. Do NOT shop here for a new or used car. Find another place who will treat you with respect and actually back up their customer service promise. You may get what seems like a good price at the time here, but trust me, they will find a way to add more charges under the table.

Went in during the big sales event. Really wasn't expecting to get a brand new car. I talked to Devin Spearman and he was great. I filled the app out and he brought up a brand new kia Rio to test drive. After the test drive we got approved for it. After we signed the papers Devin had another surprise for us. He put us in a Chrysler 200 for the same payment as we were paying for a buy here pay here car. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Taylor Kia. They were very professional in what they were doing and what they were selling. I will definitely be going back in 5 years to buy my next vehicle. Salesman was rude when trying to test drive car....kept pushing me to buy More expensive car and avoiding the one I wanted...also, tried charging me more than advertised price of the car....shady salespeople at Taylor Kia of lima...just found out they did 5 HARD INQUIRIES on my credit report.... unbelievable

I went in not knowing if I was going to get approved or not. My credit has plummeted down because of health issues, and I am a single Mom for the last 10 years. My transmission in my own car was going bad, so looking for a car. I thought it would be easier to get a used one than new. But I was there from 12:30 to 6:00. Drove away with a brand new Soul, I've never had a brand new car before. I want to thank Rockie, and Jason for working with us. We were going to walk out a couple of times.
