We went there a week ago today for a ford flex. They sold us one and had us sign papers on Monday without sending it to service. When the flex finally went to service they realized they would have to pay 3000 to 4000 to repair it so they refused to fix it and sell it to us on Wednesday. Then asked if we would want another car due to their mistake. When we call no one is ever there and today makes one week since this whole mess with them has started and then ask if we can get another co signer for another car. I will never ever go back there or even RECOMMEND this car lot to anyone. Nothing but a mess and a headache with them... i hate that we went there to begin with...
