One of the easiest times I ve had buying a car, extremely reasonable and will work with you. While the other salesmen seemed nice there, Brett was excellent and worked very hard to get us into the car we wanted, and seemed like an all around great individual. Great place to consider if buying a car.

Guy who helped me out here was super friendly and tried to get us a good deal. In the end it didn't work out because they wanted more than what the car was worth, but honestly everyone was kind there and I would go back in the future.

I just had a minor issue with the under body of my Sorento and he fixed it right away. I was in and out within 10 mins and back on the road.

So we bought a 2016 Kia Sorento last year at Taylor Kia in Lima.. We had a great person to help us though everything. Her name is Elizabeth Mansfield. So when we found out that we were going from a family of five to a family of six, we know that we had to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. So like i said before we loved working with Elizabeth and kia in Lima, so we know that we would go right back to look at some new vehicle. We found a brand new 2017 Kia Sedona. She stepped us all the way though the process of buying another vehicle. So if you are look for a new vehicle this is a great and place to buy from. Thank you Elizabeth and Kia in Lima. I had an amazing time wuth Mike who helped me and drove off in a 2016 Kia Rio. They helped me get a car and to able to drive away within 3 hours of going in there. Walked in with not such a positive attitude after having lots of issues with my current vehicle. Couple hours later with the help of an awesome Taylor Kia of Lima team, I walked out with a new car and relief off my shoulders! Highly recommended them to anyone!

I drove over an hour to look at a used truck. Come to find out the truck, which was posted online and I had been talking to a DeMarcus upshaw about never passed inspection yet he had me believe it was there and prior to me traveling the distance, I let him know I had a trade. Well, they were supposedly giving top dollar for trades I was led to believe. I arrive, truck isn't there. The salesman, Justin comes back with a $1500 figure without ever looking at my trade and reasoning being "equinox" has a lot of problems. You can't be sure without physically looking at and driving. Not only was I very poorly treated and insulted, I wasted half my day driving for essentially nothing. They didn't even try to make the situation right. I've worked in used cars and that is not how you treat customers.

I bought my vehicle from Taylor Kia of Lima back in 2013. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle that was safe and dependable for my growing family. As with many businesses the staff seemed great; they were very helpful and knowledgeable and got us the best deal possible. Fast forward to today, I am attempting to trade in my current vehicle, purchased from Taylor Kia, for a newer vehicle and the dealer I am working with questions if I have ever looked up the carfax on this vehicle. I haven t, bc it s you have to pay for. And honestly, back in 2013 idk if I even knew about carfax. But the carfax on my vechicle states ODOMETER ROLLBACK. It was rolled back from 111,000 miles to 70,000 miles. I have had to put a whole new engine in this POS just a couple years back and now I know that Taylor Kia is responsible for all of that. Idk if there s anything I can do about it now...but please request the carfax and if you re buying a used car from here, maybe have it checked out by a mechanic before buying.

My car has been in there 5 months for some water damage and it still not done all they had to do was change a carpet.

I'd give them 4.5 stars. Very friendly staff. Opened the door for us when we got to the door. Treated us like family not just another number coming through the door. Our salesman Kaleb was awesome. Very friendly and did everything to make sure we were happy and felt like we were at home.

They are the absolute worst to deal with. It was the worst first time car buying experience for my daughter. Their customer service has a lot to be desired. I had bought a vehicle from them but the Lima location was such a bad experience my daughter insisted on walking out and not doing business with them. The service department acts as if you have all day as well. Steve Taylor needs to take a look at management at this location as well!

After many months of being told no by many other dealers who wouldn't even try and help and give their best I was referred to Taylor Kia of Lima and within a short while I traded my 2003 Silverado for a very nice 2010 Chrysler 300 ... the staff is very kind, caring , and helpful. This is Scott Morgan I bought a KIA Rio at Taylor Kia in Lima Ohio Brett Longstaff was the salesman and was very professional and courteous made my family feel very welcome he won my business next time I buy a vehicle and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. I would like to thank him and give him a big shout out cause him and the guy who work with the banks we was able to make this happen with no credit a big stepping stone to build my credit. We walked away very satisfied and happy.

We were in a pinch for a car, and Dave Eversolve was wonderful with making sure we found a car with a payment plan that nearly fit our budget. He was understanding and very pleasant to work with. I definitely would recommend this for any one who needs a car; but not if your credit is bad. All went well with the sale but when it came to the maintenance they seemed to lag a bit, our credit wasn't the greatest so we didn't get a choice we were put in a car that didn't really fit our needs (it was a nice car just not what we needed; but hey it was something.)... As I said before it's a good place to go if you have the money and credit to get a reliable car.

Devin Spearman made the usual grind of car buying a good experience. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the Kia Sportage that we purchased, and I think that comes from the fact his driveway and garage are filled with the Kia's that he sells. I would recommend both he and his wife, Mary, who is also in sales, and his assistant, Brittany. They were all very helpful in our search for a vehicle.

I bought a car from this dealership in November 2018 and after that trying to get a hold of them for anything has been impossible. Called about what I thought was a check engine light that was actually a service light two weeks after buying the car, dropped it off, came to pick it up the next day and no one knew what I was talking about, and surprise! Service light still on. Made it up in the spring for an oil change, was honest on the after appointment review, and they hounded me on how it was very important to them that they fix whatever issues I had with their service. Also? Turns out the service light was just a tire pressure alert. The manager of the service center tried to say, well you said it was a check engine light. You're trying to tell me that when a tech pulled my car into the garage, looked at the dash, saw a service light instead of check engine light and was like "hey! Don't worry about it, just a service light," and then just put it back in the same spot I left it? They sent me a "free oil change" gift certificate, which says it's only redeemable with an appointment. No one answers the phone at the service center, so how can I make an appointment! Also I have a recall on my vehicle, that they probably won't be able to fix.
Summary: go here for a car if you want, but NEVER go back and NEVER try to use their service center.

We had to wait a really long time for our test drive, even though we had an appointment. If you make an appointment ahead, it seems like they would just copy off your license and let you be on your way. Then worry about trying to sell you the vehicle after you get back. The guy was very friendly, just shouldn't have taken a couple hours.

This is the second year I have come here, and both times I have only dealt with Dave Eversole. He is awesome!!!!! I was a little difficult but he worked through that and got me my first new car. I am so excited. In the future I will only deal with Dave.

Bought new Rio in 2016 and went back in 2018 to trade up. Made three trips and spent HOURS sitting around waiting . Dave Eversole told us to take our new forte home for the weekend since it was so late and we could sign papers on Monday , Monday came and we went to sign papers and was told they couldn't get financing and took our forte back and asked for more down payment. We took our Rio home and was able to get the down payment so we went back for a third time ( an hour each way ) and finally got our new car , well fast forward almost two months and the old loan company called and wanted our payments that were behind . Mind you , we have already started paying for the new car and told them that we traded that car in 2 months ago so we called numerous times about Taylor Kia paying off our old car and kept getting excuses. Finally after more than 3 months they paid it off . We we're charged by Taylor to transfer our old plates but guess what happened months later when my wife tried to renew?? They were NEVER transferred and we were driving on fictitious tags. Dave Eversole gave us 3 free oil changes but after all the lies and deception we decide we would NEVER step foot in that dealership again , not even for free oil changes so we paid for them elsewhere. Finally I get a letter from the loan company stating I was owed a refund for my gap insurance since the car was paid off early but SURPRISE ,the crooks at Taylor Kia never said a word about it , I wonder how much money they've stolen from other customers by not informing them of this refund?? And don't bother trying to contact them after the sale because they either ignore the phone call or hang up on you repeatedly. I tried 3 times today and kept getting hung up on . But I'll keep calling til I get my money . BUYER BEWARE . We are Done with these "USED CAR SALESMEN " They are EXACTLY the stereotypical type
