i had an appointment with dave eversole at 11:15 and i showed up 30 minutes early. he was outside sand talking to me within 5 minutes of showing up. showed him the car i was interested in, and he showed me a few more within that price range. he knew exactly what i was looking for and how much i was willing to spend. after i told him which car i wanted they went and filled the gas tank up. he made sure to tell me any accidents that the car has been in and anything that was possibly wrong with it. while we were there for a few hours, it was pretty much expected. because i was buying a car. not something that s going to take 15 minutes. he was very honest and didn t try to pressure me into getting something more expensive. he was amazing with finding my car. we then got transferred over to wyatt eversole and he did just as well. explained all of the financials and got me the lowest interest rate he could. truly an amazing team and i m so happy i chose taylor kia!

I had a great experience with Taylor Kia. Derek, my salesman, did go above and beyond to get me into a nicer newer vehicle. The day I went to close a deal, unfortunately Derek and Dave were both out, Kelly made sure everything went as smoothly as possible given the situation she was handed. I will for sure return to Taylor Kia for any future vehicle needs!

Being from Europe, car buying in the US always seems incredibly tedious and time consuming. Nevertheless, Elizabeth Mansfield made it decidedly more pleasant. I still think it odd, though, that we were told our monthly payment, yet not a final price, until we had essentially agreed to buy. Else I would have given the fifth star

SERVICE CENTER IS TOP NOTCH! I had a terrible experience at a different Kia dealership. Called this location to see if they could help me and I'm so glad I did! The service tech, Mark, listened and understood my frustration. He took extra time to thoroughly check everything and to fix the issue i was having. He called me to give me updates, while we waited on the part to arrive. Even though this dealership and service center is much further then the other one i had used, I will go back for all my future needs. He even provided me with his cell number just in case I had anymore issues. I can't even fully describe the breathe of fresh air and my renewed faith in Kia, that this service dept provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What ever you do do not come to the service department I brought my Kia Optima SX in for a diagnosis they told me it would take an hour and would cost me 93 dollars which is fine if they actually did any work to my car, I let the service advisor know that I'm also a mechanic but I work on Honda and American cars I don't usually get in kias so I have a great understanding about cars and how to repair them I told them all of the things I recently replaced like both cam sensors throttle body and gas peddle. They told me it needed a throttle body and map sensor .... but I already replaced one of thoes and the other won't keep the car from running. I told him that and he said another tech says it could be a stripped timing gear key on the crank which makes absolutely no sense because the motor would be horribly out of time and when the pistons hit the valves it would no longer turn over he suggested to go ahead with that second hour I told him to reprogram the computer while there in there they could not do that so I complained and they gave me a break kind of when I got my paperwork back upon paying for my car it says the engine is out of time and needs a new engine well I'll tell you I'm digging into the timing on the car and everything like the dampener pulley is seized on for being on for many miles which tells me for sure they didn't check the timing to see if it was out of time because they would have had to pull the dampener pully off and cover off to check to see if the marks lined up they also tried telling me that the timing belt was crack along the backside but two days before I brought the Kia to them we had the talk timing belt cover off to watch the timing belt spent over while turning over the motor about work perfectly fine with no cracks whatsoever ......

I figured after telling them I was a mechanic they wouldn't run me threw the ringer like a blond hair women lmfao not satisfied

OK so at this point it has been about two or three days since I got my car from the kia, my paperwork says that my engine is mechanically out of time I went ahead and brought the car into my shop on my own free time and started taking everything off to get down to the timing belt upon further inspection everything was seized on as they usually are when they have been on for many miles and nothing was recently taken off plus once I got down to the timing belt everything was 100% dead on with no fails or issues I call the Kia dealer and spoke with the service manager and he says the paperwork said the mechanic never open the engine only checked timing by a scan tool which is not always accurate and mechanics intuition I guess because it backfired through the intake so he just assumed it was out of time there was nothing they could do for me like come on you said the engines out of time I have it on video where the engine is perfectly in time and 100% you think they would give my money back...

Our salesperson, Elizabeth, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. She really listened to our likes and dislikes, and did not try to sway us to anything else.
The staff worked with us to put us into the vehicle we wanted, on the terms we wanted. Overall an excellent experience, and we love our 2016 Sorento!

There was damage to the car that i recently bought...

There was damage to the car that i recently bought that you couldn't see and they never said anything about it. As soon as i got in the car the wiper blade came off lol. Well in the last month i had a hit and run at work and took the car to Reineke ford in lima to have it repaired. As they were repairing the damage they found more additional damage that was not related to the hit and run. The new damage was estimated to be done way before i purchased the car. So i had reineke go ahead and repair the damage so i wouldn't have to pay to have it painted again. When it was all finished i had Reineke write an estimate for the extra damage that was not part of the hit and run accident so i could take it to Taylor Kia in hope that maybe they would reinburse me for the payment. Of course they played it off like they had no idea what i was talking about. The sales man Rocky was very rude and basically told my fiance to leave the store. As we were leaving i thought to myself maybe someone that was more reasonable would discuss this with me because i felt that Rocky's customer service was not appropriate. As I told their finance manager to what happened she acted like she cared about how customers were treated by their salesman Rocky. But in the end every sales person and manager played it stupid and played us to the fullest exstinct. They told me that they was nothing that they had to do to satisfy what i thought would be fair even though they knew about the damage before they sold the car to me. My advice to anyone that even thinks about going to taylor Kia for a vehicle is DON"T DO IT. They are the most shady disrespectful people in the car sale profession. I'm going to do everything in my power to get the message across all of allen and surrounding counties to not go to taylor kia for a vehicle. I will also be in the process of getting ahold of my lawyer for how disrespectful they were to my fiance.

From the initial contact from Jake (he even worked with me on his day off), to working with the sales manager, and rounding it all off with Dave in finance, this was a great process! They were very honest and professional and did not mislead you like other dealerships nearby had. Highly recommend!

My 19 year old son purchased his first car here. Within a week or so he received his paperwork and seen it had been salvaged. The dealership nor the salesman disclosed this information. Took it back and everyone acted as though they weren't aware. Showed him several other vehicles that were not even appropriate to sell. He finally found a vehicle he liked but they will damage your credit score by running it through several lenders. Needless to say, he was hammered on his interest rate and monthly payment. Sure they will get you in a vehicle but you'll pay double of what other dealerships offer.

My son is there now. He drove 2 1/2 hours there after working 3rd shift and not sleeping because he had an appointment to look at a used car that they supposedly had on their lot, it is now almost 4 o'clock and still no sign of the car he went to look at. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I wish I would have went with him because I would have made him walk out of there at 3 when the car wasn't there!! I'm already worried about him driving back the 2 1/2 hours sleepy. Very, very unprofessional!!!
