Elizabeth Mansfield was very helpful when we were in on Feb 29th.We had waited about a hour, Then Elizabeth Mansfield came over to see if we needed any help. Which was so nice to be asked if we had been helped. Then she was on the ball. She was very helpful on getting us the price we wanted to pay on the vehicle. before we knew it we were signing the paperwork and well on our way to taking the van home, the Insurance was our problem we had to come back the next day to pick up the van. We were then told it would be cleaned and ready. Well our Daughter took the van home and was very happy. a few days later I wanted to show her how to check fluids on the van and notice that there were no fluids in it , the oil was barely any oil in it had to put 2 quarts in. then looked at the anti freeze and that to was almost empty . we were told that all this was checked . when we were in today . Again Elizabeth jumped right in to help us get this fixed. All we can hope is that service is as good as Elizabeth Mansfield
