They ve had my car for 5 days and won t answer their gd phones. It was towed there by roadside assistance and I was supposed to receive a call telling me they had it. Never called me. Two days I spent calling them and no answer. Left messages. No returned calls. Finally get ahold of them and they don t even know where my car is. Get a call back that they did receive it and that I would be notified when it s being worked on. No calls. So I call sales (funny they answer on the first ring) i explain that I m frustrated about this situation so I m transferred to some other person and retell my story and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes while she runs across the hall to the service advisors ok great. Then a man answers and says was it the one with the electric problem? I d rather go get it and try to fix it my damn self. BUT THEY HAVE MY CAR AND I CANT LEAVE MY EFFING HOUSE.
