Horrible customer service all around. Refused to return my calls or emails after they made the sale. Still dealing with the headache these people have caused me. Added on service contracts to my car loan and they came up with excuse after excuse for me to not get them removed and canceled (even though the fine legal print gave me every right to). Bringing this to their attention caused me AND my mother, who was with me at the time, to get personally attacked by one of their employees who's apparently a sales manager. Highly unprofessional and condescending. Do NOT shop here for a new or used car. Find another place who will treat you with respect and actually back up their customer service promise. You may get what seems like a good price at the time here, but trust me, they will find a way to add more charges under the table.
