Initial experience was very nice. Salesperson was friendly. Upon receipt of my new car, i was asked to give them a 10/10 (by the store Manager / General Manager) which i did, hoping to get the best continual services. On my feedback email, i asked them to reach out to me regarding a couple of things i was not satisfied in my car, but no one reached out to me(it has now been over 6 months since i purchased my new car). I guess once you give them 10/10, they really dont care about the after purchase services. Thanks for reading my long feedback.
