If you are a women, don't go to T&T unless you bring a man with you. I have had two experiences in that place and one would have been under warranty if the guy I talked to would have given a crap. He told me the door hinges would only work if you are on a flat surface. So when they got worse I had to go to the service manager and complain and of course nothing was recorded the first time I was there. He was at least nice but I only got one out of the four fixed for free. Then my seat kept moving went in for that and he said wear and tear, my car is 3 years old. Didn't offer to tell me how much it would cost to fix it, nothing. I will be going to a different Honda dealership if I can find one that might treat a women with respect and not a bimbo.
