The worst car dealer I have seen in Canada since I have come to Canada for 15 years.
Bought a Honda Pilot in T&T Honda with 3 years in-store extended warranty. I experienced Lots of problems. Just mention one typical true issue: Found a problem is defect related, and the problem was falling in the range of the warranty. They did not change any part for my car even I asked to do so. Just did simple repairing, and return the car to me, after I found the problem is still exist, I wrote a complaint to the survey system, hope could get some explanation from the management. But the complaint was no feedback at all! Until my extended warranty expired, there were 3 medium problems is still exist including I just mentioned one. This dealership, from the management to sales man, I have totally no comments for them. I just wrote this review for all car purchasers, please do not go to this dealer to buy any car! If the T&T dealership has any saying to me to check the truth that I mentioned, I am really welcome the management to contact me by email!
