Mind blown at the lack of interest of so called sales person John

We come in looking for an explorer not knowing options available for the vehicle. First thing sales person saids what do you want? Not the way to start a conversation with a potential customer.

Disgusted at the way it was handled. Wouldn t even entertain sitting us down. Coming from someone that s been working in a dealer... shame on the managers for having such a nasty sales person.
