March 2019 was my 90,000 service visit on my 2014 Edge. Service Representative Lauren Potter provided me with a loaner car which turned out to be needed overnight due to a mechanical problem that required parts not in stock.
In the 7 years of my leasing, purchasing and servicing Ford Edges from F-L of H Ms. Potter has always been and continues to be the consummate knowledgable professional and, to me, she is the face of Ford-Lincoln of Huntington.
It is her extensive knowledge, professionalism, personal care and attention to detail that make F-L of H the place I bring my vehicle despite living closer to other Ford dealers.
In this case Ms. Potter put my mind at ease about a rattling noise that had alarmed me prior to the visit when she immediately advised me of the problems with my car and the estimate cost & time of repair.
