Helpful, attentive staff. The oil changes and brake jobs that I've had done on my 2016 Taurus are quick, thorough, and neatly-done. When the car needs under-warranty work, it is attended to without hesitation or games. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my vehicle, the staff always take their time to address each point.
