This was our first time at a Ford Lincoln dealership and I have to say the staff was very welcoming. We were undecided between a Lincoln crossover and a Ford Explorer. Both sales representatives as well as the manager were truly informative and let us decide what would be best for our needs and price range. I was truly grateful for the way that the representatives went over both trucks and made us feel comfortable about test driving each vehicle. My husband and I never felt rushed or persuaded to purchase either vehicle. I have to say this is our first ford and we absolutely love our new 2020 Explorer. We have leased so many vehicles and at times we would walk out of dealerships due to the sales representatives, in but in this case this was by far one of our best experiences with leasing a vehicle thanks to the sales manager Dave and sales rep.
