I am attempting to purchase my 2nd home through Synergy however, the experience has been so unprofessional it has me wanting to say forget it. It has been so much misrepresenting of the loan s terms and conditions that this what should be exciting experience has turned into a horrific nightmare. The communication, level of knowledge, professionalism and overall humanity is all questionable at this point. After several complications I began to have hope until the loan officer at Synergy quit in the middle of the process without any notice leaving me with so many unanswered questions and anxiety. I was then advised by additional Synergy employee that it was in my best interest to switch my loan from conventional to FHA so I did which included additional fees. Even after I was sent my CD finally (after several set backs) only to now be told I need to switch my loan back to conventional and my closing date will be set back yet again. At the bare minimum I have yet to receive even one phone call from any Synergy employee willing to help strengthen the communication, confusion and at this point high levels of anxiety as a result of this misrepresented and dis-functional process.
