Amazing experience! I was a first time home buyer and was expecting your basic customer service you can get from a bank or other financial institution. I was very surprised by the professionalism and care they take of customers. Hands down, my best experience with any financial institution. Timberly is a true professional with great work ethics. Always in touch and always on top of things. She really made me feel welcome and showed her care. I've asked her so many questions and she explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood everything. A+!
