Multiple breakdowns in communications and very unclear process from beginning to end. There were multiple occasions where we were asked to provide the exact same documentation that was previously provided. Also, after providing all of the documentation the process continued to change and we were then told "oh yea we don't really need all of the documents for your spouse". Additionally, the financial estimates were wildly inaccurate and the pre-approval means nothing. Save your time go elsewhere
