James went above and beyond to get us our first home, it was a complex loan situation as I am a small business owner the rules for obtaining a loan were a lot tougher. James and his team made this happen, super fast and saving us money, we were able to put a smaller deposit amount down and still pay no PMI insurance, meaning more cash in the bank!
