"CERTIFIED" LIES! Don't bother with this dealership. We bought a "certified" used car three weeks ago. We immediately had trouble with delayed starting. My wife took it back and was told it was "normal" for Nissans without any diagnostics being done at all. They then also said there were two active recalls they could repair. I just sort of assumed a certified inspection would include making sure any recalls were done. I guess a safety check is not part of the Nissan certification protocol. Anyway, we continued to have issues and took it to another Nissan dealership. Turns out the fuel pump was leaking and the transmission needed complete replacement. Oh and did I mention the collision damage that was never disclosed by the dealership or on carfax? Only found out about that by finding a repair bill in the dash. Don't trust this dealership and their "certified" lies. (Stock Number 56752A in case anyone at Sutherlin cares)

Complete bait & switch. Negotiated a price over the phone. Dealer insisted he had keys in hand. Drove over an hour there to find out the car had been sold last week. Complete trash. Walked off the lot.

A rip off. GM tried to humiliate my wife and I by hand ripping up our information. How intimidating. They are not in car business. I went to complain to BBB and found a ton of same negative comments. They need to shut the doors and sell out to a better owner.

Had an amazing experience at this dealership. The gentleman that went above and beyond to help me with all my needs was Haddy. I highly recommend for everyone to ask for Haddy when they come to this location. Smart, attentive, and incredibly nice. I will definitely be back to see Haddy.

Your experience may be good or it may be like mine.

I visited Sutherlin Nissan to look at a used Expedition. I called and spoke with Brandon Whiteman (internet sales manager) before i traveled there from South Carlolina. I specifically asked him what their fees are in a deal <ie.> TTL, doc fees etc. Brandon stated it depends on the deal but there was a six hundred something dollar doc fee. I show up the following morning to look at the vehicle I had contacted them about through CarGurus and then by phone. I look at the vehicle with a nice polite sales guy, go for a ride and then discuss the price. My sales guy speaks with Brandon for a few minutes and now the sales price is considerably higher than I expected and higher than the 600+ dollar doc fee, my sales tax and the advertised price Cargurus. I look the pricing sheet over and see a $1147.00 UCI Fee, the expected documentation fee, Tax Tile/Loan fee and my state sales tax of 500 dollars. UCI FEE; That's a used car inspection fee. I guess Mr. Whiteman forgot about that 1200 dollar fee when we spoke the day before.

Everyone I spoke to at Sutherlin Nissan was polite but at the end of the day i drove down there and got surprised by an extra 1200 fee in a deal after I specifically asked about their fees. Oh well, there are more Expeditions out there that someone would love to sell. Sutherlin is just another car dealer living up to the stigma that surrounds their industry.

Good Luck

NEVER buy from Mr. Kim AWFUL customer service skills and is not a man of his word. Said he would match the price of a used 2013 Nissan Altima with a new and did not. I decided to buy the used and it did not come with spare keys, brakes were squeaking the next day AND I drove home in a car with NO gas, the low fuel light was on when I got in it. I would not recommend him to anyone! Look for Cass he's a good salesman and very informative! When I complained to Mr. Kim about his customer service he replied with "it is what it is", you can tell he only cares about the money and not about the customers. You might wanna keep calling the tag office about your tag too because the Nissan staff will not inform you that it is ready until you call consecutively!

Erick Castillo was amazing, very informative and knowledgeable. He made our experience very easy and hassle free. He welcomed my children and they only have the nicest and best things to say about our time here. I would totally recommend him if you are looking to have an awesome car buying experience.

The operator that answers the phone (sounds like an older white lady) that was working 11/20/17 day shift..Ok what I need you to understand is that you are front line! You are the voice that SHOULD always sound pleasant because when we are calling .. WE HAVE A PROBLEM AND WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE SPENDING $$. Well the 1st offense was when she answered the phone, she was playing with someone that was standing at her desk and never stopped talking/laughing while my call was active. She then routed the call and it forever rung then she picked it up accidentally with the same conversation that I heard earlier with the person standing at her desk. I then told her Ma'am, do not hang up on me and make sure you transfer me to service....before I can finish saying that short statement that heffa transferred me in the middle of sentence. I finished my business over the phone with the service dept....I called her again and asked to speak to manager, she asked which department, I told her ...YOURS! She rudely gave me a persons name and identified them as her manager and transferred me to their extension....I never heard back from them. Poor management produces bad employees. The the least thing they could of done was call me back, however when you have managers and employee that is friends then nothing ever gets resolved. Matter of fact company suffers with this type of action. This lady (operator) is complacent in her job, she knows that there's no consequences when she show bad behavior, but guess what honey, you won that battle! I won the battle with keeping my coins in my pocket and making sure that the car I want that I see on your lot will definitely be purchased from a dealership that treats customers with respect. So you stay right there in that chair with your electric heater near your foot and retire. I'm sure there will be plenty more you run off!

The sales representative, Bill was a true professional. He was knowledgable, sincere, and respectful. Andre, in finance, was thorough and helped us understand their process. However, the manager (Cubs T shirt, maybe Travis) immediately set my teeth on edge. He began by asking us repeatedly about Bill's performance in a very pejorative way. Bill is a true professional and this man's senior in terms experience and deportment.

My husband and I were lukewarm on the car and certainly dithering for a host of reasons. We excused ourselves from the building to chat with my mom (who works in finance) for advice. Her advice was to continue to look around. We made the decision to leave as we had cooled on the car and had been at the facility for much longer than anticipated.

Also, our distaste for the manager had grown due to his condescension and frequent questions of "you understand this right..." My husband works in computer science and minored in math.

At the end of the day, we just weren't entirely sold on the car and after consulting with my mom and each other we decided not to proceed or to at least consider the matter further at length.

The manager follows us to our car and calls my husband a liar. He literally said, "So you were lying when you said that you wanted a moment outside."

My husband, who is not combative, simply rolled down his window.

I cannot imagine that Nissan supports a man in a managerial role who accosts people in their car and calls them a liar. For a man who was concerned that Bill was respectful and professional he sure did not apply that same standard to himself. You should consider if this is a man with a temperament suited to public relations. I personally found him arrogant, temperamental, and rude.

THE EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERINCE EVER !!! Will recommend to everyone for s painless car buying process. My sales representative was Jack, and he was so easy going it made my decision to buy the car here versus anywhere else!

I had an appointment for oil change that was paid in advance. As I come out of the car at the service area, I am greeted by an employee that was working at one of those movable desks. He confirms my appointment and I assumed that he checked me in, as it normally happens when I go for service. The man never mentioned anything about me checking in again inside, so I tell him that I will leave the keys in the car and I go inside. Long story short, after 50 minutes of waiting, nothing has been done to my car. The man was very inconsiderate, to say the least. It didn't cross his mind to apologize. I hope I can take the car to another Nissan service, since it's already paid.

Sales person did not make an effort to show us the differences in models of vehicles. We ended up buying a lower model vehicle when we would have paid more for a different model with more bells and whistles. After we figured this out post sale the dealership wanted to give us the run around and stall us u til it was too late to return the car. Will not buy a car from this dealership again.

Racism at its finest, sales men speak rudely, curse at you and manager refuses to do anything other than offer another salesman.

Dennis (our salesman) was so confrontational that not once he greeted us or chose to listen to our questions. Took my business to Toyota across the street pretty fast. Will be writing an email to Nissan corporate and district staff regarding the abusive behaviour of their employee s

It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I drove in. It wasn't even a minute and someone had already greeted me. Everyone who I spoke with was very very, very nice and helpful. The sales guy was great, friendly, kind, and not at all annoying. The process was nice and smooth. Loved the service provided by everyone. I was very surprised by the treatment I got. I stopped by the dealer after work looking like a hot mess and not one person working at the dealer gave me a look down which was such a good surprise to me. I had just come out of another dealer where just by the looks I got I knew I was going to another place. I was with my little niece and my mom and every single one of the persons I spoke with was just as equally attentive and nice to them as they were to me even though I was the one making the deal. I took notice of this and of course its obvious they'll be nice to my mom her been the adult but I really appreciated the attention given to the little girl every one shook her hand asked how she was doing and did she like the car. I appreciated that a lot. So in general it was great I felt respected and like my business matter too.

Great Nissan Dealership for those Nissan LEAF drivers who need to get a battery recharge while driving in the area. They have 2 Level 2 EVSE and 1 Level 3 DCQC unit. If the unit is busy charging a new car (not yet owned) and you are in an emergency, simply go inside and speak with the Sales Manager and they will try to accommodate you the best that they can.

Bought a new 2015 Rogue. 29,500 miles later I need tires. I had to replace one tire after 3,000 miles and it cost $277.00. Who ever heard of a car needing new tires with less then 30,000 miles. I was told they put cheap tires on their cars by a guy in the service department.
The service manager called me back after my second call. He very nicely explained I needed tires because the factory tires are "soft" and tend to wear faster. It was an answer but not a good one. I still need tires.
I am down the road buying tires. Will not go back to Nissan again. This is an unnecessary, unexpected expense.
Continental tires do not warranty their tires by mileage it seems.
Buyer beware.

I bought a 2007 Ford Escape and one of the tires exploded while I was driving down the interstate (btw, I had my pregnant wife and two young children with me at the time). When I got the tire replaced, I learned that it was a 1998 tire! And all the other tires were just as old! Old tires are not safe (many places have outlawed tires over 6 years old for this very reason). These tires looked new when I bought the car, but they are rotten on the inside.
When I confronted the dealership about this deceptive and unsafe practice, they were extremely rude. They said it was my fault for not inspecting the tires. Of course I inspected the tires. Did I take them off the rims and look inside them because I thought they might sell me 16 year old tires? Does anyone do that?
So not only do they engage in deceptive and dangerous practices, they are incredibly rude about it. There are plenty of places to shop around here; go elsewhere if you value your life and your money.

They need to improve service waiting environment. There area is too small, outdated, and there is a lack of cleanliness.
The coffeee wasn t fresh, there weren t any snacks, and the water was warm.

The waiting room seats are uncomfortable, and lack support. I think the whole space needs to be reformatted to make the experience more enjoyable.

Since they never sent me a review like they said I'll just write mine here. I didn't care for the rudeness or lack of care I recieved when doing business here. This is the first business I have ever dealed with that has intentionally hung up on me. I was asking questions out of concern for my vehicle and the woman I was talking to hung up on me. Perhaps she found my questions annoying or stupid, but when you work with customers as a service advisor you have to deal with it. I felt like being crude when going to pick up my car, but I'm not one to make a scene. I think this review will do more in the long run anyway.

I loved working with this dealership to purchase my new car! Nesrin made me feel like family. She was very honest, very kind, and incredibly helpful. I couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience while making a big decision about buying a car. Any questions, comments or concerns I had she went completely out of the way, above and beyond my expectations. I look forward to continuing business with this company. Thank you again Nesrin and Arlene!

I love this dealership!! They have great and timely service Grace is amazing!! She explained to me with detail what was wrong with my car. Most dealerships throw big words at you but Grace made it simple to understand. Super thankful for her patience and explanation. If you go there ask for Grace she wont let you down!!!

This was the best car buying experience we ever had! Mr. Ramzi and Mr. Kim were very straightforward and easy to work with. My husband and I only went to browse and we ended up leaving in a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima! We're very happy with our purchase and the service we recieved. I highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Ga!!!!

The whole experience was so effortless. Lydale was awesome! No pressure, super friendly and informative. Would highly recommend him and the Dealership.
Andrey was great also and I learned so much about credit and loan process from him as he helped us with our financing.

Looking to buy an SUV and this was the first place me and my wife went. We wanted a quote for the out the door price and interest on financing so we could get an idea of what we wanted. Instead, we got led around for an extremely long time before having to go into the financing office to get the "quote" because they assumed we were purchasing the car right then, despite us never mentioning anything about buying the car and, most importantly, no one asking us if we were buying today. No one even said the out the door price to us. It was a circus. To top it off, their financing rep we spoke with, Curt Pierce(?), was hilariously condescending and rude to both me and my wife. Even if we were going to buy the car, he would have almost completely turned us off buying at that dealership himself. I think we'll just get a Toyota or Honda instead.

This dealership will literally sit down look you in the eyes and tell you they're helping you out with negotiating price of a vehicle and then not change a thing at the end and lie about doing so. They are literally stealing money from atleast my family and I wouldn't doubt yours too if you buy from them.

Worst experience you can imagine. My wife had a terrible customer experience during a recent visit to the service department at Mall of GA Nissan. My wife was talked down to, yelled at, dismissed, taken for granted and treated incredibly rudely.

The person who was the point of contact in the service department was very rude during this whole process and talked down to my wife. However, she didn t understand what a transmission does or anything about what needed to be repaired.

We complained to a manager who became extremely combative, yelled, and was horrible to her. When my wife said that because of the treatment she received in the service department, the dealership lost the chance to sell her a new car, the service manager s response was, we have plenty of customers. I m floored by that kind of thinking in a customer service driven business.

We contacted the dealership manager and Nissan HQ, but that didn t either respond or care enough to do anything about it.

Love the Murano but not the process I had to go through to get it. High pressure. Hidden fees. Rude. Hassle getting the tag afterward. Buying a car should be a happy, positive experience but it was not. When I mentioned this to the GM there was no response at all. No concern for customer satisfaction. Too bad.

Do not buy a used car from this place. Bought a 2016 ford fusion. When i went to see the car, it had a check engine light on. I was promised it would be fixed in order to seal the deal. I was given the run around on getting the repair after the sale. I had to take the car back to the dealership SEVERAL TIMES and there was still never a fix. Now the car failed emissions and I cannot drive it. They run the dealership like a buy here pay here lot. Very shady

Wait was longer than expected. Was told that they would have to get a vehicle from Hertz after waiting for 2 hours. Also, received two text messages about additional services when I was sitting right in the dealership. I didn t answer either call because I thought it was very impersonable. After the second call the rep came and told me about the other items.

We bout a pre owned Nissan Armada, it was one of three cars we have purchased from southerlin. The customer service is amazing and our sales person Nesrine Sabbagh was beyond helpful. She addressed all of our concerns and walked us through the process step by step making it as smooth as possible for us.

I was originally there to look at a 2014 Nissan Rogue I seen online but they had a slight hiccup with the vehicle. They were very apologetic about it promised to make right what went wrong. Both Nesrin and her manager assured me that I would be taken care of for the mishap to which they both lived up to. I ended up with a 2016 Nissan Rogue with all the amenities I love! Nesrin was so sweet, friendly, honest and relatable to me that I would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking a great sales representative for Nissan!

This was a terrible experience! My Fiance and I found a car here online at a great deal and decided to make the hour drive to look at it. After Calling Sunday morning to confirm the car was there and still available we drove up there. After arrival we find out the car was getting serviced and we can not see it until the shop opens Monday morning. Strike 1!!! The Sales Rep promised a call Monday to work out an arrangement for us to see the car closer to home. No call Monday, when we called Tuesday to speak with the rep they were off. Strike 2!!! Come Wednesday we received a call from a manager who said they had driven the car home the night before and wrecked it! Strike 3!!! The worst customer service experience ever!!!

"Internet Jeff" as they call him there, is amazing. We live out of state and found a car online. He took care of everything, gave us a great deal, was never pushy, and then when we saw the car in person and noticed a few things, they even took a little extra off the price. One of the most painless car buying experiences I've had!

This is the second car I have purchased from Sutherlin. Both times I spoke to them over the phone and told them what I wanted to accomplish. Both times they told me "sure we can do that". The first time they did what they said they would and I got a great deal. This last time I had gone to another dealer and they could not get close to what I wanted, so when Sutherlin said they could do it, I was skeptical. They came through. I got a better car than I was originally looking for at a lower price. BTW, in my younger days (the 1990s) I sold cars in Florida for a brief time, so I know when I've gotten a good deal. I have always been treated with respect and have no complaints at all. I find it hard to believe that others have not had the same great experience.

Great experience from the receptionist, to internet to sales person Kerri, sales person Weis, to financing manager Ryan... you guys have all made this experience a great one for me. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle and send all of my friends and family.
I'm sure the service department would be just as great, when I have to go in for service.
Thanks to all of you! Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed with the sales team. I called to confirm the price and availability of the car and they confirmed it was available for the specific price online. After driving 45 min out there, I find out that the car was not available and they were trying to push a different care on me. When it came down to the numbers, they jacked up the price to added $1,200 for some paint protection (which I dont want and dont need), $300 for nitrogen in the tires (there is no ROI on $300 for Nitrogen in tires) and $300 for tinted windows along with some other silly fees. They don't tell you this on the phone. On top of that, they try and offered me $4,000 below the fair trade in value within Kelly Blue Book. I'm not sure how this place is still in business, don't waste your time.

Scott made me feel like family. He was determined to make it the best experience of buying a car I ever had and he did. I would buy from him again and recommend him to others. I'm from a sales background and he represents that very well.
