Tried to call service during business hours. Twice...
Tried to call service during business hours. Twice I was promised a call back. Twice no call back. Finally walked into service and was told to bring my 2016 Platinum Murano with 40k miles back in two days. The sunroof fabric has fallen into the middle of the car. Finally got into service at 7:45 am two days later. I was abruptly told it would be $3,000.00 to fix.the fabric falling from the roof of a $50k 2.5 yr old car!!!!
