We have dealt with Blue Spruce Auto Sales a couple times. Most recently, they were very good at working promptly. We were under a short timeline. I appreciated them providing all the information needed on car repairs as well. I feel like they are pretty upfront with things.

This place sold us a lemon. Two months after we bought it the car started going through oil. A bit later we realized one of the cylinders was not firing. I don't think it's possible to have a worse experience.

Terrible experience! do yourself a favor and GO TO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD. After being ripped off twice, we switched to Hoshi motors and have had fantastic service ever sense.

This is where you need to buy your next car. I am no easy customer and this place went above and beyond to help with this vehicle purchase. Staff is awesome and I cant be happier with my amazing deal. Oh Super Rupair. I wanted so badly to like you. I've been taking both my Subaru's here for a while and problem after problem, I'm done trying. At first I had an oil change, all was well and I liked the service and price. Then I brought my WRX in for an oil change and asked for synthetic oil. They used conventional, I addressed that and they fixed it. No big deal just had to wait a little longer. Then I brought my car in to have the clutch replaced. I asked to be called if there was anything extra or wrong and to have updates on the progress. I called a few times and one time told it would be longer because they had to re weld some piece that had broken off during the fix and that this would cost me extra or "we can fix it or you can just have a car that doest work". I was very upset both by the rudeness of that comment and that they didn't bother calling me to tell me about the problem before being ready to charge me extra for it. Either way I chocked it up to a bad day and kept coming here. The next time I brought my car in for a E-break adjustment I was told the clutch fluid was dirty, I informed them that I had just had my clutch redone here, but apparently thats not a part of the $1200 clutch replacement and would cost me more. They also informed me that my summer tires needed changed "badly", my car wobbled (not a problem on the drive there, but man on the drive home I sure did notice it), and that I needed an alignment. Sigh, Okay I thought, oh well, my cars a 2003 it can develop problems. I got home and realized both my front tires (which were full when I drove it in) were below 20psi.... I filled them and surprise, the wobble went away. They had told me diagnostics were going to cost in the $75 range for the wobble...Seems like they just emptied some air out of my tires so they could get me back in there. I took my car then to a tire shop to trade out my summer tires with my winter tires. While I was there I asked them to check my alignment as well, as at this point I was feeling weerie about anything Super Rupair had told me was wrong with my car. They said my alignment was completely fine and that my tires that according to super rupair needed "badly" replaced would likely be fine for another summer season. It was then I really was upset. I have never felt so tossed around and ripped off by a company... Maybe its because I'm a woman, maybe they just think I'm naive. Hell, I endorsed it at first even when I wasn't getting the best service.Either way, I will likely not be bringing either of my cars back here.

From beginning to end I received great service from Super Repair and its employees! My parents had just bought a car from them and I went to look at some possible options for myself. I found a 2006 Subaru Outback at a reasonable price and ended up buying it the next day! After getting the paperwork all figured out, Kirby personally towed my new car to my work in Loveland and dropped it off for me! Talk about service! He was so nice and patient while I signed the last of the paperwork and asked him questions about the car. I would highly recommend Super Repair and will continue to use their services in the future! I bought oddball used parts from these guys on 3 occasions so far and they were very helpful (checking to make sure I am getting the right thing, etc.) and fair with respect to price. They have saved me considerable time and money. I have dealt with Todd and Damien. I recommend Super Rupair highly. I am in the automotive business and know the difference between good and bad.

There's really no other shop that specializes in Subarus like this one other than dealerships. Their prices for repairs are not only less than a dealer, but they're also fully honest with you, not trying to rip people off or oversell things like dealers do. I got all of the necessary repairs on my 2001 outback, including a new radiator and thermostat, and even a new power window switch on the driver's side door. They also have coupons you can download to your smartphone (or print out) on their facebook page to use, I saved 10% on my first repair bill. The guys working there are also courteous and honest to their customers and are very understanding of their needs. This is the kind of shop that only uses parts that are supposed to fit your car, as opposed to any type of generic part that fits any car. I just got a "thank you" card from them for my first time visit, with a FREE oil change coupon! I'm definitely going back in the near future.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a dependable second vehicle, used, and happened to be in Boulder (3/13/16) when we noticed a used 4Runner for sale at Blue Spruce Auto. We both liked the vehicle but knew the price was a little high for a 1998 with 130k miles on it which we also knew getting a loan for it was going to be difficult. While driving back to Silverthorne, Amy decided to go ahead and fill out their loan application online with hopes that someone would get back to us when they were open. This morning, Monday 3/14/16, someone named Thomas emailed Amy back stating that the vehicle was too old for them to finance and that it needed to be a cash purchase. After checking the KBB value of the vehicle (which was $2500 less than their asking price) we called our credit union to see what our options were. After hearing that the credit union was willing to help us out Amy immediately called Thomas only to be rudely interrupted stating that KBB was irrelevant, the price was non-negotiable, and made it a point to show his annoyance with her calling his cell phone (which was in the email that he sent this morning) and made sure to let her know that they are closed on Mondays. So why did you email her today if you aren't open/working?? We basically had a loan on standby and would've made the 4 hour, roundtrip drive this week to pick up the vehicle. Great customer service skills, Thomas. You are a stand up POS. Thomas is a rude punk and next time I'm in Boulder I will for sure be stopping by to have a conversation with him.

Subaru's are not common here in Alabama at all, so used as well as most new parts have to be ordered from areas north of the Mason Dixon. I have used Super Rupair used parts department twice so far and have received great service and fast shipping both times, not to mention the huge savings compared to dealer prices.

With another project Subaru in my future for my daughter, I'm sure I'll be using them again.

My wife and I bought a car from them about a year ago and were so happy with the car and the service that we bought another car there last month. There was never any pressure from anyone. Nobody tried to even push me toward another car, even when I went in to test drive the 2nd car and explained my misgivings about buying it (the car is great and the price was reasonable, it just had bells and whistles I don't need/want because I won't use them). I decided to go ahead with it after all but couldn't get reasonable financing (no trade/money down). It looked like I was going to have to give up on the car, but Blue Spruce bent over backward working with the credit union and got me a much better loan deal than I thought I'd get. We tend to drive our cars into the ground, so we probably won't be buying for another decade, but we'll definitely hit Blue Spruce when we do.

The sales staff was friendly and courteous, and let do my own car checks without constantly hovering. The vehicle I was interested in was as advertised, except for a musty smell that might have been from a smoker, the staff was as troubled as I was and it looked like they immediately removed it from the sales line to address the issue. I did purchase a second vehicle from them that had less mile but a little higher price. I told them I was more worried about the final monthly price then the overall cost of the car. Thomas did a great job and got me a rate almost exactly where I wanted. A little disappointed with the one price rule, but would buy from them again.

This is such a friendly & laid back yet professional place with office dogs and a decades long phenomenal reputation for standing behind their work. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was able to heavily research it online before even taking it for a test drive because of the info they provide with each vehicle on their website, including a free Carfax. They do A-Z inspection before it's placed on the lot and that info is also available on the website. I Was extremely satisfied with the entire process and drive my car without worries because of where I purchased it.

i love super rupair! they really want to help you understand your car. they are precise with how much time you'll be waiting and always check in with you about other things before they go ahead and do it, with accurate pricing and timing. they also remembered me! such a rarity with customer service these days. they're up in nobo, which is great, cause you can go across the street to a coffee shop and do work or read peacefully while you wait. i highly recommend them.

I love this place and will never take my subaru anywhere else. They consistently beat competitor's pricing and are very fair and conservative in the types of service they recommend! I recently took my car into the dealership for a free/routine software update and of course they did their 30-point inspection while it was there and had recommendations for over $400 in services I "needed" when I walked out. Knowing it would be cheaper to get the work done at Super Rupair, I left it for a day and when I went back they said nothing was wrong with my car at all - and only charged me the $24 service fee to review the supposed "problems." I will always get a second opinion here from now on. They have always been great in the past about pricing, getting things done quickly and recommending good used parts when possible - but how many mechanics will tell you "no" when you take in a car requesting expensive services?! Only this place :)

I do most of my own maintenance and repairs but I've taken my Outback to Super Rupair for some of the larger things it's needed over the years. I've had consistently very good service and work performed on the car. The service writers really know what they're talking about and I like how they have such a big inventory of used parts available.

They did a great job fixing more of our outback's major problems for less than the dealership quoted us.

These guy are the best! However, for the best you pay a little more in labor compared to other places. All their work is fantastic and I think it is worth it if you plan one keeping your car long term. Parts prices are either on par or less then other places I have found when researching.

Super Rupair is the best Subaru repair and mechanic in general I have found anywhere.
The service here is the key to the 5 star rating, with correct diagnostics of the issue(s). They won't add stuff on to the bill that doesn't need to be done. You are given a written estimate on what you agree needs to be repaired, so you know exactly what will be done before they fix it. They will check your car from front to back, and are very through in pointing out potential problems whether it's something that needs to be fixed now, or something you'll want to keep in mind for later on.
The actual fixing of the car is 5 stars, always done properly with efficiency, and the work is fully guaranteed with a warranty for awhile depending on what is done and the parts used. I have always got even the most complex of jobs done (engine replacement, timing belt, etc.) in only a few days. Their knowledge of Subarus, customer service, and mechanics are one step above excellent. This is A+ grade Subaru repair.

I sleep well at night because Super Rupair takes care of my daughters' cars. Two of my three daughters drive Subarus; one is a 1993 Loyale with 125,000+ miles and the other is a newer, but more heavily driven Forester with 205,000 miles on it. I trust Super Rupair wholeheartedly to keep my daughters safe, while not destroying my wallet. They have been fantastic at letting us know everything that could be done, and everything that needs to be done... and when my daughter's Loyale lost its radiator in St. Louis, Super Rupair hopped on the phone with the shop out there to help make sure the car was properly taken care of. Top notch customer service and the best piece of mind you can find anywhere.

Loaned me parts to get my car running. Repaired my car before the estimated delivery date and for less than the estimated cost. Technician took a couple of minutes to help me with a minor body repair on my way out, after I'd paid the bill. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Quality Subaru repair at a competitive price. I've had consistently great customer experiences here. They are local, they are honest and they know your car. They also offer rides to you home or work while they work on big issues. Way better than the dealership dunces I've encountered

I have been here twice, and both times felt the staff was very rude. When they called to tell me what was wrong with my car, they did not explain the problem or why it was a problem. I asked why this was a problem, and what time frame it should be fixed in, and they would not answer, they just danced around the question. I felt like I was being talked down to the whole time. After discussing the problems with my coworkers, I realized that the people at Super Rupair greatly exaggerated the severity of the problems and suggested expensive fixes to things that I could easily do myself. I think they have more than enough business, so they don't care about customer service for one new customer. I will not go back here, and will not recommend it to anyone I know.
Update: The owner's response disappoints me. The owner continues to talk down to me in his response, and states several "facts" that were never told to me when I was called with the report of my car. This disregard of customers is why I do not recommend them.

Patrick and the shop went above and beyond the call of duty! A great business that makes your problems theirs and sets their prices as if the money came out of their pockets. My daughter has taken her Outback to Super Rupair 3 times (couldn't grab the back seat strap, o-ring in the A/C unit and brake noise) and they've done only the needed work, they've done it right and without ripping her off. I've visited the shop and it is very professional and customer focused.

These guys went out of their way to be helpful--even when it was hard to troubleshoot the problem. This shop employs highly-trained staff, and they were very honest. It's hard for me to remember to do reviews, but their service was so excellent that I made sure I took time to write this.

Had to find a horridly hard to find part and these guys did a lot of hard work to find it. I appreciated it and the staff was freaking great.

Charged me 45 to diagnose an already diagnosed problem. The repair even though they said they are the most aggressively priced shop came in about 500$ base more than the other Subaru shop I brought my car in to. Who also diagnosed my issues (ran the code) for free..... $45 to pull a code I already had and made clear when I dropped the car off "but they needed their own diagnostic" 900$-1400$ for a job I got quoted 500$-600$ on.. Needless to say.. Subapros is getting my business and I will not be returning to this shop. They were nice but came in near dealer price. What a joke be weary and price shop when it comes to these guys.

Also icing on the cake. They clearly locked my keys in the car while it was being diagnosed, because there are scratches all over the door from someone clearly trying to stick a wedge in the fixed weather stripping... Watch your car here.....

I've been taking my car to Super Rupair for nearly 5 years now and let me tell you... I love it here. I'm somewhere between being a "car person" and your regular "average joe" when it comes to car knowledge. I like coming to Super because they treat you like a real person, and in my opinion they're a "no bs" shop. They tell you things exactly how they are, and their prices are fair. If you have a Subaru, definitely take it here to get it repaired. You have my promise that you will not be disappointed.

I recently brought my Subaru Forester XT in for an estimate on what I could get for it because I had an appointment at a different dealership the following day. Kirby gave me an honest review and suggested I go to that dealership armed with this information. Based on Kirby and his staff's honesty, I made my decision and sold him my Forester. I then went over to see Bart at the car sales lot and he was fantastic too. I ended up buying my next car from them. These guys are top notch and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

As a woman and a Subaru owner for 30+ years I am so grateful for the team at Super Rupair - they keep my 285k+ miles Outback running reliably and affordably. Excellent, professional service. These days all of the local shops compare prices and services and they are all about the same $$, the way to set one over the other is service, and Super Rupair is beyond excellent - explaining options and making recommendations, what needs attention now and what to keep an eye on. They are a partnership with me, they have educated me a lot about my car, and I feel confident making decisions as a car owner. Aaron has been there forever and is knowledgeable and helpful. You don't stay in business if you aren't consistent and excellent, and Super Rupair has been a staple in Boulder for decades. I trust and recommend Super Rupair completely.

I bought my baby here and wow what a refreshing car purchasing experience. The folks were so low pressure and helpful. No one wants to upsell or sell you on anything. All the cars are in great shape and you can tell they really love Subarus. They may offer slightly higher prices, but i almost felt bad talking the price down with how great of shape the engine and car was in. Incredibly clean under the hood and a nice list of all the items they replaced and fixed amd how recently.

Go here when you actually wanna buy and have offers for lower prices from other dealers if you wanna haggle, but buy from here and rest assured you get a good used car.

We bought a used Subaru from Blue Spruce last Saturday morning. By the afternoon, the car was having problems with the power-steering system.

Of course, we had signed a bunch of paperwork acknowledging that, while Blue Spruce does provide a 30-day warranty, that warranty only applies to the engine and transmission. (They also warranty the repairs they have done on the car for 12 months.)

Even so, we called them up first thing Monday morning totally bummed that our new (used) car was already having problems and hopeful that they would warranty it anyway.

The manager and the salesman were awesome, and they clearly felt bad that our 2-day-old car was giving us grief. They set us up with an appointment at Super Rupair, paid for everything and got us a loaner car to use while the car was getting fixed.

It was awesome. I really appreciate that they back their cars.

Aaron was great . Took our outback in was expecting a timing belt and possibly a head gasket .

Aaron went above and beyond and explained everything in detail. As it turns out needed a oil pressure sensure and drive belts .

Contrary to the local Subaru Dealership, Super Repair answers the phone right away, is flexible with appointments and finishes the job in a timely manner. Brandon helped explain to me what was wrong with my engine and gave me great advice to craft a narrative about the malfunctions of my engine to the previous mechanic who worked on my engine at the Subaru Dealership. I really appreciate being able to bring my Outback in and know it is taken care of properly. I don't have to argue with anyone, I can trust when they recommend a course of action, and they let me know in advance when major work is coming up so I can prepare my budget.

Hello, I am sorry for leaving a one star review, but I am just trying to be an honest consumer. I went to your shop for repairs and mentioned that I might be interested in a trade in. Your mechanic then told me it's not worth repair and said they would give me $800 for my 2008 Subaru Legacy with 108,000 miles on it. That same day I took it another shop for a second opinion and they said the oil leaks were caused by a crooked oil filter. This shop repaired the leak and the bumper for $150 and told me I could sell the car for at least $4000 if I wanted to. I just don't understand how two different mechanics can have such varying opinions.

Was looking for a transmission for my Subaru. Not only did I get one, but in the end I paid HALF of what their competitor was asking. The guy on the other end was very chill, went over our various options, and again, like I said I ended up paying half the price that their competitor was calling for the same part. I ended up saving several hundred dollars off the cost of my car repair.

Great experience. Easy to set up an appointment online. My car needed an oil change as well as a new front axle, bumper repair, a/c repair, and light changes - all done within one afternoon and for a good, honest price which was exactly the same as the quote.

Aaron was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I feel safe in my car again after some not great experiences with Mike Shaw Subaru.

Overall I would highly recommend this shop. I feel confident in the quality of their work.

I was not surprised to check reviews this weekend to see that others had a similar experience to mine at this dealership. I was going to move past the treatment I received last week from the sweaty man on the sales floor who didn t want to help me or even be there... Please, if you don't want to be at work, save the public the awful experience of having to deal with you. I came to Blue Spruce wanting to trade in my early 2000 s Subaru for something nicer with better mileage. I approached the salesman myself, and pointed out the vehicle I was interested in. Unsurprisingly, it had a Boulder Price Tag, which was a little bit more than I was comfortable with for the model. I asked him what the chances were, if I liked it and were to proceed with the purchase, that he could take it down a few hundred dollars for me to help with taxes. He actually smirked at me and informed me that there is a no-negotiation policy a policy not obviously stated on autotrade, the showroom, or the cars on the lot. The entire time I was speaking to this clown, I felt like I was being spoken down to, and this is never, absolutely never, OK in the service industry. I own a grooming salon, and if I were to treat clients the way I was treated I would be run out of town. I understand that in the service industry you deal with idiots every day, but I asked a perfectly normal (and not stupid!) car-buying question. Sorry to say I will not be revisiting Blue Spruce ever again if I had wanted a one-price dealer, I d go to Carmax where they advertise their policies clearly and without rudeness. I was so angry when I left that I m surprised I didn t get a ticket leaving the parking lot.
My Subaru has treated me so well. Blue Spruce didn t. I still haven t found a car, and now I m wondering if I should just keep this one until the kids are in high school and we move out of the Springs.

I have been coming to Super Rupair for more than 8 years, and have always loved their customer service, fair prices, and most importantly--availability of quality used parts for repairs, which keeps the price down. While it is more expensive to do an oil change there, I know that the feedback I get about my high-mileage car is genuine.

Super Rupair has done an outstanding job servicing my car in every way. Today was another of many examples over the last fifteen years. They are thorough, professional, timely, and always provide an entire once-over even when brought in for a specific issue. Brandon in particular has gone above and beyond in the last few weeks even in the midst of intensely busy times. I will add that their protocols during the coronavirus have been safe and thoughtful. brought my sti for oil change and service before a long trip said everything was good to go 500 miles in and the clutch went out so whom ever does the oil change service is not doing there job

Solid price for diagnostics, but they Quoted me $1,000 more than the Subaru dealership in Thornton for a torque converter replacement on my 2012 Legacy. Had it completed @ Mike Shaw Subaru instead.

Bought my company van there four years ago, got a killer deal and am still very happy with it. I looked at, and test drove a bunch of vans, then I found this place.
